Family of 4, and we stayed with almost all of our softball team. Nice clean hotel, staff was friendly, pool wasn't very big but still held our softball family! Staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. This is our second time to stay there, and we'll definitely stay again when in Duncanville.

Hotel was extremely clean. Our room was nice & cool, bathroom spacious & clean. We didn't have a chance to use the fitness center or pool, but looked at the pool. Clean & well maintained, but very small. Breakfast was hot & substantial.

Amazing and clean amenities! Super quick check in! Love that at a certain hour of the night doors are locked and you can only come in the hotel with a room card which makes it safe. Love the rooms and comfy bed! Would definitely come again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and professional. The breakfast was delicious. All was well until Sunday morning when I found my pickup truck damaged and burglarized on the hotel parking lot. 300 miles from home and I was sent hustling to find transportation to get back home. My truck is still there waiting for an investigation and to be shipped home. I won't be staying there again. There is no security, only signs saying that I assume all risk. I didn't see the signs before. Oh well😞

Nice hotel. Convenient area. No noise which was good. There was a towel hanging on the wall in the bathroom when we arrived at the room. The towel was from a previous guest in the hotel. The towel was dirty n dingy.

The room smelled of mildew. The halls smelled like weed. The staff was nice. The room was very large. The breakfast looked decent. I didnt have time to eat it because I needed to get on the road. I was told breakfast started at 6am. He didnt open the doors until 6:15a.

I had at giant bugs in my room. When I contacted the front desk, they told me that maintenance was not in for that day. When I went down to the front desk, the lady told me that I was being rude and to shut up. Mostly because there were other customers in the dining area next to the front desk and she did not want them to be made aware of the issue that I was having. I was left to exterminate and get rid of the bugs myself. I was told that I was being obnoxious because it wasn’t a big deal. However, when you are paying more than $100 a night for a room, it is more than an inconvenience to have to be bothered with bugs as large as your fingers, and that has Wings.

Very nice hotel. Looked fairly new. Room was clean, comfortable, good large new towels, nice bed linens, nice coffee set up. Not a spec of mold in bathroom area. The hall and/or rooms around our 2ed floor room was noisy. I finally got up at 1am and put ear plugs in, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The breakfast was a nice assortment of hot and cold selections and the scrambled eggs were actually hot!! Julius at the desk the morning we checked out was exceptionally nice. I am a hotel snob and I would stay here again!

Veryclean. Part tile floors with carpet around beds. Carpet was very clean and well taken care of. Bathroom was spotless and had all the toiletries you need in convenient squirt bottle containers.

We got a room on the ground floor. People park their cars right outside of our window. We can't scroll up the curtain at all. People can see us right in. With shade on, it is like living in the dark. Property is good, however, you can't stay on the ground floor. There is a way to improve, you can tiny half of the bottom window, or use different kind of shade, separate to two parts.....

This hotel has extremely low water pressure for showers. Makes it difficult to wash hair & get clean. It was the same last holiday season when I stayed there. Be nice if you would address this issue.

Stayed Aug 2024 for one night. The room was large and well appointed and the bed was very comfortable, with lots of light and plugs. The shower could have had a stronger stream of water. The breakfast was excellent. The oval ambience of the lobby was very nice. Would stay there again.

Very nice property. My is excessive noise from I20. I heard it all night! We were in the rear of the complex!! Need some noise cancelling padding or something. Other than that, great hotel.

The room was nice, and the price was right. The hotel itself is nice, with good amenities and service. But the bed was absolutely horrendous. Hotel beds tend to be very hard with pathetic pillows but this was on another level. The bed was like a rock, the pillows might as well have not been there, and I couldn't get anything approaching decent sleep.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room and restroom was clean. The night before our stay at the Hampton, I had a horrible experience with another hotel so it was a relief to have a nice clean roof with friendly staff.

I will say everything about the hotel was fine until we left!! Then a mysterious $540.00 charge appeared on our credit card and when we called to follow up, they claimed it was for a crack in the screen of the TV, which we hadn't even turned on. We did not see a crack and know nothing about it. The agent at Hampton Inn in Duncanville Texas stated that she knew we had to have done it because if the cleaning staff had done it they would have admitted it. When I suggested that they might have done it she said they would tell us because they won't get in trouble for doing it. Unfortunately, your guests who pay for her salary and the cleaning staff wages will have to pay for it!! Scammers, I wonder who got the money???? I will NEVER stay in a Hampton Inn again and not only that everyone I ever speak to will hear about this flagrant RIP OFF!! Agent said that she can send us photos of the cracked screen but how would I know that was even the room we were in.

I would have given it 5 stars across the board, but I found the service lacking because they failed to post or otherwise notify customers that they will not service your room except upon request. Then when I called the front desk for clean towels, they did not bring the up, nor offer to pickup the used one or empty the trash. I had to empty the garbage in the hall receptacle, take the dirty towels down to the desk, and pick up the clean linen.

The property was excellent and conveniently located for my purposes. The only downside was the immediate neighborhood was a bit rough looking, but it didn't create any problems. My recommendation would be to have information available about the area restaurants. There were several excellent non-chain restaurants in the area, but I only learned about them from people I met during my visit. The motel offered no information about them that I was aware of.

The hotel stay was excellent. Everything was great. The beds were comfortable! The room was clean. The front staff was very friendly. The location was easy to get to. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from daily. The only thing to consider is that at breakfast, there wasn’t anyone cleaning after the guests once they finished eating. Some guests are not considerate for the ones coming after them to eat and don’t clean the table after themselves. Having someone check on the tables would be nice or posting a reminder to the guests would also work. Once the guests were gone, the place was cleaned up, but not during breakfast. Or at least not while I was there.

Well I was very disappointed with the breakfast, i dont know what changed since my stay in April, but I noticed that they no longer offer waffles for breafast and without that the breakfast is sub-par. No biscuits to go with the gravy. The eggs and sausage were barely warm as were the potatoes. Should reconsider removing the waffle makers.

Pretty bad location but I’m glad it was close to my auction. Star was pretty nice for the most part. Lawn service blew crao all over my brand new car including trash from the parking lot. Breakfast, now that was just awful. Not sure they’ve ever seen oatmeal or what real eggs look like when cooked.
