I dislike dragging in and out of the lobby to the elevator. You cannot park near the front door unless you are early. Later the only space left is a hike with luggage. But everything else is fine.

Overall, the place is very well maintained. I traveled with my family, and I recommend it. Just as a suggestion, it would be great if you gave your elevator a renewal to make it look newer.

Parking lot lighting. Very nice and bright. Breakfast was actually pretty decent. Condition inside the room was a little warn down, desk chair and some furniture showing age. But overall clean bed, comfortable. And if you like good food for dinner, excellent restaurant across the street

The first room’s door didn’t work. We got moved to another room and it was very dirty. The ice machine didn’t work and the staff in the morning was super unfriendly when I asked for help with ice.

Parking lot is only at the front so if u get a room facing the parking lot then u can watch ur car. But otherwise the utilities and walls were cracked and old looking. Walls were falling apart in our room in the bathroom. It was clean but again was falling apart. Breakfast was ok. Pancakes were good, the staff was extremely kind to my mom for coming a bit late after 9 30 so she got my mom some breakfast so that was kind of her. Also complimentary water when checking in with smart water.

Although I arrived at nearly midnight, check in was rather easy. Room was large and clean, and beds were comfortable. Parking lot was clean and well lit, as was the exterior of the building. Interior was also very clean, with cleaning staff actively working in hallways, lobby and around the breakfast area. Continental breakfast appeared to have a variety. Coffee was good; however, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. wasn’t on a heating element or even under light and the kids said the sausage was cold. In all, it was a good safe spot to stop on our drive home.

Upon arrival we had to call as the tv remote didnt work. Employee was rude and said if we came down she could give us batteries. This didn't fix the issue. I wasn't that worried about it, then the shower was gross and falling apart. By this time we had gone to dinner and after a 10 hr driving day just needed sleep. No one at the desk for over 10 mins upon our check out so we just left. This was a nice place a couple of short years ago and it had gone to hell fast. I have pics but the app wont let me load them.

The staff was so amazing. I had a few requests (extra pillow for child sleeping on the couch, towels for pool, blanket for couch) and though I went down several times, the staff member was so kind. I wasn’t wearing my glasses so did not see her name tag. The breakfast was good. Takeout likely would have been better. But it was decent enough to eat. The room itself was great. Our family of 5 had plenty of space with 2 queen beds and a couch, however, the carpet was gross and sticky. I made sure all of us were wearing shoes while walking in the room. There was a sticky white substance on the TV. It was not large, but still noticeable because you had to point the TV remote to the back of the TV to change a channel. The bed was so comfortable. Like soooo comfortable. The sheets were a bit stiff though. Not too uncomfortable but like you could tell that they had been washed with bleach about 100 times. Not a bad place to stay, but I expected a little more for the price I paid. I’d stay again in a pinch.

Checking in went smooth. However, the first thing we noticed was the television did not change stations. Then we noticed the toilet was constantly running. Then finally when I took a shower I looked down and saw a huge chunk of someone else's hair in the shower. Cleanliness obvioisly was poor at best. The manager didn't seem to care much and certainly did not offer anything for the problems we encountered. The breakfast was better than average.

Crossing country on the I-10 and needing a break, I was told to find a place not right on the noisy freeway. There were plenty of options, but this place fit the bill. Bonus; it was quiet, clean, comfortable and friendly. Big room, big comfy bed. Dove brand soap and shampoo? My favorite! Steakhouse across the street eased our thirst & hunger, and the in-house breakfast was better than many. Almost a perfect score, if not for a lack of blackout curtains and a proper working internet. Minor issues. The price was right, and I’ll stop here again.

Well, since I can’t sleep I might as well write this review. Modern, clean room and staff is very nice. Toilet needs a float valve. You have to remove the tank lid and shut it off or water runs 24/7. No shower curtain. Water splatters everywhere. But those are small potatoes. Some mechanical noise from outside this room hums or more like drones on and on. Probably 70-80db. Noise cancelling headphones barely cut it. Torturous. Turned on AC fan as high as possible. Nope. Nice place but couldn’t do it again after driving 12 hr. I would really like to sleep.

The check-in clerk was excellent. She handled a large group of customers who did not register in advance, required a translator, wanted to pay with cash, registered one at a time, and held up registration for other registrants for over an hour. She was very patient and still collected all the required information. This motel was not up to the standards set by other Holiday Inn Express motels we have experienced. The bed was not as comfortable, the channel selector of the TV controller was very hard to use while on the bed, there must have been 200 channels but after going through them I did not find a single one that I liked and just shut it off, there were no major channels or local stations, the commode ran all night. We will check out the breakfast in the morning.

Great service I was able to check in early. I call the hotel told them i was coming late to do my stay front desk check me in so went I show up late at 12:00 midnight I get my room my check out was done at noon with enough time to rest. Great and breakfast.!!!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay during my business trip to Baytown, Texas. Friendly and professional staff that ensures to meet all your needs. Showed up to breakfast right at closing time and the staff went out of their way and prepared a meal for me despite the time.

Checking in went smooth. However, the first thing we noticed was the television did not change stations. Then we noticed the toilet was constantly running. Over all it was an ok stay. Customer service was nithing special, no smile or welcome, just how can I help you. The rooms had some scratched Paint, stains on the furniture and a bug in the pull out couch. The beds are very firm, which was not bad honestly. Pillows was soft. A/C was cold. My favorite part was in the bathroom, they had dove everything. So when you showered your skin actually felt good, Dove lotion as well. The breakfast was your typical everything heated in a microwave but tasted ok. They had this cool automatic pancake maker. They do set out cookies in the afternoon. Honestly we paid $128 with tax. For a night and the condition of the room, price should have been cheaper, felt more like a Motel 6 rather than a Holdiay Inn
