Deidre, front office staff was great. We had an issue with the 1st room we were put in because it smelled like dog. Apparently its a pet friendly hotel for all the rooms, my fault for not checking that beforehand. They gave me some air freshener as requested but my allergies just didnt go away. She was able to move us to another room which didnt smell. It was clean and comfortable. Felt safe staying there. Just wish they would have specific rooms for pet/non pet owners.

Hotel staff very nice, breakfast didn’t get restocked but, we did enjoy the pool. Sadly no hot tub . Was mentioned in booking but none on property. Was a quiet and nice stay. Over we plan on staying again if needed.

Basically a good hotel with easy I-10 access. Staff was friendly and check-in was fast. Bed was comfortable and room was basically clean except some toothpaste on the side of the bathroom faucet from a previous guest. . We didn’t stay for the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Hard to give 5 stars to a place that fronts the highway but for the area it’s as good as or better than the other choices. I would stay there again while passing through.

The bathroom sink stopped up and the tub faucet wouldn’t go all the way to shower mode. More water came out of the faucet than the shower head.

Our room was spacious and clean. We used the laundry facility and it worked well. Staff were friendly and responsive. There was one bad thing about our stay. The 2nd floor hallway reeked overwhelmingly of sulfur or swamp gas

The staff has been excellent so far. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. Provided us with a great dinner recomendation. The room is very comfortable. Well stocked and very clean. One of the best rooms that I have had in a long time. A very good job so far.

Staff members was wonderful. The staff member who checked us in had the happy to help and I care attitude. Her name is “ Edith Ontiveros” very very positive attitude. Smile at all time. Room was comfortable and safe. I will recommend the hotel to everyone. Thank you very much Edith Ontiveros.

Arrived at 4 am, check-out was supposed to be noon. At 10 am the housekeeper started knocking on the door, trying to open the door. This went on for a ridiculous amount of time, it was obvious the deadbolt was engaged. Finally had to get up and tell her to stop!

When I reached the hotel, I had neen driving for 12 hours. I was tired and wanted a shower and to sleep. The lady that checked me in saw this and quickly got me set up and to my room in less than 2 minutes. Fastest check in ever for me anywhere.

Great stay. Initial frustration that it took 10 minutes to check in when we were the only folks in the lobby and the receptionist was trying to deal on the phone with an awkward customer trying to get a refund for uncanceled no show. However once free we are dealt with efficiently and from then on all was great. Very clean, modern, well maintained. Convenient for Walmart to restock and refuel. Bed so comfy we need to find the mattress model. Will think about downloading the Hilton app to avoid the reception hassle. (Don’t blame the young lady…she shouldn’t have to juggle duties).

We were passing through Fort Stockton and stayed the night here. The hotel is right on I10 which was convenient. It's a quant West Texas town but not many places to eat, however we did find the "Sagebrush Cafe & Gifts" and had an excellent dinner there. The hotel itself offers a continental breakfast with a large selection.

Great stay. Breakfast is a problem for us options either spicy or flavored should offer just plain scrambled eggs instead and if you are going to do flavored waffles offer plain waffles as well. Trying too hard to be unique?

Terrible breakfast. Processed cheese omelets were disgusting. Coffee was luke warm. When notified, staff brought out another container of luke warm coffee.
