No elevator

Elevator didn’t work

The elevator was not working and our room was on the fourth floor. We were offered free cancellation but our check in was late and we didn’t want to drive around and find another hotel. It wasn’t fun carrying our luggage up four flights of stairs

great breakfast, the cinnamon rolls were delicious! The hot tub was a little bit cold.

Wonderful friendly staff and service. The IHOP next door is fantastic. The hot tub was warm. Breakfast was great. Gym is small but equipment worked. Shower was hot. Bathroom was clean. Pool had towels. The pool location is in the middle of the parking lot so not very private. Some rust on the bathroom door. No cleaning wipes in the gym. Suite has one only TV. So not the fanciest place but certainly a good stay if you want a clean bed, hot breakfast, hot shower, convenience, and friendly staff.

The elevator was “out of service” and had to make a couple of trips to get luggage and other items up four flights of stairs. Otherwise the stay was good.

4th floor room with a broken elevator. Clerks face was tatooed like a picture and noncommunicative. No wake up call, the "O" button didnt work nor did the TV. Top it off, cant make this all up, TV didnt work; sound but no picture. If i wasnt exhausted i would have left.

I usually like to stay in the Holiday Inn express, but I was disappointed in a lot of things. It was kind of not as as good as the normal holiday and expresses I stay in. And when I went to the pool, it was filled with leaves and all kinds of stuff it wasn’t Very nice. I mean the water was warm to the touch of the toe what there wasn’t even a screen that I could take to try to clean out all the debris and stuff that was in the pool, which was not good. I couldn’t dry my stuff because it was an old washer and dryer and you needed quarters to put in it and in today’s day and people don’t carry quarters with them and I couldn’t get quarters from anybody. There was a a place for me to put garbage for food that I ordered to eat out. I do have to say, though that the people who work here were very nice and tried to accommodate me as much as they could so that was very nice. The shade in my room didn’t go down all the way and I needed to get to sleep while it was still daylight out, so that was very difficult. It only went down 3/4 of the way. Next time I come in Dallas, I would definitely not think about staying at this Holiday Inn express because it doesn’t match the other Holiday Inn express is where I usually stay. One more thing when I want to get my breakfast and I went to have the oatmeal there was an cinnamon sugar to put in the oatmeal, and I want to shake it in the whole thing dumped into my oatmeal. That wasn’t very fun at all. And then I wanted just the plain pork sausag

Very nice stay. Clean hotel and rooms. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the hot breakfast- even had cheesy omelets, biscuits and gravy. The only thing I would say is that the pool needs a good cleaning, had some green algae.

Room was great! It smelled clean and was clean. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The facility staff and over all facility was very nice. However the shower in our room (409) leaked water onto the bathroom floor every time we used the shower. And the carpet was very sticky. My house shoes stuck to the carpet and I would not walk on the carpet barefooted because it felt so gross. Fix those two things and I would rate your property very nice.

They was a strong smell as you walked in like overdone Lysol. The worst part was the carpet in the room. It was very sticky and my white socks were ruined after walking on it. Also, a loud vibration woke me up in the middle of the night. It kept going off but we never figured out where it was from.

Check in was easy. Our room was right by the pantry so when they started banging around early in the morning, it woke all of us up earlier than we had wanted. Breakfast was decent, they offered a good variety that catered to the different needs and wants in our group. Upon leaving our room we found a cockroach crawling across the floor.

Extremely clean room and bathroom staff friendly delicious breakfast we will be staying here again when visiting Six Flags

I loved to stay in this hotel for it’s cleanliness and comfortable rooms. My mother and I are very peaky with cleanliness, but this place really met our expectations. Would definitely stay again if needed. Worth the price.

In all honesty, I would have given this property a 5 star, but one thing kept me from doing so. The check in process was quick, and the employee was friendly and professional. The beds were comfortable, it was nice and cool, and it was quiet (almost too quiet, the silence was loud!). We checked in around midnight and went straight to bed. However, the next morning I found blood stains on the sheets of the bed my daughter slept in. They looked like recent blood stains, and I could tell the sheets hadn't been washed yet. I checked her over and there were no cuts or scrapes. I was beyond disgusted. I showed the front desk employee pictures, and she apologized, but because I reserved the room through Expedia, she couldn't discount the room or offer me anything. Even though the rest of the experience was great, I know now they do not change their sheets in between customers. Sleep here at your own risk!

It was very beautiful there. Easy to book and had a great view!

The room was clean. The room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

This hotel has rooms with heart shaped tubs for two. They provide bubble bath, towels, and all the shower supplies right on the edge of the tub. The tub even has its own light above it that changes light colors through all the wave spectrums. This hotel also has a coffee machine for the morning that grinds the beans and then brews your coffee. This is to go with a delicious breakfast. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the mattress and pillows on the bed were so comfortable. The coffee machine in the room had tons of options along with all the extras. This hotel is right by lots of dining options and is convenient to Globe Life Field. I just can't recommend it enough.

My husband and I went on a couple's trip to Grand Prairie, TX. They let us check in when we got there, even though we were early. Our hotel room was so nice. It had a heart shaped tub with bubble bath and even had towels right next to the tub. It also had a shower that let you change the shower head to all kinds of settings and the water was gloriously hot. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Overall, the stay was excellent.

We loved this hotel. It was quiet, comfortable, and the room was very large. This hotel had the best complimentary breakfast I've ever seen. Every morning breakfast was well prepared, warm and a huge variety. We stayed here a week and enjoyed every minute.

Definitely found my close to home “get away”-decent prices for the room size and I’ll be at additional options from toothbrushs extra towels body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, all made by Dove! We chose the king Jacuzzi suite! We will be back for our anniversary!

Room was great. Great weather for football.

The front desk manager was rude, and I always had to wait for someone to come to the front desk. Although I had prepaid, I was not given the option to extend my checkout time by another hour, which caused me inconvenience. I will never stay at this particular Holiday Express again. Parking was terrible.

Then men at the front desk were so kind and accommodating to us! The hotel was clean and smelled fresh as soon as we walked in.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. We had a great stay!

At 330 in the morning the floor above us sounded like an earthquake. I asked the desk attendant to speak to the people making all the noise. He was sound asleep and acted as if I had asked him to bury a body! Noise continued for hours!!!!

Everything about this location and property were great! The staff was super friendly and welcoming.

The service was excellent very helpful. Very convenient and walking distance to many stores.

We were there because a family member passed away. The room was comfortable, service great, breakfast fantastic. Great variety. Only complaint we could not find the desk clerk at checkout We had to wait a good 15 minutes until one of the other guest had to ask the breakfast staff person to find him.

The room we were put in the tub didn’t drain , even with the shower on the water still came out of the faucet and little to none out of the actual shower, the phone was broken and the tv didn’t work . I will say when I called and told them about the room they changed my room immediately so the staff was great. It’s just this hotel really needs remodeling .

It was easy to access.

Excellent area in all directions modern mall and easy access to I-20. Beautiful area and several restaurants.

The property was great and convenient to plenty of dinning grocery shopping fitness gym and more like Post Office everything was within walking distance or less than five minutes to drive.

Location is great for local restaurants and even movie theater right across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was full on hot breakfast. Place was clean. Enjoyed the stay.

Location was bad

It was very convenient for us. We needed to get to AT*T Stadium and with this hotel it was a straight shot to the stadium 20 mins. Also the convenient of the restaurants was great just throw a rock and you'll hit the building.

The property is located in the perfect location. There’s plenty of restaurants and shops surrounding it, which makes it convenient for all my needs.

My young daughter and I arrived to the hotel literally in the middle of the night due to traffic we hit driving up to Arlington. The front desk checked us in very fast! We stayed on the first floor in the jacuzzi room and it looks just like the pictures. The bed was very soft like a cloud my daughter said and I would agree. They had a pantry area near the front desk with moderately priced snacks and microwaveable food. The breakfast smelled delicious but actually was not. I opted to use my Walmart + subscription and have them deliver some food to us because we just couldn’t stomach what was prepared. Overall the trip was good, we got good sleep and would stay here again.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The staff told us that theyvwould bring more pancake mix out but never did.
