No microwave no fridge no nothing

We didnt really interact with staff other than checking in and out. Price was great for a 2 night trip, if your price sensitive. Centrally located, about a 20 to 30 minute drive to either fort worth or Dallas. Alot of tolls, needed to activate the avoid tolls on GPS. We didnt utilize pool but looked like it needed to be scrubbed. Room was dated but fine for a nights sleep. Right off highway, so you do hear all the vehicles.

No coffee pot in room or refrigerator either

Property is convenient to fast food and highway access. What i dislike was that the pool was closed at time of stay. Which was a bummer because i travel with my kids and wouldve been fun to enjoy at time of stay. A microwave wouldve been nice in room too. Room did have a water line bust, but was taken care by maintenance. Only thing was, i had to use hot water, because cold one was shut off.

The room wasn’t very clean , very rundown. The shower handle was broken. Grime on the shower walls

This place was aweful. I wouldnt give a star if that was an option. There was cockroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom light didnt work. The shower head was molded and black. The shower ceiling was swollen and full of mold. The smell of mold was so horriable. We couldnt stay due to health reasons. The mattresses were springs. No cusion just laying on springs. The night stand had horrible water damage and was swollen. We got a refund and left. Not to mention the traffic was so loud because the door has a horriable seal on it. U could see out side. And the ac kept turing off no matter the setting.

The a/c didn’t work stuck at 86 we had to buy fans to move the heat around and yes the floors are not mopped spilled water wiped it up the paper towels were black the room smelled will never stay there again am don’t recommend it to no one

The bathroom wasn't clean. The floor in the main room was sticky. There is no mini-fridge or microwave in the room. There was a broken chair. The comforter had what looked like cigarette burn holes in it, and it was supposedly a non-smoking room.

This might have been my worse hotel room ever. I had to kill two roaches, constantly wave off 2 or 3 flies. There were dirt and scuff marks on walls and mold in the bath tub. My sheets had stains and holes in them. I booked two night, but the 2nd night I stayed at my son’s place. Please inspect this hotel for cleanliness. Just because you pay a low rate doesn’t mean you room shouldn’t be clean. I Would like a refund.

They have roaches everywhere it’s not as clean bathroom looks the dirtiest

Blankets had stains and locks of hair in between the sheets. The toilet would not flush completely.

Nothing enjoyable about staying here. Paid for a nonsmoking room, couldn’t breathe in the room because the air was so thick of marijuana and cigarettes. Got the rooms switched but the second one wasn’t much better. Had to buy my own sheets because the beds were covered in hair and other fluids I don’t even want to know what they were. The floors were sticky and the towels clearly had not been washed. I went down to get new ones and those were dirty too. Every single one was covered in blood, makeup, and black stuff. Had to buy my own towels too. I’m convinced they don’t even own a washer. The front desk lady was the least helpful person I have ever met. My room card stopped working and instead of trying to fix it or giving me a new one, she walked us to our room, unlocked it with her MASTER key and acted like I was the idiot for not being able to get in. Had to go to the desk seven times before getting let into my room. Oh, and they never fixed it. So if you want to stay at a filthy motel with used towels, dirty sheets, and a room card that doesn’t work, then this is the place for you! If not, then go anywhere else.

The smell that was in my room wouldn’t go away and it was roaches in there.

The 1st they gave me was I so disgusting! No sheets on the bed trash on the floor cigarette buds on the floor like they never even cleaned up when the last tenant was there. I went back they gave me another room and that room had roachs. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. SHOULD SHUT DOWN

Black mold in bathroom and shower, broken toilet seat, loud music all hours of the night, used condemn in parking lot, no hot water, beds very uncomfortable, whole room DIRTY

Non smoking room smelt like smoke, cobwebs, bugs, doors screwed together, electric switches broken.

Roaches crawling everywhere!!!! As soon as I turned on the light it was so gross!! I left immediately!!!!

A little dated. Freeway noise. Had a room facing the freeway. Did not sleep well at all. It was relatively clean.

This place is near a highway with multiple ramps which means there isn't a second a car will pass by. Make sure to get ear plugs.

It was not a comfortable stay. Due to a barking dog that woke me up after I was sound asleep. And when I walk in to turn on the air conditioner, it did not turn on. When I sat on the bed and looked toward it, I noticed that he cord was unplugged. It was unplugged because the controls on the panel do not work. I was not able to adjust the cold air to less cool. And if I did turn it off, the room got warm. To compensate due to the beds that feel like springs

Hotel room had a busted bathroom door with ine hinge almost completely torn off. The little stand between the beds completely detached from the wall. There is no attenion to detail or personal care for the rooms of this motel. Im done coming here.

It was horrific. I thought I was in New Jack City when we first pulled in. People hanging all outside. The first room the locks didn't work, the second room the tv that was supposed to be on the wall was sitting in a chair.. The third room had big black bugs in the bed and bathroom.

Check in was ok, staff was friendly, no issues there. Booked a King size bed, got a room with 2 queens, but I dealt with it because those rooms were actually more expensive than the one I booked. The room does not look at all like the pictures. The latch on my door was broken so there was no security other than the door lock. The key card to get into my room kept getting deactivated every time we left the hotel and when I would go get it reactivated, all they would tell me was not to put it near my phone, which I never did because it stayed in my purse pocket the entire time. The room amenities lists daily room service, but I don’t think they ever entered my room the 3 days we stayed because the little trash I had was left the entire time and the beds were never touched. Overall, I would choose this hotel as my last resort.

It’s so old, outdated, scary room, and poor amenities

Was not allow to check in.

I didn’t like the fact that they transferred me to three different rooms and all of the rooms were roach infested, and then didn’t wanna give me my refund for both of my days

Would like to thank the staff for their professional work ethics, when we needed a housekeeper or maintenance they were on it, quick service. Yes I will tell others and I will be back. From Room 226.

We asked for some towels & clean sheets but never got them. I had go to the front desk to get them.

We had no problems. Everybody was courteous from point of checking in to the point of checking out. I'd stay again

This was the worst hotel experience of my life to the point that we felt so unsafe didn't even make it to our hotel room door. It was a last minute booking because we had gone to a concert that we had not expected to, and it was too late to drive 4 hours home. Used Expedia to Help I viewed the pictures. The room looked good.when I got to the property, it seemed a little sketchy but we Check-in. When we got there, they had a smoking room when we had requested a non-smoking room. The person at the desk said that he had a room available. But he just needed to change the sheets that that room was used for family members who came to stay. I didn't quite understand that but I was so tired. I was ready 2 wait. The guy at the desk said to wait a few minutes and the room would be ready. He would call me and just to go wait in the car. We were there for a few minutes and I noticed a lot of doors were open and people were going in and out of the doors. It just seemed really weird. Then after about twenty minutes I went inside to see if the room was ready. It wasn't quite ready so we waited in the lobby. The room was finally ready. We got our keys. We were staying in Room 245. He told us is within the back of the building. We drove to the back of the building. No room 245. In the process of looking for the room we saw a drug deal happening and people who lived at the hotel. There were other things that were terrifying We didn't even stay. Owner refused a refund and we just left.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and the rooms are VERY clean. The staff members are ALL extremely nice and friendly which is important.

The customer service is great. Check-in was fast and convenient

If you value your safety and health DO NOT stay here! Rooms are roach infested and smell like urine, staff was rude and not accountable for the presentation of this establishment

Had my children with me who felt extremely unsafe walking to our room. People yelling by our door at night so we left. Will never go back to this hotel

Good price. Need to clean dog poop on walkways in front of the rooms. Clean the bathroom better-hair in the bathtub & needs recocked to cover the mold or stains. Friendly staff but hotel is near a highway so it’s noisy. Not much food choices close but we pretty much knew that beforehand.

Cheapest room near stadium, so can’t complain too much. Basic room where I could rest and it got the job done. Good location, room had funky smell (likely pets), restroom needed a deep cleaning, beds very noisy with little movement.

Just what is needed for a one night stay for the Stray Kids Globe Life Field concert. The room was a tad warm, no control for tv and was just slightly moist in the restroom? Like condisation on the walls? But overall cleanish and quick check in and check out. Whataburger next door was a plus especially after the concert.
