It was a family trip 2 beds and a couch. Rooms have some wear and tear. Only one TV for bed area and couch. Was hard to watch. Pool was not available. Breakfast was okay. Eggs, sausage, waffles and juice/coffee.

Check in went ok. We couldn't use the pool. It was green and the pool guy just got there. I need to use the handicap area. But the pool guy parked in the slots that said its for handicap. Breakfast your coffee is way to hot. The coffee burned me. They didn't have any flavored creamers. It smelt like someone, was smoking pot on the floor we were on. The beds were very hard.

Had a bad tornado in Grand Prairie Texas, they had no generator! So as I was showering electric went out water went cold. Locked out of room 3hs, electric off 14 hrs of my stay. Food in mini refrigerator went bad, there wasn’t hot breakfast or cold

Overall very good. Only issues were that I didn’t request a handicap room and that’s what I got. Decided it would be too much trouble to change rooms so stayed in that room. Also the floor of the shower had mold along the edges. Room 126.

Bed was comfortable, a lot of tv channels. They charged me double on checkin from what I’d been quoted, slow inattentive staff, terrible beakfast options that ran out. Stains on the couch in the room, bad smell in the room

There were no blankets or sheets for the pull out couch. When addressing this issue with the General Manager that is a first come first serve luxury. So my kids had to sleep on a pull ouch couch with zero pillows or blankets. Along with killing multiple roaches in the bathroom, doorway. Terrible experience.

First let me say the front desk ladies were great! They were very nice and professional. However, our room was very dirty. The carpet and furniture had stains all over it. I can deal with some stains. But then I saw roaches. That was it for me. We ended up checking out early and moving to a different hotel that did not have stains everywhere and zero bugs.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at in a while not only is the service excellent but the beds were so soft and the rooms are huge for some reason some hotels have downsized there rooms but these were perfect definitely coming back!

There is zero soundproofing and the room above us sounded like they were having a wrestling match the first night. We complained and it quieted down a little. The second night I was awoken at midnight to loud stomping as if they were dancing. It was miserable. Half the charging ports in our room didn’t work and we had to go buy a plug just to be able to charge our devices.

Our 3 night stay was great. It was a birthday get away weekend for my wife. We had activities planned each day. It was nice to return to a specious and comfortable room. The staff was friendly and we felt safe at this location. We also got a great rate. Will proba ly be staying here again at some point in the future!

The place was loud, paper thin walls and you could hear conversations through the walls.. constant noise and banging from the floor above. The carpet was nasty and stained.. Beds were clean and that's what mattered most to me.. Don't expect to sleep past 7am if you stay here due to the paper thin walls

This motel stay was terrible from check in on. They first checked in someone else under our name. After almost an hour, we finally got a room. We’ve been charged 3 times for the same room three times! Along with a deposit that we were told was charged half up front and half when we left. None of this makes any sense and no one can or will explain why this happened! We were refunded the first charged immediately after going to the desk for the second time. A third time that we were called to pay for this room AFTER midnight, we were charged twice. One charge is still pending refund three days later! Every person we spoke to was rude and acted as if we had inconvenienced them. Also, you have to request housekeeping, they don’t come in and replace towels or make the bed or anything! Also had to have our key reset twice. Honestly, this was the worst motel experience we’ve ever had! We definitely won’t be staying here again or using comfort suites anymore! Still waiting on our refund also!

At check in, we were informed of a $50 incidental charge that would be reimbursed after check out - that one charge was authorized by me. The next day (we stayed for 2 nites) there was another $50 incidental charge taken out of my account- this charge was NOT authorized. The hotel said it was just their policy. If they would have been honest upfront, i would have been fine with it. Now I am waiting on a refund - doesnt seem promising that i will get it.

I asked to have room clean each. They said sure. But they never came to clean. Pillow are too small, door lock not working properly and light out in bath. I had to ask twice for printed receipt. The manger said printer was out of paper and she knew it was out yesterday. I told the manager must have printed receipt. She said I email it to you. I had to demand paper receipt again. It took about ten minutes but they finally print one.

Poor service. There is a sign when you check in , if you would like your room clean please ask. I asked twice and no service. Never cleaned the room . Never replaced the dirty towels. Just horrible.

I arrived on 10/28/25 at 6am, driving almost 3 hours. I walked in and asked the lady working if it would be ok if I could eat breakfast, but can’t check in til 3. She said yes sir go right ahead, that meant a lot because I was tired from driving. Staff was very nice, courtesy, hotel looked very clean and room was perfect. I will be staying here again on my next trip.

The room was very nice. Very updated. Breakfast was completely awful. I’ve never seen a continental breakfast like that. The guy that was working there was a completely a hoe. The lady was very nice but did not understand English the food. This look like it just came out of the army base. We just decide to eat out. It was not worth getting sick over it.

Hotel was very nice. Beds were comfortable and everything clean. Breakfast had good selection but runs out often! Crowd hit 45 min before it closed. They could not keep up with demand. Ran out of many items all together.
