This hotel was a bit disappointing. The gym is missing a lot of dumbbells. When I asked the front desk staff they said they were stolen a while back and haven’t been replaced yet. The clothing drier wasn’t working for the duration of our stay as well. So we were inconvenienced with finding a laundry mat to do our laundry. I’ve stayed at La Quinta’s before, this one was definitely the worst.

Convenient/easy acces right in front of the highway! Check in was easy. Friendly staff! Location is clean, and looks safe and nice. I'm just staying overnight but both gym and pool looks really nice as well.

Beds were horrible, both were completely sunken in and had 0 stability. AC was noisy. TV wasn’t working at first and then we found it was unplugged. Fridge took forever to cool down. Hallway to the elevators smelled sour. Sheets were stained. Bath stopper was rusted.

The property was so dirty, stains on the bed hair in the towels a smell of mildew in the air and mold on some parts of the ceiling it was absolutely disgusting I checked out early and did not finish my whole stay.

The staff seemed nice enough but the rooms were filthy. I cleaned up so much dirt everywhere. I had my two kids, 11 and 8, with me and we couldn't wait to get out of there. This place has the potential to be so much better if it was just clean. It needs to be clean. It was disgusting.

The room was disgustingly dirty. There were small roaches everywhere, the restroom tub and floors were filthy as well. The ceilings and wall had evidence of mildew and were also dirty. You could tell the room had not been thoroughly cleaned and to make matters worse the entire hotel reeked of marijuana! I would never come back to this hotel or recommend to anyone!

Roaches in the room! They refunded some amount but it was a huge inconvenience having to leave in the middle of the night and find somewhere else to sleep, we were in town for an event. Don’t trust the pictures!! Rooms look nothing like they show!!

When we checked in the room appeared cleaned and prepared for our check in but I was quickly corrected. The tub had a dirt ring around it, the pillows weren’t clean and looked like they got them off the street and when asked for new clean pillows they didn’t have any. I hope they figure out how to do better cleanliness because it was very uneasy staying here. 2.5 ratings don’t lie so when you see them believe them .

Overall the stay was good! If you are looking for a upscale & updated “visual” this may not be the best choice for you. The location is very convenient!! There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There was a lot of kiddos so also a great place for families. Breakfast was good. We really enjoyed the options available :) The bed was pretty comfy and I slept well. Now for the downsides…. A heavy smoke smell covered the 3rd floor. The room was fairly clean however after checking the bed a lot of dog or human hair was found at the base of the mattress. The room itself looked outdated and in need of some TLC. Our room in this hotel was very run down. The light in the bath/toilet room did not work. The light by the sink was on the wall on the right side of the mirror (not above the mirror) and taped to the wall. We could barely get the window closed and we had to fight with the blinds to get them closed. The hotel has many homeless in the area. The room was a good size and the mattress was comfortable.

My room smelled. The bathroom was unventilated and dirty. The bed was lumpy and old. My room key stopped working after Day 1 of a two-day stay. The humorless lady at the front desk told me that my phone's close proximity to my key nuetralized it but what actually happened was that the desk guy when I first arrived only programmed my key for one day instead of two. They weren't honest enough to tell the truth.

Average affordable hotel, we stayed a couple nights and it was okay. I did see a bug in our bathroom right before leaving but other than that it was okay. Front desk guy was not friendly when we checked in nor when we left, definitely would make the place better to have more welcoming staff. The hotel is in a pretty good area super market right across the street as well as a few places to eat within minutes.

We checked out early while still having to be charged because of the cleanness of the hotel. Our first room had stains on the bed. We asked for our room to be changed and the room was filthy. Dust all over the furniture. The furniture was old and has scratches all over it. The light fixture had a film of white residue and the bathroom sink has brown silcone around the rim. Upon checking out the attendant didn’t even bother to stand up from her chair as she was watching a movie on her mobile phone. When I asked for a check out receipt she instantly because bothered.

No answer at the front desk phone for a full 10 minutes. Pot smell was so strong in my guest's room that he went down to request a room change...only to find that the desk clerk was high--not at the desk, but in the room behind the front desk. The smoke and smell rolled out when he opened the door, and he appeared to have been taking a nap on duty. I put my guest in a new hotel after 2 days.

I stayed here for a medical diagnosis in Houston. Originally booked a week long stay. I found out I would have to return the following week for a medical procedure. The hotel staff allowed me an early checkout and refund for the nights I had left. They were very understanding and helpful. That’s the reason for 4 stars. However, the front desk agent stayed in a closed office and would only come out when they saw you on camera. Housekeeping had to be asked to pickup the room and replace towels. Even without the sign on the door they wouldn’t come unless asked. In room 210. Missing tiles in the bathroom. Missing blackout shades in room. Someone was smoking in their room on our floor. The chair was stained. And I found a pair of women’s panties on the floor at the back edge of the TV stand. 4/5 stars for their help and understanding my situation. 2/5 considering the rest.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The property is very close to shopping centers and restaurants but you can always hear cars on the freeway, so make sure you have earplugs or white noise playing while you sleep.

Room was nice and the location was great! Breakfast was not good. Burnt, hard biscuits. Eggs were nasty. Would not recommend eating here to anyone. I stayed here for five nights, I ate the breakfast only one time and never went back down to eat again.

This LaQuinta was very disappointing. The smell of the entire hotel was very unpleasant. In the room it was even worse. The upkeep of the hotel was not up to par either. It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but there is still a very potent smoking scent with a mix of a dirty and unclean smell. The breakfast was limited— not many choices at all. There was a small roach that ran across the sink while I was doing my makeup. And, they also let us check in with a half used roll of toilet paper without a new one on standby. When going to a hotel, you want something that feels better than your own home. Here, that was absolutely not the case. I could not wait to check out as soon as we got there. The ONLY reason I’m giving an overall two star rating is because they did not require a deposit for incidentals or my small dog. Other than that, I would have given a one star rating with NO shame.

The breakfast bar was terrible, halfway frozen biscuits and sausage and hard-boiled refrigerator eggs. One of the bedroom lights didn’t even had a lightbulb in it. I told him about it and they gave me a lightbulb so I can screw it in myself. The daytime clerk was rude and unfriendly.

The rugs in the hallway were old and dusty. The breakfast was ok. I wish they would put new boiled eggs daily but I understand if they did not want to and bring the same egg day after day. The first floor hallway smells funny. The pros were the parking was safe. The room was clean and they would come daily and clean it. That was good. It is close to major highways and some restaurants.
