This was a nice looking Hotel. Common areas was warm or rather hot. Needless to say I woke up and had a 2018 Chevy Silverado stolen out of the parking lot upfront

upon arrival and after checking in , was told the elevators were not working and gentleman looked upset at answering questions to other guests. had driven 400 miles and need to rest, yet the place was a smoking marijuana dump, smoking definitely allowed and no security to enforce. the carpets on the stairs and hallways very dirty. WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN. OR RECOMEND TO ANYONE.

When we got there they told us the elevator was broken so we had to haul our luggage up three flights of stairs! Our truck was broken into in the parking lot! Window smashed glass everywhere! Save yourself the trouble and pick another place to stay or plan for an extra $300 to repair it.

Hotel was clean and was peaceful to stay but parking lot is unsafe. Our truck's catalytic converter was stolen and from some other guests trucks as well in same night. Thief's Wonder around parking lot freely and saw out your cars property easily without anyone noticing. In the morning you will get some surveillance footage of theft of your car.

New vehicle stolen. Not so much as an apology from staff. Not the safest part of town to have an unsecured hotel at without adequate security. Elevator was OOS. Just a run down outfit with unsavoury characters around the building. I learned the hard way.

we saw a dead cockroach near the step to the 2nd floor. The elevator was out of order the day we checked in and remained so for over 2 days until the day we checked out. We paid 160 dollars/day for a 2-night stay.

This property had bed bugs and roaches everywhere on the 4 th floor I got bite up and we had move rooms twice and trying to figure out a solution to a better room let up to us not even getting are money back because it took up and hr of the stay and that’s only because we where trying to come up with a better plan and they said we took to long so we couldn’t get our money back… craziness .

This location was clean outside. The inside lobby and stairs had a funky smell. The elevators were broken and we were on the 3rd floor. That was the lowest floor they could offer us. When we got onto the 3rd floor it had a strong smoke smell even through the hotel has a sign saying there 100% smoke free. Luckily our room did not smell like smoke. The room was fairly clean with a lot of huge red stains on the carpet.

Great customer service. They just need to bomb the place for roaches. Ive killed dozens of kid and baby sized roaches and I only stayed 3 nights. They appear to live all throughout the building, they’re IN THE CARPETS, every time you turn the lights on you’ll see 3 or more in any given space of the hotel. Other than the smell of weed and cigarettes throughout the building, our stay was okay. Definitely won’t be staying here again nor recommending.

Bathroom dirty, the phone service of the room never worked, no water on the room, at the front desk didn’t find our reservation at the beginning, poor breakfast no protein or fruits, just cereal and make your own pancakes. Small pool, I expected more.

It looks like the hotel has been a nice face lift. It was very comfortable, clean and convenient for trip purpose. The only thing negative is the traffic noise of the adjoining expressway in the late night up to post mid-night. That didn’t help my trying to sleep. It got better after 1 or 2 am.

The only buttons that worked on the tv remote were the power and volume buttons. The door frame where the latch area is looked like it was previously broken into and a house roach was crawling on the bed upon arrival. Everything else was great but I most likely won’t stay again.

When you arrive the building looks renovated. The front area is excellent but.... As we entered the room you can tell there has been renovations. The bathroom was not cleaned very well and it looked like they just through paint on the walls and missed the corners of the bathroom. The shower curtain would not close and the bathtub felt like it was caving in the middle. The bed was old and hard. Pillows were in good condition. The carpet in the hallways seemed as if they were not cleaned in a while. The elevator only worked sometimes and we had to take the stairs a couple of times. Glad it was a small hotel. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Felt unsafe, female traveling alone. Huge water leak outside my door, ceiling pieces off showing pipes etc Asked for late check out, when I returned to my room the housekeeping already cleaned the room out throwing out all my food. I barely got my clothes back. Loud in the hotel, you ca hear people stomping around above you.

Room was clean, cool and spacious. The light in the bathroom had issues, full brightness upon turning it on but over 30 sec to 1 min the light wound dim. Wouldn’t go completely out but did make it harder to see. Otherwise great experience

The staff was super friendly. The front desk lady was great got us exactly what we needed. Bottom floor close to the door. My momma is a cancer patient and disabled so we didn’t have far to walk. The hospital was only a couple blocks so no excessive travel or stress

When we got there, the front desk agent was too busy sitting on a chsir on his phone. I had to say "Hello???" before he even acknowledge i was there. When he looked up, he had this "i was bothering him" look on his face. He checke us in and we went to our room. The next night, I needed to contact the front desk from my room, but found out that the phone in the room wasnt even connected. I had to go downstairs to complain about weed smell all through my side of the 4th floor and that it was even going into my room. Once again, he was sitting off to the side on his phone, not paying attention to the desk. I had to say ,"hello" before he acknowledged me. He said he would take a look. When I told him about the phone all he said was, "oh, yeah, yeah" and wave it off. Every time we saw the man, he always looked mad at the world. Breakfast was ok. Not sure what i was expecting but it was ok. I understand that the rooms have just been updated but the tubs are dangerous. I took a shower while there and the tub dips inward in a U shape and if youre not careful, you will fall. I almost did. Oh yeah, not to mention the elevator. That thing looked like it was falling apart. Overall, the stay was ok. I did have to ask the cleaning lady for new bottles of shampoo and conditioner as the ones that were there were almost empty. Not sure why they wetent replaced last time the room eas cleaned. Definitely choosing a different hotel next time we're in the Houston area.

There was a terrible stench at the elevator. There is only one elevator so you can’t avoid it. For your security you can’t get let in until 11am unless you get buzzed in. I was told that these security measures were for my safety because homeless population in the neighborhood sneak in and live in the stairwell. The stairwell was disgusting. I feel this review will better serve my safety concerns.

The elevator was out so that made it hard to get to the 3rd floor. Good news it was horrible only when having to take your luggage up and down. Only negative is I didn’t like the shirtless guy in the lobby area, but I guess that is up to the staff to tell them to put on a shirt. Excellent location and right off the highway and easy to find and in the middle of everything. Only about 10 mins from the Galleria Mall.

Elevator sucks! Doesn’t work at times, had to take the stairs multiple times and you can tell by the inside of the elevator it was cheap work, feels like it’s about to break. I was with my husband and my mother in law who’s 80 years old and blind and can barely walk so he had to go down the stairs to bring the elevator up after asking front desk to reset it or whatever it is they did. Best thing about this place was the breakfast.

Great customer service/friendly staff. I love that they have a full breakfast daily and not just on the weekends. There’s full usage of the amenities like the pool and the fitness center which are important at to me as an active person.
