My family stayed 5 days for appointments at MD Anderson. Loved continental breakfast options and free parking! We stayed in a suite with kitchenette - plenty of room for the whole Family! Very conveniently located near the medical center. Pool needs maintenance. Gym was exactly what I needed (a working treadmill). Front desk was VERY helpful. Would recommend and would stay again.

This hotel was great! It was just what we needed. We’ve been looking for a new hotel for the rodeo and we found it. Room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great and staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area is a little small and cramped but there was staff that helped us find a spot. Will definitely stay again!

Two night stay to check out the Texans Game. Clean room and friendly staff. Walkable to NRG Stadium. We checked out the day of the game and he gave us a late checkout at no charge. It did cost an extra $40 to leave the car parked on the premises during the game since we did check out that day. Still cheaper than the $75 parking by the stadium. If you stay overnight on a game day you are allowed one parking pass per room. The area does seem a little sketchy, but there is a Jack in the Box right behind the hotel. Otherwise not much to walk around to.

our room door wouldnt properly close, you can tell the property was a bit run down, breakfast was okay, parking also wasnt alot even in the back so if you came in late good luck finding somewhere to park, they also didnt have an area to purchase drinks/snacks so we just went to target across the road

Extremely clean and smelled nice. The area outside needed a little touching up but so convenient with so many restaurants within a short walk. Stayed for an MD Anderson visit and it was 7 minutes away. Very easy to navigate back and forth

Room smelled musty. Walls looked freshly painted but was cosmetically in need of repairs. Toilet was low to the ground if you have challenges getting up from that position. Bathtub area had old soapscum in the shower niche. For a room rate of more than $100, just basic, bare minimum. Frontdesk staff were friendly and presented water with a bag of chips upon arrival.

It was just St an over all nice experience. The facilities are clean. Staff is nice, courteous and helpful. The rooms are good size. Beds and pillows are impressively beyond comfortable. I have a neck injury and the pillows allowed me to sleep soundly and wake up without neck pain.

I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but our room was very small and worn. We couldn’t see out our window very well because there was so much gunk on it. It definitely had an interesting smell in the room. There’s no counter space in the bathroom.

Rooms were spacious , well kept and clean . And the location was so convenient for us. My daughter and I attended a Texans game that day and it only took us like less than 10 min to walk to NRG stadium . That was a big plus for us . Also staff was so nice , they allowed me to do early check in !! Awesome experience overall.

The desk attendant was one of the rudest I've encountered. When I entered the facility, she asked if I was checking in, to which I responded, "Yes, ma'am." She spent the next two minutes reading her phone. When she decided to interact with me again, she said, "Well, I need to see your information," as though I should have known what to do. When I asked, "What information do you need," she again, condescendingly responded, "Your ID and a credit card?" as though I was too dumb to figure it out. Her attitude was so poor that I even asked, "Did I do something to you?" She then responded, "No, I was just reading something earlier." This response not only had nothing to do with my question but also had nothing to do with me--it was very confusing. Nonetheless, the entire interaction was horrible, one that I will not be repeating at this hotel.

staff was truly helpful. i checked in early and when i got to my room they hadn't finished cleaning so i was going to go find a place to eat. the front desk gentleman came running out to my car and apologized and changed my room to one that was ready. he also came up anf adjusted my tv ..it was quiet, clean and convenient.

Stayed one night recently to be conveniently available to make an early morning appointment at MD Anderson clinic. There are several big pluses that come to mind about our stay. Super convenient free parking right by the back door, room was clean and fresh smelling, bed was comfortable and cozy, electric outlets everywhere, good lighting. A direct shot to MD Anderson minutes away. Not a Honeymoon hotel but perfect for getting in and out for your business

FAST check in, super helpful at front desk with area eats, parking, and events. The rooms are big and well kept. This hotel is a 15min walk to NRG walk across the street to the side walk and walk down. Save yourself the 25 to 60 dollar parking fee. Popas BBQ next door is very good as is Capt. Benny's.

We stayed he for an event at the NRG Center. This hotel is in walking distance so we didn’t have to pay for parking. The rooms were very clean and everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself is very conveniently place around a bunch of different food and a target across the street. we will DEFINITELY stay her next year when we come back.

Do not stay at this hotel..very unsafe..our vehicle. and 2 others were burglarized. Fenced in yard for parking has cameras but were facing skyward. Told by front desk this has been a problem for years and get broke into quite frequent. Police called and stated they have to take burglary reports every other day at this location. I am going to see if corporate will step in and correct this failure.

This was the first time in many visits that we were puzzled about the breakfast selections. We were told that serving begins at 6 and we came down at 6:30. They did not have any hot items out. Shortly after they brought out some scrambled eggs and sausage gravy. No kind of meat was offered and no explanation as to why. Nice place all in all.

The hotel room was clean but there was a stagnant smell in the air. The bathtub wouldn’t drain the water fast enough and after a minute there’s already water filling up the tub to your toes. Continental breakfast was unappetizing. If you want to stay here for close proximity to a game at NRG Arena, that’s fine- good enough for one overnight stay.

Great experience. We stayed 5 nights and it had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, fridge and microwave and breakfast was great. Waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon plus lots more. Fresh ice water and coffee were available all day in the lobby. They have transportation to MD Anderson. We will definitely stay again if we need to return.

We enjoyed the stay. My brother is ill and he had medical procedures. He loved this motel because of cleanliness and comfort. He loved the mattress. The breakfast wasn't good. Bacon wasn't cooked and biscuits weren't cooked either. Will comment on Oct 6-8 stay.it was ani unpleasant stay. Hoping for a link to a share my disappointment.
