The property is beautiful and guest services / staff were amazing. I spoke to everyone from the front desk to the valet casually and often. I enjoyed lounging in the lobby area and the bar. The pizza was good but it was rather large for one person so I recommend people plan to share. The coffee shop is a must!!! I started my days with an iced caramel macchiato. Again the service is 10 out 10. I didn’t use the complimentary car service but they did offer it. They drop you off anywhere within a 2 mile radius. They offer valet parking but I found it pricey but it’s convenient for those who rented a car or drove in. You also have the option to park in the public parking space across the street. The rooms are huge! So spacious. Clean. Modern. My only issue was that they do not have a vending machine or store on the property. So for those who may have flown in late, please know the restaurant will most likely be closed and you would need to find a nearby store to grab a snack or other items. You can also order from uber which is what I did.

We enjoyed our stay and had great customer service. The lobby bar and restaurant were convenient. Wish more amenities were included like breakfast. Valet is expensive and there is no self park option.

The property is close to the Bayou concert center, and nice dining options. I really enjoyed this hotel, the staff was very pleasant. And the food and drinks were very good here. My only complaint is the fee for a guest to park for the day. My friend drove 3 hrs to see me, so i didnt want her to drive any when she arrived. I told her to just valet her car here while we went out and about. They charged $32.00 for a few hours.

Coffee in room does not come with cream or sugar, even after you ask. There was no room service. They ran out of coffee at their coffee bar down stairs. When i did get two coffees they were $7.50 each. Valet cost $62.79 a night and you wait for a long time. There is no pool.

listen to reviews - room wasn't ready 2+ hours after initial check in time - room wasnt clean thoroughly - bodily fluid stains in restroom walls - no fridge in room - passive aggressive staff. not welcoming at all - had to wait over 25 minutes to get my car from valet Only thing this hotel is good at is for photos. I saw the mixed reviews and wanted to try it out for myself so take this as a warning. For the price point, please go somewhere else

I really was looking forward to staying here but I checked out within an hour and 45 minutes. I arrived Valet and check in was very smooth. When I opened the elevator for the 6th floor I was meet with the smell of weed ( i know this isn’t the hotel fault). My room had a city but there was some sticky stuff on the window, a stain couch, cut up and stained sheet and something on the bathroom wall.

The lobby was clean and inviting. Seevice was good. Hallway was clean. Could not check in ia the app. When checked in, i did not get the room i choose on line. The room itself needs attention. Bathroom has a hole in the wall and neded to be better cleaned. The shower had soap scum and rust. The towels had stains.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times and I think it’s a great hotel. However, this may be my last time staying here until a few things change. The bathrooms need to be redone completely. The showers are mildewing and that made me so uncomfortable that I decided to buy shower slippers. I requested to be moved to a different room, that was no issue but even the second room had the same issue. Something about not having a clean shower will deter me from staying anywhere. My only other gripe was the $65 per day valet rate. That’s incredibly too high per night. Especially if we’re staying for a longer amount of time. I would hope that the location could find some common ground with that because there aren’t any other parking options nearby.

The food at Rosalie was great although our order was slightly wrong. Perhaps there’s a new side and an old side of the hotel. The room we had seemed to be on the old side. There was dust in the room on the side table. The wall was some thin. We could hear the neighbor sneezing very easily through the locked door in between the rooms. The room did not come with an iron, ironing board, or a hairdryer. The room only had a steamer. We had to request for these items to be brought to our room. After calling the front desk a few times, we received an iron/ironing board and a hair dryer. They were delivered separately. By the time we got the hair dryer, my wife didn’t need it at that point. There were a few hairs on the floor in the bathroom and the paint is peeling in three spots in the bathroom ceiling (room 404). We only stayed for one night and to our surprise checking out, we got charged $62 for valet parking.

We love Hotels with ceiling to floor windows. The Windows did not give us clear views which defeats the purpose. It needs to be cleaned. But the Overall hotel is clean and smells really nice. Please clean the windows for a better view.

The ac did not have an option to leave on so it got hot during the night No fridge , no microwave Check out is @12 and yet a random worker was trying to come in @9am. There is no excuse for that

It's a great hotel if you are a young couple or single traveller. It has a young vibe. Breakfast has a limited menu and is not kid friendly. Room amenities were okay: The coffee maker didnt have any powdered cream/sugar, the fridge did not cool well, the safe was locked and unusable and the shower pressure wasn't good. The good: location was within walking/uber distance to many restaurants or stores, and it was clean in the rooms and common areas.

Excellent option for downtown Houston. The lobby bar food and service are very good. Cocktail was outstanding. The room is cool and comfortable. My only criticism is that because the bones of the place are older, the power outlets in the room are not convenient for business travelers wanting to work in the room with the laptop plugged in. There was also no power outlet near the in-room coffee machine. Otherwise, it is a very cool hotel with a great location.

To be charged almost $100 more for less amenities than my original reservation, then to be disrespected by the "Manager On Duty" because of the staff error made this the absolute worst experience I have had traveling. I will NEVER return to this hotel. I paid the $20 resort fee for 2 people twice. I paid extra for a high floor and was placed on a mid level floor at best, even in comparison to what the hotel advertises as "high floor". The customer service by Paulo "the so called Manager on Duty" was absolutely horrible. To be cut off and yelled by this man. I will never. I have contacted an attorney in regards to this matter. This is how bad this entire stay was.

Jasmin, the bartender, was amazing. She always tried to make a “no” into a “yes!” The women at the front desk, on check in, also have the same attitude. All the carts were full when we arrived. One of the women at the front desk helped us carry our luggage to our room by hand. We will return!

Wouldn’t recommend for a weekend trip, better suited for weekday/business travel. The hotel has very limited food options on the weekend and downtown is dead on the wknd. Ppl were getting food delivered in, the staff was extremely limited. Also, they wanted to charge an additional fee to check in 30 minutes early. But after waiting 30 minutes, they didn’t even have your room available. Staff was very unapologetic.

For a hotel rated four stars, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I discovered visible mold in the shower—an issue that should never occur at this level of accommodation. I attempted to contact the front desk and room service multiple times by phone, but received no response. When I finally went down to the front desk in person to report the issue, the response was underwhelming. I was told, “We’ll let housekeeping know,” with no further follow-up, apology of substance, or offer of compensation. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service fell far short of what one should expect from a four-star establishment.

Room was not ready at checking in: took 1.5 hours before we could get to the room. Ordered food at the lobby bar, took 20 minutes for half of our order to arrive. We ordered a vegetarian burger and I specifically mentioned without bacon, came with bacon anyway. Room service run around. Staff was very friendly and helpful, not the issue (don’t blame the staff!). Just lack of organization it seems.

The front desk people are not informed about their hotel and overall, not helpful in any way. Couldn’t tell us where the light switch was, brought up shampoo when we asked for lotion, missing hairdryer that finally came up 30 min later, etc. need to be trained. Had a box delivered days before arrived with confirmation of delivery and confirmation of who signed and where it was delivered. This was a needed delivery for my business trip. 3 different people, managers included could not locate the box. We even left our contact info for them to email me if it was found. When we checked out, it was magically waiting behind the desk but by this time, it was useless to us as my meetings had ended. Only Toya was helpful, noticed the box and was willing to go out of her way to accommodate us. They charge $20/day that must be spent or charged otherwise. Their restaurant was only open for breakfast and lunch but not dinner. The bar was available but freezing cold. They charged $5 for a self serve coffee machine but never had any cream. I usually don’t write reviews and especially not negative ones but when paying this type of money to stay at a curio hotel, you’d expect a lot more professionalism and customer service.

Overall we had a great stay! The valet service was really great, Solanna, Michael, and CJ were very attentive and made everything a breeze. They got out cars in and out with no problems during our stay. I will stay here again.

Good location and beautiful common areas however, we did have a negative experience. We booked a corner view room, upon entry the bed wasn’t made. We expressed our concerns and were relocated to a different room. In the new room the AC was broken. We asked to be switched to a different room or have a fan brought up. Front desk suggested we door dashed a fan, as there was nothing they could do for us. Will not be returning.

One of the worst stay ever, couldn’t believe this is Hilton!! Limited food menu, no room service at night or early morning, no breakfast on the weekends!! On top of that, my reservation includes buffet breakfast (while the hotel doesn’t offer buffet breakfast at all)! The reception informed me that I have $30 a day to order from the restaurant (which has very limited options), at the checkout they tried to charge me… similar happened to my colleagues! Don’t recommend this hotel at all, and for me, indeed the first and last last time to be there!!!

Beautiful lobby bar. Service was rather curt but was prompt. Dinner menu at Rosalie’s was not extensive, price for me; pizza with three toppings was $26.00. I was ok, but nothing to write home about. Room large, comfortable. Was lacking an ice bucket, called desk, said they’d send one up. After 30 minutes, had not arrived & I had an appointment. It was there when I returned, unknown how long it actually took to arrive. Shampoo, body wash etc were just ok. Mattress was comfortable, pillows and linens were very nice. No alarm clock. Mini fridge was a joke, hard to even explain it…it was in a drawer. Valet parking was $$ and didn’t see any option for self-park. Realllly disliked that they add a resort fee. Get it back if you purchase food or drink, but this wasn’t any type of resort to me…didn’t even have a pool. Safe, quiet area…I had a lovely view of a parking garage lol. Overall ok…stayed because it was a short walk to Hobby Center, but do not think I’d return.
