I had a strange experience with the bar staff. I reported it to the manager who handled it well. But the Four Seasons no longer has the 5 star service it had when I was younger. They need to address that, retrain, and use spotters to root out those that don't make the cut.

The hotel and staff were impeccable, as usual. We enjoyed exquisite food and drinks in both restaurants. The complimentary transportation for MD Anderson was great as well.
