I have stayed here a number of times. They have all been good. My one complaint this time was the elevator was out from Saturday morning until I left on Sunday. There is a second elevator, but I never saw that one working. I talked to someone who stayed there recently and they said the elevators were not working then. At least it was working when I took my bags upstairs. You need working elevators if you're a multi story hotel. Everything else was good.

The Hampton Inn lacked a generator, so the power, water, and all services went away during Hurricane Beryl. That was fine for half a day, but by day two we were upset to see that we were charged more for the second night despite the lack of amenities. This hotel is well located and well-priced for its location. It's nothing fancy but gets the job done. When we were there the elevator was broken for a couple days but they called us ahead of time and asked if we wanted to continue with our reservation and, if not, they were willing to cancel our reservation free of charge, so great customer service. They also put us one the second floor so it wasn't much of hike up the stairs. The rooms are in decent shape and clean and its very well located near the energy corridor. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Other than having to change rooms from the 4th to 1st floor because the elevators were not working the stay was seamless. They informed me before we arrived and the 1st floor worked out perfectly, so no problem at check in.the free breakfast was good and the pool was clean and refreshing not to mention we had it to ourselves both days.

This is the nicest place we have stayed at in this area and it will be our Houston go to place! Love the fresh scent as we walked in to the hotel and the cleanliness of everything! In the last few years the overall appearance & maintenance has declined a bit. The hallway carpet is dirty. The water pressure was poor in my room on my last stay. The linens are old/not crisp. But the employees are very nice and the pricing is good.

The staff and facilities were ok, breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed the pool. The only negative, and this will likely keep us from staying here when we're in Houston again in 3 months, is a musty room - reminded us of an old cabin on the beach. I don't have allergies as a rule, but my and my wife's sinuses did not enjoy the mustiness.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, easy check in and check out. Having to request for cleaning service the night before was inconvenient especially when travelling with a child. The room was newly renovated but certain things were not updated (old bathtub, low water pressure, some of the lamps only worked some of the time). Breakfast was good but rather crammed space, meaning you're seated very close to guests of other tables.

The minute I got into my hotel room, I was surprised to get a welcome text from Tammi asking how I like the room. I mentioned that I like every thing except a dampen smell. Tammi immediately ask if I want another room and found me another better room. I was amazed with the quick service even though they were busy with guests at the front desk.

They had a security issue going on and I was unable to enter the building and stood in the foyer waiting for 5 minutes to be let back in, while the person of issue stood there also. I was afraid to go back outside whete it was dark and cameras are not clear. When I spoke to the manager this morning, she was very flippant about the issue. I have never left a review like this, but this one is necessary. I've used this hotel before with no issues. But this time was a deal breaker for me. The staff wad concerned about their safety, but mine clearlyvwas not important.

I have never had as helpful or friendly hotel staff as this ANYWHERE else. They went above and beyond to get us whatever we needed during a high stakes medical visit to Houston from NH. WHen the shuttle wasnt available, themanager drove us to Quest Labs and waited during my daughter's blood draw then gave us a ride back. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here on vacation. Friendliness and great service are everything.

My first time in this hotel and had a really bad experience... The day after my arrival I got back from shopping to find out that the room wasn't cleaned, I called the lobby to ask about this and they mentioned that I didn't ask for the room to be cleaned, that that was their policy, however, I told them that they didn't mention that when I arrived. The same day I asked for towels to be delivered to my room and the answer from the staff was thet I needed to go and grab them from the lobby. To finish my bad experience, the staff didn't thank or wished me a good day when I was leaving the hotel. Really rude people taking care of the so called "service" in this property, never going back after this.

Had just came off a 13 hour flight from London. Staff made my stay fast and amazing. The check in lady had me checked in very fast. The guy that took over helped me at 2 am when I needed medicine and the morning person was also friendly when I checked out. Clean and spacious room. I’ll be back for sure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The exit route to the hotel was inconvenient because it required an immediate turn over the hotel onto a road with a lot of traffic. It was challenging to navigate through the incoming cars and make a safe exit from the highway, especially for an inexperienced out-of-town driver.

Great trip everyone was very friendly never stayed where someone said good morning as making way to breakfast which was great! It was a hot breakfast so eggs sausage and choice of breads and waffles and toppings like chocolate, chocolate chips, strawberries etc, cereal, oatmeal etc very clean and quiet hotel definitely recommend especially for the price and where it’s located!
