We always enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn. However, the only workable ice machine is on the first floor and the end of the hall. This is not at all feasible for handicapped persons.

This hotel itself is very nice, but I called the morning of our reservation to verify that their EV chargers were working, which the hotel confirmed. When we arrived at 11pm I found out that all the EV chargers were out of order which meant we had to drive around to find another charging station for an hour and wait another hour for our car to charge. Very annoyed that the guy told me they were working and the front desk person when I checked in said they had been out of order for at least a week. :/

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional. However, the building itself was horrible. The elevator did not work and apparently it hasn’t for at least 8 months now. (Checked google reviews after my stay, my mistake.) Fortunately, it’s only 3 floors so its not too bad, but if you have little ones or are handicapped, you definitely should go some place else. Also, saw the make-ready ladies having to walk up the stairs with all their equipment, felt bad for them :( Breakfast was okay. Room smelled funky and humid. Upon my arrival, there were about 4 police cars blocking our entrance, there was a huge party at the hotel next door. We had to drive around for at least 20 minutes until it was cleared and I was able to enter the Hampton. Mind you, I just wanted to shower and sleep after my drive. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Overall good stay. There was no one at the check in when we arrived, we had to wait for 15 mins but I think that’s the same at the surrounding hotels. The toilet bowl had pee splashes, didn’t seem cleaned all around but everything else was clean.

The parking lot area was dirty, seems like there is no grounds keeping. There was trash all in the parking lot. There were no trash cans in the hallway. Also, I was informed that there was no regular house keeping. The window sill in my room was dirty with spiders and dust. The staff was nice though and check in was quick.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The place is extremely clean. The bathroom is clean, the bedroom is clean, and the sheets and towels were absolutely spotless. No complaints in cleanliness. In the room a microwave, clothes iron, and fridge are provided as well as some convenient extras. The pool is very clean, and the water is pleasant. The breakfast provided is great. Additionally, in the lobby they have a mini pantry where you can buy beers, sodas, and snacks. They also provide 24/7 tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. They provide parking, which is useful because Houston is absolutely not walkable. If you are looking to order food, definitely do not order from Twin peaks across the highway. The food is overpriced, soggy, and tastes microwaved. Absolutely awful.

Room and staff were what you expect clean and friendly. Breakfast was ok as well with hot eggs, meats and fruit and cereal options. There are several food options around the hotel as well. Bed was comfortable but my air conditioning was loud and the toilet ran for two of the three days we stayed. Overall I thought the hotel was good.

First of all I always stay at Hampton Inn’s and I am always satisfied. The room was nice and spacious and clean. No problem. The bathroom was not good though and I never complain but wanted someone to be aware. First of all there was little water pressure and the design was bad in shower. All the water drained out so the bathroom floor was always flooded. We had to use our towels to dry the floors. It’s just a bad design. There was nothing to keep the water in the shower and a short shower curtain didn’t help. Just thought I would let you know. I will still stay at Hamptons in the future. Thanks

Don't book this property through Expedia, go directly to the site. I booked a 'king bed with study' on expedia, but it doesn't show Hampton on their systems, so me and my wife had a room with 2 queen beds instead of one king... Additionally, the late night/overnight receptionist sits on a couch in the lobby, and leaves the front door locked. It's a bit creepy to show up to a hotel from a late flight and have the door locked. There is a phone to call and she opened the door quickly, but not the best intro...

Good location right by highway and variety of food. AC works really good which is a big plus for me. The only issue I have is handicap parking there is only 4 and workers park there without the proper handicap place card. Making it difficult for people with disability so if your in need of a closer parking like myself just be advised.

The free breakfast consisted of a frozen biscuit for you to put in the microwave and a water in a brown paper bag. The worst breakfast I’ve had out of any hotel I’ve stayed in. I has to go out for breakfast the rest of the days I stayed there, I usually try to save money by eating breakfast at the hotel but not this time.

Hotel was clean and felt safe. nothing fancy but everything worked. They did surprisingly have a pretty good breakfast selection. Full coffee bar. Eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, as well as breads, muffins, oatmeal cereals and waffles.there was also a small store area with drinks and snacks. If i am ever in the area again I would definitely stay there. Staff was also well dressed, professional and friendly. So if you want a ritz, not for you but if you want a good clean basic hotel this will work just fine.

I made the reservation on Monday and stayed the next Sunday night. The Lobby was under construction so I had to go through the fitness room to get to a make shift desk. The attendant, at 10:30 pm was comatose. No interaction or information shared. I had to read the notice in the elevator to realize there was no real breakfast. Had I known this I would have never made the reservation - reservation said "Free Breakfast" and Fitness Center. No workout and no breakfast (a grab-and go is not breakfast), both things I planned on doing that morning before my business meeting. I took the cart to bring in my luggage. It was raining and coming back in I had to open the door, hold it open while pulling in my cart all the while getting rained on. At 10:30 pm no one else was around. The attendant just sat on her rear end and did nothing to help. Will not stay there again.

Checking in and out was a breeze, my room was really clean when I went inside and lots of great breakfast options, no complaints of service the only thing would be adding an extra waffle maker so there’s not a line of people waiting but other than that my stay was excellent!
