We have stayed at several Country Inn and Suites and this was the worst place we have ever stayed. The lobby was clean but the hallways were filthy. Elevator bounced as it went up was so worried it would stop we used the stairs for the remainder of our stay. Our room was clean but walls were dinghy and furniture was outdated. When it came to the breakfast there were signs limiting the amount of food each person was able to take. Then signs saying no food could be taken to your room or they would fine you. We watched the staff question guests if they were staying in the hotel. The bathrooms located by the lobby were locked and was told they were unable to be used. Wound not recommend anyone stay at this location.

You get what you pay for. You can tell alot abt a hotel soon as you walk in. The lobby was humid like the AC was not on. Checked in ok. The carpet in hallways were dirty, lifted in some spots and bald. Our room door wouldn't open. Went to notify attendant, gave me a 2nd card key, went back upstairs and the lock wouldn't open. She tried to switch us rooms, but a gentleman that was next to her said "No" and something in their language. He went to replace the batteries in the locking mechanism. Waited another 15 minutes. Luckily the AC in the room was actually working and it was cold. But soon as I put my bags on the office chair, the handle broke off. Again, the carpet was very dirty looking. And i looked past that cus I was tired. I go to grab my lysol to spray the bed sheets and I noticed the mattress was worn out from one side. Oh no thank you. I saw 2 German roaches in the restroom just chilling on the counter. I grabbed my bags and left. Went to another Hotel.

The photos do not accurately depict the property. The decor is dated and feels old, not fresh like shown in the photos. The carpets are severely worn. The vendor machine is completely empty, the pool area is not maintained and it right off of a very busy street, so you would be consume exhaust fumes. The bathroom smelled of mold and some towels were tattered. Bfast options were very limited. No issues with the front desk or housekeeping.
