Convenient location. Parking needs to be safer because no secured gate. Condition of the room need to be upgraded a bit (toilet need to be fixed --- not flushing, shampoo container on the wall fell down).

I was very happy with location of this hotel. It was easy to find, on a quite street yet incredibly close to Westhiemer and the Belt way. I liked the layout of our room and the bathroom was large and clean. The indoor pool was nice but the pool room itself was so hot it made it difficult to enjoy. I felt like I was in a sauna but not in a good way. I also liked that I was able to check in at 10 pm.

The shower was horrible water was filling up in the tub and the hot tub was not hot the towels and wash cloth was rough and old and the toilet paper was like sand paper it was definitely a no frill hotel and they have the nerve not to give you complementary water because I was not staying for more than one night so I have to buy a bottle of water for four dollars. I have never heard of that in my life, I feel like as long as you’re staying at the hotel you should have the right to a bottle of water for free, but because I was only spending one night I was not allowed a bottle of water I had to pay for it. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The price was good, but that was all I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff is nice. My room was clean. The hotel itself need some serious updating. Getting off the elevator and being smacked in the face with the smell of the trash cans in the hallways was awful and very unpleasant.

Everything was good overall. Just disappointed that treadmill was not working. There needs to be a repair done the floor was separating from the base board. Please fix the air conditioning in the lobby.

The front desk clerk came out to open the lobby door looking like he just woke up, wrinkled t-shirt, messy hair. The hallways smelled like someone was vaping or smoking in the rooms. We requested extra towels, never delivered. It was noisy in the lobby area, people had parties in the dining room, they brought their own food, people screaming on the phone. The pool looked dirty. There's room to improve, location was conveniently close to the highway.

I love this hotel located at a nice area, it’s near by many different kind of shopping centers and restaurants we wanted to go and we got everything easier. Bedrooms are big and Bed was comfortable. And also has a good kitchen in the room. And also they have a self laundry which is very convenient for us. The only complaint is that hotel’s equipments are too old such as Air conditioning, machine is so loud while running, and temperature was not match the degree I set up. There was no cool air at daytime when outside temperature was hot. Shower rooms are old too, drain pipe was clogged and shower head could not be able to adjust. Pool and Gym room were too small.

We weren’t in the room much but to sleep and shower… Breakfast was okay not worth waking up over sadly. And we stayed for 4day after 1day they cleaned our room took our towels from our room and didn’t replace them. We asked for towels every day after and was told there in the washer or the dry but was never given another bc now they were full capacity and have a towel shortage. We ended up buying some from Walmart. I love Homewood hotels in general especially bc of there amenities but probably wouldn’t stay at this location again.

Definitely requiring some updating. Seemed worn out. Bedbugs in the room next door to me. Did not offer any compensation for this. Room was cleaned only every other day. Very Poor!! Felt Dirty. Never again!!!

Breakfast was good. Not located in an area that has easy access. Hotel needs some updates as the ceiling was falling down in the dining area. Rooms are large but needs some updating as well. Sofa bed mattress definitely needs deep cleaning and they are thin.

The hotel was very accommodating, the breakfast options were great. The carpet in the room needs to be deep cleaned, I have a toddler that plays on the floor and he spilled water on the carpet and when he got up his grey pjs were stained from whatever dirt and filth was on the carpet, there was broken or unsafe pieces in the bathroom and when my toddler was driving his car on the carpet outside the pool a piece of glass cut open his finger. The hotel has great potential just needs some extra love and maintenance. The floor plan for the 2 bedroom suites is perfect for a family as well as the table and chairs, sofa and mini kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay we just wished it was more maintained and cleaned better.

This place was very average. Definite signs of wear and tear throughout. Our room had a fold-out sofa bed that our son slept on. But the bed, when folded out, sat on top of the drawer handles of the tv stand. There were no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived, so we had to call and get them. But there was only one member on staff that evening, so we had to go down to the desk to get them. There weren't enough towels for the 3 of us. We had asked for 4 extra pillows and were told, "We only have 2." Do they only have exactly enough pillows and towels to stock the rooms and no extras? As I said, it was very average. The employees were kind and helpful. I blame the facility for any shortcomings.

The suites were very large and beds very comfortable. Especially liked the large refrigerator. We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was not as good as expected. Would have liked to have waffle maker and cereal options. The cookies in the afternoon were a nice surprise. Will definitely stay here again as it is close to family. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel.

The Suite was very nice. Full mini kitchen with a simi regular size refrigerator, and freezer. 2 separate TV viewing area's with a door between them so anyone that wanted to stay up, could sit on the couch and watch TV while anyone wanting to sleep could, or just view different viewing preferences in separate rooms. Ift was away from the noises from the main Freeway, but close enough to get to fast.

We checked in late at night due to flight delay. However the toilet did not flushable and overflow to the floors. Contact Front desk and she did not help but passed rubber plunger for us to do and clean up water overflowed.

Had a cancelled flight on the previous day, and had prepaid. Didn't realize I needed to check in. Hotel staff and manager kindly accommodated and understood the situation, and allowed us to complete the rest of our stay. Extremely helpful staff, and they remembered me. Hotel room was always fantastic, and nice and clean, kitchenette and bathroom. Will definitely be my go-to here again when I'm in Houston.

Staff was not friendly. They dont acknowledge you when you come in and out. The lady that did breakfast yelled at me for using the same serving spoon. It was my fault but you can address things without yelling at your guests. I reported an issue with front desk about stained pillow and you can tell he didnt care.

Minor repair. Ants to window sill. Breakfast was not refilled after 0935 approximately The front desk Annie/betty , I apologize for the forgetfulness of the name , she was there when we came back from a late dinner and when we went to eat breakfast. She still had a pleasant conversation and a smile. I would be very tired. She deserves a raise and / or a promotion. Not many will be that way. She made the checking in and out easy. That makes a person want to return

Horrible check in. The clerk was confused, lied openly and delayed the check in process to 45 minutes! She was totally clueless! I was not alone in my criticisms. My room was fair, had a musty smell and was due for an uodate. The breakfast however was excellent. We are done with Hiltons. Never again. Going back to Marriot’s.

The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Upon arrival we were early and asked to check in early around 12. The staff stated that house keeping was cleaning rooms and getting them ready and would call me when the room was ready due to me being a valued Hilton member. Check in is at 3pm and I never received a call before hand stating my room was ready. We waited until check in time and came and checked in and the room was still not ready. My party of 6 had to wait in the lobby for over and hour with 4 other families who’s room was not ready as well. This stay was not timely or professional. We had a 13 hour drive and just wanted to unpack and relax!

After a 4 hrs road trip in the over 100 degree weather, we arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time. The front desk staff was very understanding and checked to see if our room is available and kindly let us check in a bit earlier. The room was awesome, way more than I expected. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast area was under staffed. The lady was definitely trying her best to keep up with the crowd. Staying at other Homewood Suites has been a little different, way more luxurious breakfasts, but overall it was good.

The continental breakfast was one of the worst I have experienced in my travels. No waffles, no pancakes, no choices of juices, milk a day from expiring, eggs not real, cereal was not the freshest, no fruit. Overall two thumbs down.
