The eggs were really cold on the buffet

Clean room, but I reserved a king and they gave me two queens due to occupancy issues.

There was no hot water when showering and it was very difficult logging into the wifi, the standard marriot log-in didn't work so needed a code from front desk but that also didn't work the first few tries, eventually it did work.

My stay was brief, but the room was hot. The ac was barely blowing. The ENTIRE hotel smelled musty like there had been a water leak or flood. 1 good thing……that shower was awesome. The water pressure was amazing and the temperature was just like I love it…….boiling hot. The hotel looks good from the outside. The lobby is beautiful, but the rooms are basic & musty.

During severe weather Saturday evening at the airport, many flights were canceled. After paying hotels.com and receiving a confirmed booking, my credit card had apparently placed a hold on the payment (fraud alert?). By the time I confirmed the payment was legitimate (30seconds later) I was told that there were no rooms available. This hotel might be fine but I would not know. I will remove this bad review once a refund is issued. Zero stars for zero rooms after paying real money.
