Breakfast was great. Pool was dirty/green. Rooms outdated especially restrooms

We had two adjoining rooms and when we checked in, our room had a plugged dirty sink and our second room had a toilet that was noisy and didn't flush. So our first hour there was spent with maintenance. Also, they supposedly had a bar and restaurant there, but it was rarely open and it wasn't really a restaurant.

The property had a musty old smell and humid rooms. One of the elevators was not working and cleaning crew was utilizing it during check out time.

The first room had a water leak in the bathroom. Water was coming from the wall. We were quickly moved to another room. The elevator was broke, the other elevator was in horrible shape. Sounded like it was struggling to operate. There was a note letting you know parts were on the way for it to be fixed. The pool was nice but the hot tub never got hot despite pushing the timer for it to be activated. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was amazing. It’s an older place, perfectly priced. The breakfast was delicious! Large variety of items to choose from.

Within walking distance to NRG Stadium but after a long day and night of walking, returning to the hotel to find BOTH elevators out of service was not acceptable. All guests were forced to climb the stairs in order to get to their rooms (we were on floors 5,6, and 7). A couple of people said that one elevator had been broken for the entire 4 days that they had been there.

Hotel is safe with key card access parking. Steph is very kind and . Free shuttle is available to drive guests to and from appointments, businesses, restaurants, etc. within a reasonable distance. Room was spacious and clean. Outdoor pool was nice. They offer a surprisingly wholesome breakfast. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

This hotel is super nice. We stayed for Texans vs Broncos, parking is secure, area is overall very quiet, hotel clean, all staff was super friendly and welcoming. It’s an easy walk to the stadium. We will be back!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the free shuttle that took guests within a 2 mile radius of the hotel.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff was nice and the bar area was always fun and welcoming.

We went to Houston to watch a game at NRG Stadium. We took the hotel shuttle to the game which was a nice bonus to staying at this location. We decided to walk back & it took about 10 minutes. The halls did smell musty at certain times of the day but the room never did. My only recommendation would be to have extra towels & linen in the room for the sofa bed.

Arrived very late due to a long drive. Staff were friendly and received room keys. Walked into room and noticed a strange musky odor. Before I jumped into bed I decided to remove sheets and just check the overall cleanliness. I lifted sheets and mattress cover and immediately noticed bedbugs and a huge stain (urine/body/who knows) covering the mattress. I went to the other bed and conducted same check and same issues were found. Nasty! Grabbed my kid and bags and went directly to the lobby to discuss with staff. I received an apology and was issued another room, Obviously, I was hesitant to even stay there but I just drove 10 hours and I was exhausted. I hoped for the best and went to the next room. The same smell / odor hit us as soon as we walked in (has to be mold or urine), I checked both beds and didn’t find any bedbugs, but the urine/body stains were on both mattresses.We were so exhausted I decided to pull all covers/sheets and place them on one bed and ended up sleeping there for the duration. The couch was atrocious as well. Looked like white stains on the cushions and body flakes covering the rest. Pulled up the cushions and food particles and whatever else on the floor. Not good. For $350+ a night this was by far the most atrocious hotel I’ve stayed at. This company should be disappointed and should issue a refund. Nasty! Negative 5 stars.

Clean room

Very good accommodation with friendly and helpful front desk staff. Main complaint is that there was a discarded plastic fork on the floor, right in front of the main desk with the tv on it. Plainly visible to any cleaning staff if the vacuumed the floor.

The bathrooms are not good rusty hardware and toilet seats are stained a big no no stained carpets around the room.

Convenient location. The room itself was not very clean when we arrived. Pieces of food on carpet and dusty areas. Found a large cockroach coming from the back of the dresser/tv area. Staff did not seem to care and they blamed it on the weather. Disgusting!

Staff were really nice and the room was excellent! It felt really clean. The bathroom shower was a little questionable (hair and stains left on the floor) but overall a really nice experience! The breakfast was great!

The staff at the checkout counter was very friendly. Very attentaive. The room was good but the bathroom door stick and you had to pull on the door multiple times to get out. Very scary for kids. Deep cleaning needs to he done in the room as there were multiple items behind the dressers and tv dresser.

I have stayed here for several times for appointments. The staff is always professional and friendly. The hotel and its surrounding is clean. The room is clean and the bed is soft and clean. Usually the staff in some hotels half clean the bathroom. Hair is left in the shower but I never found hair in the bathroom from any stay at this hotel. If the price is right, I will definitely stay here again.

I walked into my room just to find the biggest blood stain the the bed covers!!

Had a easy check in and the hotel was really clean.

Pros : location , gated parking , large rooms , comfortable clean beds , free breakfast , hot water and great water pressure Cons : elevator smelled awful , furniture a bit dated , bathroom small and needs some upkeep .

We were in town for a week long visit at MD Anderson. Got into town earlier than expected and was able to get checked in early. Front desk was friendly, breakfast is good. Rooms are a good size in that they have a small living room with a tv. We will definitely be staying here on our future trips to MD.

The daily continental breakfast was very convenient and plentiful for various appetites. The King Suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They did not skimp on the entertainment...two separate TV's for the different areas of the suite.

Easy 15min walk to NRG stadium and the hotel also offered a shuttle but we didn’t want to wait. Rooms were spacious and the front room had a ceiling fan which helped circulate the air since the AC was in the bedroom in the back. Breakfast was good and ended at 10 a plus was checkout is at Noon.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and nice.

Bed was very comfortable! AC unit is a bit noisy but was efficient in keeping us cool!

I liked that it was gated properly. I loved the set up of the suite we had. Especially how The living area was separated from sleeping area. I also appreciated the ceiling fan in the living area. It reminded me of home.

Only problem was the air conditioner was set cold and there was no way to cut it up or off. The a/c unit temperature setting and off/on buttons did not work. Signed, Eskimo Joe

the rooms are spacious and clean..

Booked a week prior and paid up front. Even did online check the day of and specifically stated it would be a late check in. Showed up and there were absolutely no rooms available. I got sent to a sister hotel down the street at a higher rate than what I booked

It was great but reception was not really good. lady did not mention about breakfast and was not friendly. She looked tired! One of the assistance boy was nice at the same time.

Ladies at check in were super nice. Also, first bartender was nice. Second one after game not so much

The hotel and its amenities are great. Very good breakfast. Beautiful, spacious room. Housekeeping was the only hiccup. If you don't ask for it at check-in, you won't get it. This should be told to all guests upon arrival.

The staff and shuttle service drivers were very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it has always been great. This time was no different. I love that they have paper plates, bowls, and plastic utensils available for guests. Also, there is never any problem getting more towels right away. I go down to the front desk to get them myself which is just my preference. For this stay we had two rooms and we were able to get adjoining rooms which was perfect for our family. My husband I were in one room and our daughters were in the other room. Everyone had a TV for themselves and having two bathrooms was wonderful. We also were able to just walk back and forth from one room to the other which was very convenient. The price of the rooms was great. On elevator was broken but we were I. The 6th floor and our wait for the elevator each time was just a few minutes. We will definitely rely be staying again. I highly recommend.

They have the best employees. Super friendly and always smiling. Breakfast is also good. They have several options to choose from. This was our second time there and if ever in that area again will be staying there.

Staff were great and welcoming on all services.

My reservation through Hotels.com was for 4 adults and 2 rooms. Luckily, I called the hotel about the reservation. They had only one room booked. They did have another room available so crisis averted but I was not happy about the whole situation. I had to speak to the manager because the customer service was awful.

Very close to the medical center.

Hotel staff were very friendly and respectful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Pareking lot was gated and safe. Location was great because it’s close to several restaurants and shopping centers and walking distance to NRG stadium. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was conveniently located only a few miles from MD Anderson. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay at this location again.

We had a great stay for a Texans football game. Easy to walk to the stadium & great restraint choices near by. The area felt very safe and property was very secure. We will definitely be staying again when in town!

Friendly staff. Nice complimentary breakfast. Hallway to room and elevator was stuffy and a bit too warm. Very clean.

The bed was just ok on comfort, not the greatest. The food available for breakfast always including coffeee ended before we could get there even on Saturday which I thought it should be a little longer than 9 o’clock.

We enjoyed our stay! The front desk staff was so helpful. Breakfast was great. Close to all the things we wanted to do during our stay.

The parking was secure you could only access the gate with your room key which was awesome for safe. The breakfast was good and it had many selections to choose from. The staff was friendly and the location of the hotel was ideal for me.
