Terrible property, burn holes in the sheets, homeless living on the next property over, exposed wiring, lock on the door broken and foreign staff, says breakfast included and its not, all around terrible stay

Checked in at 3 for a 3 day weekend. Checkout at 6 same day. Pool, Tv, Fridge all out of order not working? Maintenance man literally knocked on my door to fix a broken curtain. I have never had someone knock on my door to fix anything before. This room was not ready. I asked for a different room. They said NO EXTRA room you want a refund! Gladly took refund and went some where else.

This place has gotten some bad reviews but I feel I got exactly what I paid for iykwim!! The room was roomy, clean and AC worked. The free breakfast was coffee and a granola bar but I knew that already from reading the reviews. No biggie. Denny’s is right next door. Ask for Miranda, she was great!! Never got in the pool but it looked great. Housekeeper was super nice. There was no hair dryer or iron in the room but the front desk had both… minor inconvenience but you get what you pay for. No biggie! I was in town for a concert and whatever else I could find so I wasn’t really hanging out in a hotel room. I never felt unsafe and it served its purpose!

The room was dirty when I checked in and in need of many repairs as well as updated furniture. I spoke to 4 different staff members about these issues. They offered another room (which I declined because it was not a smoking room like I preferred) instead of ATLEAST asking housekeeping to do their job, so eventually I asked for a refund and clocked out on only day 2 of what was going to be a 5 day stay.

We love The Picante Restaurant that was within walking distance. Parking was nice and it was very easy to get out to the freeway too. The staff workers were friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze! Great value in today’s world.

Enjoy our stay until we checked out. I warmed leftover pizza using the room's microwave. I then checked out and attempted to eat my pizza in the dining room area, but the door was locked. I then sat down in the lobby to eat my pizza. The Front Desk lady told me I couldn't eat there. I doubt I will return to this motel.

Roaches everywhere

Room floor was dirty and room had roaches with dirty towels. Cheap room so let’s just say you get what you pay for!

Do not stay here they have bedbugs

The first room had roaches in there, the second room the lights didn’t work. The sink was falling apart. The remote didn’t work for the tv either. Pillows was dirty with stains on there.

The property is unsafe. Drug addicts prostitution. Our room had blood on the floor and it was dirty.

We left within 30 seconds of arriving. Upon getting out of the car we were greeted by individuals on the sidewalk who were clearly on drugs and arguing with the woman at check in. We got to the room and immediately noticed HUGE cockroaches crawling around the room as well as unbearable smells. The bed sheets had stains and the floor didn’t look clean at all. We didn’t even set our belongings down before running out 30 seconds later.

Asked for non smoking rooms. The cigarrete smell was terrible, the sheets were burned and pillows and blankets stained. The towels were torn due to so many washing cycles. Breakfast included was orange juice and 1 energetic bar. Well I guess you get what you pay for.

I’m paralyzed booked accessible back in may2025. No room available so I settled for regular room and my wheelchair didn’t work in bathroom that’s not accessible for shower ing. Our reservation was double booked and nobody called us. Only coffee and energy bar for breakfast, sad sad

There were black females being so loud outside at all hours of the night. I couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk to make a complaint several times but they never answered.

This hotel is NOT AT ALL what is advertised. The room was old. The tv was stuck on one channel only, the remote did not work and the volume was stuck on loud. I asked for a replacement remote and that one did not work either. The free breakfast consisted of a breakfast bar and crappy coffee, and juice. The area was shady and not at all safe. First and last time to stay here.

Over all stay was good but the girl who checked me in was always so rude. Day one basically just threw my key at me. I've never been treated so unfriendly at a hotel or motel. Day two, got there for breakfast at 8:55 a.m. and she said, it's closed. All it is is a granola bar and coffee anyway. Breakfast was supposed to be over at 9:00. How hard would it have been to bring me a couple of granola bars??? Later that day I go to tell her they didn't clean my room. She says, it's not daily service. All I needed was another bar of soap (they only put one small bar in the room) and clean towels. She meets me on the side and hands me a small bar of soap. Yes, I would stay there again, but they do need to improve breakfast by fixing the juice machine, adding at least some pastries, cereal and milk. Or don't advertise that breakfast is included. I saw many reviews saying the same thing from months ago and the manager replying they would work on it. Clearly they haven't yet. Most of all, it doesn't cost anything to be nice. A smile goes a long way. Train the front desk to be nice. Act like we're guests, not an inconvenience.

I reserved a night here and they didn't respect it. There was nobody at the front when I got there, the doors were closed, I rang the bell to talk to somebody but I didn't get an answer. ¿Why do you accept reservations when you're not going to receive the people and give them their room? ¿Why do you lock the doors when it supposed to be open at 5pm? Poor service!!!

Clean room. Good staff. They also allow service dogs with no question ( but if you have a service animal make sure to bring right paper work and rember to clean up after) the staff is nice about it so be nice about it back 🙂

Could've been better. Front desk mixed up my reservation and it took a long time to resolve it but it got taken care of.

Good afternoon. I don't know how it is doing the daytime because I don't be in my room. But at night I've heard knocking on my door. I never went out this would be 2:00 3:00 in the morning. I do not go out of my Not at that time of the morning anywy.

Its location is perfect for my activities. I Would prefer a bigger options of breakfast, may be some fruit.

Breakfast: coffee and granola bars only? I contracted influenza A while I was there. Big stain on the loveseat. Floor hadn't been swept, and the room smelled like an underground military bunker...I know what that smells like...I'm former military. Because I got the flu, I never did get a chance to do any sightseeing.
