Breakfast is from 7am-3pm. The food was great. The valet was $38 a day, but you can park some where else and it’s not too far. The snacks inside the room is VERY expensive, and they have a vending machine in the “basement”

I almost always stay at this hotel when in htx for any concert or baseball game. It's usually on hotels.com for a super value that can't be passed up. I don't require a lot of frills bc at the end of the day 1 just need a safe, convenient place to sleep. The hotel is located in a walkable distance from anything I want/need while in town. The hotel is always consistently clean, and the staff is great. Valet always goes quick and smooth, no matter when I'm in town. I highly recommend this hotel. I've stayed here many times over the years since like maybe 2014ish.

The best gym available at a hotel and cleanliness that tops the best! Highly recommended!

I loved how convenient everything is. It’s a great place if you plan on taking the metro everywhere but parking is $$35 a night or $20 if you park in a random garage nearby. Older building but well taken care of. Small rooms but the 24/7 fitness is great and the nice touch of lotions and good soaps at your disposal.

Clean hotel, utilized the local parking garage, onsite restaurant was convenient, really liked the water bottle station on each floor and comfort closet

We had a fabulous stay at Club Quarters for a much needed getaway filled with art and music. The hotel is so welcoming, our room was very clean, the beds were comfy and cozy. Our favorite part of the stay was having a filtered water station in the hallway, just outside our door, so CQ kindly ensures their guests stay hydrated. Also, their complimentary coffee bar was just what we needed before heading to the arts district. Loved it! I'll be back.

The staff was friendly and helpful! My room didn't have a mini fridge, but the lady at the front desk informed me that if one was available, they could move it to our room. They brought it to our room as soon as we checked in. We also felt really safe at our hotel. They had several safety measures to ensure we were safe. The hotel is also close to several parking garages.

Check in was fast, done on a screen, couple of details to enter then the key card was ready. Good lobby area and free coffee Room was clean and well equipped and comfy bed

I have never stayed at a Club Quarters, but decided to stay in a room with a kitchenette. I bought some groceries and was set for the week. Super cute and very business oriented. It had cold water available on the floors and a wonderful coffee machine downstairs available. The restaurant was great too. The gym had everything needed to workout and there was also a laundry. Only downfall was that you could hear everyone leaving on the floors when their doors shut

Awesome staff. Nice gym. Lobby coffee machine is free and great quality. Parking not included, bummer, but across the street there are multiple lots.

Property was very clean, staff was reliable and always open to feedback. Only thing I wish for is explaining where parking can be for newcomers and travelers.

This is an okay hotel. Liked the price, but this was definitely somewhere JUST to lay our heads for the weekend. Our toilet had low water pressure, didn’t like how there wasn’t a mini fridge in the room, volume button on tv felt possessed and kept raising the volume uncontrollably, stains along the curtains and walls.. then to top it off, as I was removing my travel pillow case, I noticed the pillow I slept on had brown stains on it.. the fact that I saw that made me sick to my stomach… Don’t think I will be booking a stay here again in the future

The water was cold so I had to take the most uncomfortable cold shower. I stayed for 2 days and room service NEVER came to my room. I requested new towels and never got them. The rooms are extremely small and outdated. Parking is a huge inconvenience if you want to park yourself and you pay $35/day to park. The hotel is not worth paying that much. The TV in both rooms were terrible. We were moved to a new room after we told a kind lady at the front that our water was cold so everything we experienced in the first room, we experienced in the second room. No trash bags in the trash cans. Again, room Service never came so we had to consistently put the trash outside the door. Floor was dirty and the pillow cases were unclean.

We were there Friday to Monday and the room didn’t get cleaned, sheets changed, trash taken out, towels replaced or anything until Sunday when we went and complained. And even then when they came to the room the lady had an attitude and she only replaced the towels .

TERRIBLE HOTEL ROOM. Room was filthy, and nearly all of the in-room amenities were broken, trashed or inoperative. Sofa bed mattress loojed like a crime scene. Microwave oven looked like a science lab experiment. TV in bedroom did not work. Desk lamp had no bulbs. Bathroom ceiling had cracks and loose plaster. Carpet was full of dark stains. Kitchenette had 1 dirty plate and no cookware, no towel or dish soap. Stovetop was grimy. Front desk staff shrugged and said they could not help because housekeeping is "outsourced" and suggested I contact manager, but he wasn't in and they couldnt tell me when he would be. EPIC FAIL. The 4-star rating for this place is a joke.

Front desk staff was great but the room was not cleaned well and found condom and trash under bed. No trash bags in the room. Sheets were wet like when you over load the dryer at home. I know this is an older building but some updates really need to be made. At the very least control what you can and thats where the ball was dropped

The room was not big, but was perfect for this trip because we were not planning to spend too much time there. Beds and pillows were comfortable, shower pressure was fine and temperature was great. We didn't have a fridge nor drawers, but for a room downtown Houston the price was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Special kudos for the "Bistro". Our reservation included "a la carte" breakfast and it was awesome. We had a couple of dinners there and the quality was above and beyond expected. The Moscow Mules were great too. If we go back to Houston will likely book here again.

The carpet was stained. The air vent would shake when making so much noise it was hard to sleep. Ou room was close to the elevators which was also noisy.

I was excited to stay and overall it was ok. But the curtains were shredded, the cold air was really loud and whistled making it hard to sleep.

I liked how you could check-in yourself using a kiosk, good location if you need to be downtown but I probably wouldn't stay here again due to property not having hot water (anytime throughout the day or night) and if your room is near the elevator, forget about getting quality sleep as you can hear it loudly operating 24/7.

Perfect location to walk to the Astros games. The room was extremely small. Less than 5 steps from bed to door. The Valet workers were excellent and front staff were very helpful. Good for a 1 night stay.

The Room was EXTREMELY SMALL, had problems with the toilet, it wasn’t flushing properly and very SLOW. We had a clogged toilet and we asked for the room to be serviced, towels and toilet service and they only unclogged the toilet and brought extra towels.

Small rooms but we were only there to sleep. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were like heaven. Had to park in parking garage which we were unaware of but found one across the street. We will definitely come back to visit.

Our bathroom had an issue with the toilet handle. We called and it was an immediate response and repair. Thank you to staff! Bed was so comfortable. We were especially impressed with the pillows. Staff can be a little friendlier. The lights in our room wasn’t working, they didn’t do anything to accommodate us or make the situation better. When I addressed the issue, it was like “Who cares!” Basically. They never greet when you walk in (maybe because I addressed a few things). But over all the staff & amenities could’ve been better.

We left an item and have tried to contact them multiple times. There are no responses to our emails and when we call the front desk we just get put on hold for over 20 minutes. Get it together please.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Club Quarters Hotel on Fannin Street. From the outset, the check-in process felt cold and impersonal — there was minimal interaction with staff, and the experience felt more like using a kiosk than being welcomed as a guest. What added to the dissatisfaction was the absence of basic amenities and services one would expect at this level of hotel and which had been suggested were included in the booking website used. There was no fridge. There was no daily housekeeping unless specifically requested (which wasn't explained at the outset, or referred to in the room) and even then, it wasn’t always followed through. There was also no complimentary water provided in the room, which felt like a basic courtesy that was noticeably missing. Additionally, the lack of an in-room safe left me uneasy about securing my valuable. The water and the safety deposit box were mentioned in the website booking and was an important feature for me. Perhaps most frustrating was the attitude of the front desk staff. On more than one occasion, they came across as dismissive and unhelpful, making what could have been minor inconveniences feel unnecessarily frustrating. Overall, the stay lacked the hospitality and service quality I would expect, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others based on my experience.

Room was fine, I liked being able to digitally check in. The valet sucks though, completely ignored me, was on their phone yelling. Didn't offer any assistance when I pulled in... I had just drove 4 hours through Houston traffic and was not thrilled with the lack of valet service. Otherwise everything was fine.

It was a little strange! You pretty much do everything yourself, there is no service, other than someone will open the door for you. I had to make a phone call after 3 nights to get clean towels!

I stayed at this hotel recently and was very disappointed with the service. I called down to request towels twice, and both times I was told someone would bring them up — but no one ever did. It’s frustrating to have to follow up repeatedly for something as simple as towels, & housekeeping and even more frustrating when the requests are ignored. To add on, the entire floor smelled like paint. This lack of attention to basic guest needs really affected my overall experience. I expected better.

I was being harassed and treated rude and sarcastic by the valet guys, Brandon at front desk and over the call with costumer service. Pretty bad parking stuff. You can’t park in front of the hotel to do the check in for 5 mins. Or you need to pay valet $35 or self parking $25, they were imposed this. I payed $25 self parking, did my check in, picked my car again cuz I needed to do something out, and got back and pay again $25. Next door guest was making a party, too loud music and talk. Complained to Brandon 3 times. He was giving excuses. Next day, he said he went there and did not hear nothing. I made videos btw. Sarcastic the whole time. I left a day before I should cuz my experience was devastated it. Anyway, everyone has your own experiences. So, good luck. Btw, I’ve been stayed in this hotel 5 times along 3 years. Never had any trouble.

Clean, great amenities, and close to all the dining and entertainment options downtown. Right across from one of the Metrorail stations.

There isn’t much around to do in the area, you definitely require a car to drive into town. It’s also very empty? Barely saw people in the day time. Besides that, I wasn’t ecstatic about the serve homeless population in this area only reason it caught my attention was because it was visible on every single block maybe 4 miles in each direction. Didn’t feel super safe or willing to walk in town, also please note we are from out of state so this was super different for us to see. Next time would preferably book a hotel in a more populated area. We really loved rice village area.

Hotel was ok. Room was very small. I had to move after the first night due to noise from the HVAC that kept me up all night. Beds were comfortable. Homeless all around the exterior were unsettling and unsafe. I would not stay here again due to the homeless.

It was handy to theater, sports and dining

It was amazing and super close to the venue.

Convenient location for travelers who don’t drive, with Metro lines at each corner of the block the hotel is located. Staff is friendly and always ready to assist with checking in and out, which makes it a breeze with self-service kiosks and they’re quick to help.

Beautiful hotel close to the convention center. I enjoyed the easy check in process. Also enjoyed the access to filtered bottle ready water on each floor. Food wws delicious at the restaurant.

The tv didn’t work when we got there but maintenance came to fix it. The breakfast is expensive but sooooo good! My main problem is that I was unaware I would have to pay 30 dollars for parking after the cost of the room just for one night. There is also no mini fridge in the club rooms. Staff was very friendly.

Check in/ check out was quick and easy. My stay was quiet, comfortable, and the restaurant downstairs took the stress out of eating on the go in a new city.

7 block walk to the Astro game, easy valet parking. Easy kios check in with an attendant. Large lobby with espresso, latte coffee machine. The room was small compared to most hotels but it was very nice and clean had everything you need, the bed and shower were excellent. We ate at the cafe the next morning and it was excellent, ordered from a menu it was included with my room

Stay was great other than the shower had no hot water. Not even warm water was available so the cold shower was not pleasing at all. Gladly our stay was only one night long. Also, make note the cafe on site automatically includes tip on bill. Service for a to-go muffin and bagel wasn’t that great, I still tipped not noticing they had already tipped themselves. Paid $26 for 2 breakfast items and a slice of cheesecake. :o/ Other than that stay was good, cute little hotel!

Charming hotel with an old world feel, service can’t be beat with courteous staff, unlimited espresso, a cold water dispenser, and a great restaurant. I will stay in this hotel again.

The hotel staff was great. The restaurant attached to the hotel lobby was awful. The customer service at the hotel restaurant was 0 out of 5 stars. Stay at the hotel for a great location and good price. But go elsewhere for food.
