Shuttle service was a disaster! Took 1 hr after initial call to be picked up at airport and when driver arrived he said no one told him about my call. Then when trying to leave on the 6:45 am shuttle the driver took pictures of the rear hatch of the shuttle and said it wasn’t safe for him to operate. It doesn’t stay open. So after 45 min I asked the front desk to please call Ubers for the 7 of us trying to get to the airport. Also booked your location for the restaurant/bar and it was not available.

Stayed one night. good accomodations. Only problem was no mention in reservation about limited shuttle service. Phoned many many times to confirm pickup at DFW but no one answered the phone. Finally found Uber pickup spot two hours later.

Landed and got to the shuttle area. The airport shuttle never arrived. I called the hotel front desk and was told a driver would be there in 10 min. I waited another 30 min and never arrived. I ended up having to take a taxi ride to the hotel.

Unfortunately, I don’t believe the service was all that great, with the exception of my initial check in. I did not receive room service, towel service, I had to call the front desk on two separate occasions to request towels and on the second day when I called, the towels never arrived. I was looking forward to the pool as well only to find out that is is poorly maintained.

Had to pay for parking? Had to also pay for breakfast? No thank you. Front desk gal when I showed up I made a reservation for 3 people, 2 rooms. The gal gave me the keys for my room and said “you’re all set” I said “wait I have another room” and she said “no you don’t” I showed her my reservation and she said “well it’s in the other persons name”. She never told me to mention my friends name and it didn’t say anything specific about it online either, she was not very nice. At least she comped us for the parking but please get people with better attitudes.

This wasn’t a bad hotel but it didn’t meet my expectations of Courtyard Marriotts. It seemed like they took over an old hotel and tried to make it look good. The shuttle only runs every 45 min to the airport which was a problem. No shuttle after 11pm either.

It was so dirty. The woman at the front desk did an amazing job as did the people at breakfast. The hallway leading to our room smelled like cat urine, as did our room. Then we found dirty sheets. I went to the front desk and she immediately moved us and apologized. The second room was better, would not stay there again. These hotels are spending money on the lobby area and the rooms need help.

This Courtyard had a distinctly updated feel. Check in was easy and the room was well laid out and comfortable. I like the new design, which moves the closet away from the bedroom and seamlessly adds storage for the fridge and microwave.

The front desk was awesome. However, the room had a musty smell mixed with smoke. The toilet had yellow stains on the seat. We stayed one night after a full day of basketball tournaments and left early in the morning. It would’ve been more hassle to change rooms. The balcony was nice. The bed was very comfortable.

The highway nearby is quite loud. I tried to run the A/C to drown it out but every time it turned on and off it made a loud thud. So I tried to run the fan on high and then it made a high-pitched ringing. Great bed, bath, and linens but not the best night of rest.

Room was good and beds were comfy. AC was cold, but made strange water sounds and was loud. The toilet also stopped flushing, but was towards check out so no big deal I’m sure they would’ve fixed it asap. Overall good experience and would prob stay here again if I ever need a hotel near DFW airport.

The customer service of Molly at the front desk made up for a terrible travel day. She was so kind. The hotel itself is clean and I really liked the Bistro eating area. It’s near the airport so of course you’ll hear planes and people getting up for early flights, but overall I’d stay here again.

Room cleanliness was great. Amenities were good. Staff was excellent! Not sticky obnoxious sweet…genuinely helpful and chill. Room service was as above and prompt. Everything about the burger and fries was great (esp the fries!) Beef in the burger was ok at best (seemed very frozen) and pickles weren’t an option! With me you can cover up a marginal burger w plenty of pickles! Breakfast was great! Overall I gave 5⭐️ because the staff was that and they can only work w what they’re given. Marriott, help ur people out w a product they can BRAG about not just know is edible…u give them something to be proud of and they will more than make up for the minimal cost increase! Staff/service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ breakfast⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Burger⭐️⭐️⭐️

My stay began with the being disconnected when calling for the transfer from the airport 7 times. Upon arriving at the front desk 1.5 hours later, I asked if they had phone probems. The young lady said, no their phones work fine, she was just busy and had to disconnect calls in order to get her job done.

We had a series of unfortunate events that caused us to miss our connecting flight. To top it off, we got in the wrong hotel shuttle and ended up at the fancy Marriott down the road. They called the shuttle driver back for us, and he got us where we were supposed to be. Shuttle driver was the first awesome person we encountered during our short stay. He was kind and gracious. The front desk staff at both properties were kind and efficient. They were a bright spot in an otherwise challenging day.

I am an airline pilot and frequent the Airport hotels. I usually don’t take the time to write these reviews, but I honestly can’t believe the way this establishment was run. The rooms are OK, at best, but are not up to Marriott or Courtyard standards. I’d say they are closer to a motel 6 or mid-level La Quinta. But worst of all, the staff was so rude!!! The desk clerk (Rachel) was so offensive and hostile and for no reason! I literally just told her we were checking out (to be polite, as it’s not a requirement in this day and age), and she snapped at me. She then followed me outside and continued to berate me for mentioning that I was checking out on my way out the door, all to the astonishment of me and the van driver. I genuinely have no idea what triggered her, and I understand that everyone has bad days, but this is the SERVICE industry. I’m not your girlfriend or your therapist…let’s keep it professional and cordial. I’d never try to cost someone their job, but this is unacceptable…ever…even if someone was being rude themselves, let alone when they are a polite customer! I don’t want her to lose her job, but if I owned this facility, I’d find a different place for her where she doesn’t have to interact with the public. I won't be staying here again, and I’ve advised my fellow crew members to do the same.

It is close to the airport and has an excellent shuttle service. What I didn't like about it is there is nothing in the area to close to the hotel. There are no restaurants, coffee shops or anything really in the area. You will have to travel to get somewhere as there is nothing within walking distance or a close drive.

I booked a double suite. When we arrived at the property at 11:45 pm after traveling all day, I was told that they didn’t have a double suite available and would have to put us in a regular double room. When I asked how that was possible since we reserved a double suite, the front desk person told me that they had to move another guest into my room who didn’t like their double suite. When I stated I was upset about this, her response was that we could wait in the lobby (at close to midnight) while they changed the sheets in the double suite that the other guest didn’t want! Horrible experience!! We will not be staying at this hotel again!!!

This hotel was a lovely place to stay before a flight at DFW. The property and staff were welcoming and wonderful. The food from the restaurant was very good. However it is a bit loud due to planes passing overhead, a problem shared with all surrounding properties. I brought earplugs but my companion struggled to sleep. The free shuttle to the airport was perfect. Thanks!

I had to buy a charger and the charger I bought from the store was broken so I had to drive to a gas station for one. All the USB outlets in my room were broken. The breakfast was listed as free and was actually a follow up cost. Also, the Wi-Fi will randomly disconnect devices and didn't reach my room. Some of these are particular to my room, but even the wifi in the lobby will disconnect devices and it shouldn't be listed as breakfast included if you need to purchase it.
