Need new luggage carts

The hotel is not new and need to update. The time when I was in hotel, the elevate wasn't working. However, the receptionist informed it to me, and I accepted to stay. The most thing I like about the hotel is their staffs: nice, helpfull and profesional. This made me felt comfortable during my staying.

Elevator was not working . We were not told until after we paid . They had construction going on @8 am on a Saturday morning . Would think they would be a bit more considerate.

Swiiming pool was not in function which my kids enjoy at stay at fairfield inn .rest was fine

Our room was not dirty, but there was a strong foul smell

Room was dirty ton arrival and check-in. Bed had dirty sheets and there were dirty socks from a previous guest left in the bed.

Friendly staff, clean room and well-maintained property.

Hotel is old and could be cleaner, rugs in halls and rooms have stains. Our room door security lock was missing.

I have never been the type to leave a review for a short stay, but PLEASE stay away from this hotel. The rooms/hallways are musty, filthy, and completely outdated.

Upon entering the room, an unpleasant odor was immediately noticeable. Additionally, only one ice machine was in service. The bathroom lighting was inadequate around the sink, though the lighting by the tub was much better. The carpet appeared dingy and unclean. Furthermore, the room key card was repeatedly deactivated.

Sheets were DISGUSTING! The room was obviously not cleaned before our stay. They could not switch our room because they were apparently sold out. When we checked out I spoke with the general manager and I was asked if I took pictures. I informed her no I did not take pictures, we were in a hurry to get the sheets off so we could put a new pair on. Not impressed!

Only good thing about this place is the front desk staff. WiFi was trash. Had to use my hotspot to do work. Breakfast looked undercooked and unappetizing. Even the packaged stuff tasted old. Room smelled like dirty feet. Insects in the bathroom. Towels had hair in them. Will not come back.

I am having to rewrite this review. I am not sure what I said wrong in the first one? If you come to this hotel, please use the credit card you are charging to because they won't allow you to use a different card at check out. I was so embarrassed during this process because I was supposed to use a corporate card that I was getting before check out, but they wouldn't allow it. The room was clean. The WiFi went in and out a lot. The tv wasn't good. Mostly because the remote control was hard to operate. You had to press the buttons several times to make it do anything. I finally gave up and started watching on my phone. Other than that it was okay. Breakfast was good.

All good. Staff were great. Shame there was no usb port in the rooms but hotel Was great. Great selection for breakfast. Staff attentive

I didn’t like that my key’s kept going inactive

Nice place to stay and the bed was very comfortable.

TV connectivity was terrible the whole stay. Perry was awesome—very friendly, accommodating, personable.

Everything was good except for the shower. It was broken and the water just dripped out. I had already had to switch rooms because the tv was broken in the first room. A little disappointing.

Nice and quiet while we were there

They downgraded our room and because we went through Expedia they wouldn’t change the price of the room. They gave us a hard time about being 19 and we have stayed at many hotels. The room was clean and the facility was nice. But staff need to be trained better.

The location was convenient and all employees we came across were pleasant and helpful. I called and asked for more towels and they were knocking on the door within 5 minutes with the towels. The free breakfast was decent, except for the eggs, which looked like they were powdered eggs with water added. They did offer gluten free and dairy free options which was appreciated. You could tell this location was run well. Good employees with customer service, which is hard to find today.

Staff working the front desk were wonderful. Room was decent. Breakfast was average with limited choices and ended a little earlier than other chains. Location is very convenient.

I did not receive room service until the evening before my checkout 3/4 days no clean towels, no trash replacement, I requested everyday more than 3x and still was not accommodated. My room key also did not work 2/4 days so it was an inconvenience for staff and I as to I had to wait for someone to let me in my own room every time . Thomas -land Maria were very helpful other than those two, services and staff were poorly handled.

I had just come from a very, very difficult move and my apartment was not going to be ready for a few days. I checked into the hotel previously I called to ask how soon the room could be ready the general manager who is incredibly kind, professional, and amazing went out of her way for me told me that she could have a room ready for me within one hour. I showed up there less than half an hour late later she had my room ready. She greeted me at the door by my name. I was very emotional because of everything that I was going through due to this move she truly made me feel as if I was at home. I felt safe comfortable, and I’m extremely grateful for her. I don’t remember her name, but she is the general manager at the Fairfield Inn in Lewisville, Texas, the cleaning ladies, the Maintenance Director the check-in desk people every single person that I came into contact with that work there was extremely professional, very helpful and exemplary customer service. I’m truly grateful that I was able to stay here until my apartment was Ready. I would give this hotel more than five stars if I could a big huge thank you to everybody who played part in me, feeling safe and comfortable until my home was ready.

The 2 ladies working the front counter on saturday night when I checked in around 8 were amazing and lovely.

We got there early and it was such a process to just find out if we could check in early. However they said there was no rooms available and we could come back around 1pm we did and still no rooms we left came back around 3ish and finally got our room. In the morning went for breakfast and it was a huge turn off for me. I get that you can’t control the mess that guests make but that is why you should be well staffed so that someone is keeping the food area clean. It seemed to be only one woman working all the food was just about empty. I asked the lady if there was anymore oatmeal and she said no English so I then asked in Spanish and she just made a face and did not answer. My irritation was like a simple answer would have been fine but she just walked off so fine I figured I would just get something different. After limited options I see her bringing hot food breakfast Sandwiches 2 pieces at a time. I thought as you are bringing the food out why not bring a kitchen towel and wipe up area cause it looks disgusting. So back to my room I called front office to see if we could get a late check out and was told they would call me back and let me know 30 minutes go by still no call so I called back and was told she was getting permission and had messaged her boss and still had not got a response. I have never heard this before anytime I’ve ever wanted to do late check out it’s not an issue. Finally I got a call saying we could check out 1 hour later than check out.

Our room was so nice. We walked to have dinner ! Has stores and restaurants all around it.

This hotel location made it easy to visit family and friends in Lewisville and Flower Mound. The room was clean, bed comfortable and it was very quite. It also was a great location for connecting to freeway system to visit area interests. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Good breakfast, super cool staff!

Clean property,very friendly staff,well stocked drinks,and snack area. We had the hotel provided breakfast. They had ham,egg,and cheese croissants that were as big as your typical quarter pound hamburger & they were hot & delicious. Had a juice machine with 4 kinds of juices. We got the rooms that say they sleep 5. In reality it will sleep 6. Very well priced. Highly recommend it!

Our room was efficient, the king size bed was very comfortable and the room/bathroom was clean. The breakfast was not great - no waffle maker (only on weekends, we were told) - but there was cereal and oatmeal. Overall, a pleasant 3 night stay.

Simple and comfortable, ideal spot for a respite from a long trip. The breakfast includes many options. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel for a no fuss experience. Quick and convenient check in. Pretty good breakfast.
