We had poor water pressure in sink and shower. Room was not cleaned, advised that we need to let the front desk know if we need room cleaned everyday. Ordered clean towels, since room was not cleaned and was advised that as soon as driver would come back from the airport that they would bring towels. Never did get any clean towels for the morning. Our room was great with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the rain. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was noisy. Very noisy. Both nights I was disturbed by my neighbors at 2am. Then an alarm went off at 4 am both nights for an extended time. The staff is wonderful. But I won’t be staying here again.
