The wall in the hallway had a loose screw sticking out of the wall my kid clothes got caught on. The walls in the room are dirty (handprints). The windows were dirty. The room phone felt sticky to the touch. The pillows were old and not fluffy or firm at all. The lounger chairs at the pool were all torn and VERY uncomfortable to sit in and relax. The entry door back into the hotel was taped so that anyone could just walk in (unsafe). The hotel is simply outdated and could use a deep clean as well.

Safe parking, quiet area. We stayed 2 nights it was clean overall and staff was friendly. Only thing is they could only give us one extra blanket per room. There were 4 people in our room. Not a big deal. Pool was clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall good experience.

Front desk tenant was very thorough and pleasant. The air conditioner worked very well. The room was clean. I liked that there was a working refrigerator and microwave. The pool seemed to be a big hit with customers, I did not personally use it.

Staff were friendly. Overall hotel seemed new and clean. It had an elevator. Pool could have been cleaner. The room was clean, everything worked well, quiet with only a few cosmetic issues. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had. Breakfast and breakfast attendant were both good. Location was good. Parking was good. Only issue was the inflated price.

Really enjoyed my stay at this location. Every employee I interacted with were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. AC worked as it should and had no issues with controlling the temperature in the room. The pool area is smaller but it was always clean. Overall a nice experience here.

We paid over $219.00 a night for a dirty room. I had to call the front desk and politely let them know it looked like our room was never cleaned. The bedding on my bed was white with stained red and brown spots. The shower had some sort of red substance. We were told the room would be cleaned in the morningbecause it was late when we returned and my 3 kids were asleep. When we left the next mornings and spent the day out again... lets just say it was spot cleaned at best. Still leaving some of the same dirty issues where they were. Oh and my sheets were replaces the same nights but we had to go get them. If i could give it a negative review i would. We would have left if we hadn't already paid for it upfront.

Ceiling drywall was cracked. Room smelled and felt of moisture. I asked the friendly staff if they could move us to a new room and they did. While we were getting settled in the new room, my daughter had a bug walk from the couch onto her arm. Looked it up and it appeared to be a female bed bug. We immediately asked for a refund and left. Both staff members we worked with were friendly and helpful. But the property is a no go.

The bed was comfy and the breakfast was actually pretty good for a budget hotel. The ceiling in our room has black spots everywhere, not sure if mold or smoke damage. When we walked in, we were hit with a very overwhelming strong smell of stale water damage. It's pretty overpowering when you first walk in. The whole place needs a facelift and was overpriced for the two night stay, but we weren't at the hotel much so it served its purpose at having a good bed and breakfast.

They had decent free breakfast of sausage with egg patties, make your own toast and waffles. They had 5 pillows on the bed - one normal and five compact pillows that felt like soft footballs, probably regular pillows stuffed in too small shams. Towels were nice big and fluffy. Room was large size. We would stay there again.

Whole hotel had a strange smell, lobby and hall ways were at least 80 degrees in august. AC in the room never did cool very well. Woke up at 3AM so sweaty I couldn't sleep. They were able to move me to a different room, which smelled terrible and the AC was no better. I'm 5.5 months pregnant and it was terribly uncomfortable.

The first room we checked into reeked of vomit. Had to change rooms. Second room was very clean. Pillows on bed were pretty hard. Beds were comfy. Tv remote didn’t work very well, had to press buttons like 9 times to get tv to do anything. Overall a pleasant stay after the room change.

están cobrando $75 por tirar una sola bolsa de un puro enla basura del cuarto, no tienen pruebas de nada, pues nunca se fumó enla habitación es algo loco que por tirar basura te quiera cobrar todo eso.. They are charging $75 for throwing a single bag of cigars in the trash in the room. They have no proof of anything, since no one ever smoked in the room. It's crazy that they want to charge you all that for throwing trash.

I was forced into a hotel when renovations of my home went a week over schedule. The staff at comfort suites was amazing. They made an already stressful situation so much easier and more pleasant for me. They were more than helpful with any issue I had and were so accommodating and friendly. The room was so much bigger than anticipated, the bed the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in, and amenities were exactly as described online. Because of my experience here this past week, I will 100% choose to stay at a comfort suites the next time I need a hotel.

Everything was great. My only issue were the people above me, woke me up around 1130, dropping things, walking hard, other noises. This lasted til around midnight then stopped. Front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful at check in and at breakfast.

A group of ladies went into the room next door to ours at 3:15am - 2:15am before Daylight Savings time clock change. They were probably drunk and LOUD. We knocked on their door and asked them to keep the noise down but that didn\'t make a difference. We called the front desk twice but no one answered. Our "neighbors" continued to be loud for several hours. We were not able to sleep and no one at the hotel could be reached. We will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

My stay wasn’t good at all, the concierge did not advise me at check in that there wasn’t no room service cleaning. Check out manager wasn’t nice at all. Mis informed me of signs she put out regarding room service.

For reasons i don't care to explain, I asked for a different room. I was accommodated but the gentleman was very nonchalant, not very good customer service skills. I was told to leave my belongings in the hallway and come get the new key. The breakfast was not up to par.The room was a nice size and the location was quiet. I would have given them a better review had it not been for the gentleman and his lack of sympathy. Also the new room i was given wasn’t as clean.

Hotel location is convenient. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had options of bananas, cereal, yogurt, Texas shaped waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage and toast. Only complain is rooms were not cleaned daily, I think it was offered after the 3rd night, so don’t expect fresh clean towels daily. The water in bathroom sink also backed up.

There’s no AC in the halls or in the lobby. You’re not allowed to take your very limited breakfast to your room even though it’s literally 90 degrees in the breakfast area. The Pool wasn’t very clean.

Rooms were spacious for 5 of us (3 kids under 10) and the queen beds were very comfy. Check in was quick and smooth and the guy was were friendly and helpful. The sofa bed was ok for a small child, but over 70 pounds might be a backbreaker. No issues with anything else. Room was quiet, easy to sleep without disruptions. Breakfast was very bland, we tried some things then skipped it. The waffle maker is nice though. Your favorite Beaver is right up the street and if you like Pho, a great spot is the next exit South. Would book again here for price and comfort.
