Where to begin! The place is so ghetto! There were people loitering everywhere. A lady had her door open barring music and yelling. I found a bullet on the ground. I had to move from my room two times. The door latches were falling apart and the safety latch did not work. The beds were lumpy and noisy. It smelled like cigarettes even though it was a no smoking room. The shower curtain rod fell on my head when I closed the curtain! There were three of us and there was only two towels. Guy at the office said we had to use one towel and walk to the office to get a fresh one. So we went and bought three towels, air freshener and sanitation spray. We didn’t even enjoy the swimming pool because it was beyond gross. Water was fool of garbage and the floor was flaking off. Very very bad experience. I really regret renting here and I would not recommend it to anyone! Shame on the location!

There was no coffee maker in the room.. the controls for the air/heat were not attached..so I could not change the temperature at all. The internet is so bad..I gave up. The towels were so ruff I could have used them to do a body scrub.And the ice machine was not working at all.

The walkway is dirty 2-in cracked under the door The place has roaches A used towel was left in the bathroom from the last person who stayed there The toilet wasn't clean The TV was unplugged. The reception area smelled of smoke and armpits. The pool had lots of trash in it. The room smelled of smoke and there was dirt showing around every crevice. I slept on top of my blanket because my sheets had various stains on it. Everything in the room was damaged or rusted. If I wasn’t staying for a few hours I would have cancelled and left. STAY AWAY!!!

Stayed here while visiting for a wedding. It was one of the worst stays I have ever booked. Parking was horrible, there were homeless people in the hallways and walking around the property. Rooms had a bad stench, the beds had a severe dip in the middle. The images shown on the ad looks like it was taken in its glory days. I would never recommend this place.

The bathroom and sink area were nasty ice machines were broken had to walk up a sweat Just too get the employees from out front to show me where the working ice machine was which was the last machine in the bacc of the building and then had to walk all the way bacc to the front of the building where my so called room was with holes in the ceiling and pieces of the ceiling falling off and I didn't have a microwave in my room and the towels had hair in them so I had to go to Walmart to buy some towels to shower and not have someone else's DNA on me Covid is still very real and they should have done a way better job with the way they are selling the room they are sadly disappointed because it's in a nice area and everything else was very convenient while I was in the area

This was the worse hotel I’ve ever been to. Trash everywhere and property was highly unkempt. Lots of dangerous looking people lurking around, I saw someone smoking crack in their car! The room was filthy, I’ve never seen such a disgusting place inside and out. No hot water, most of the lights did not work, and there was noise all night and dogs barking. I’ve never had such a poor experience from a motel.

Rooms were absolutely disgusting. Blood and stained sheets. Mold. Had room changed a total of 4 times. Second room daughter sat on bed and got soaked from pee 3rd room ceiling was leaking . Motel & parking lot are a little rundown. Beds were nice. TV viewing angle could not be adjusted (TV mounted solid on wall). TV channel selection was pretty good. Room and bath were OK, but could use some paint/nicer color. Heat/AC unit worked well. Bathroom had no counter space. Bathroom door would not close. Microwave in bad condition. Room key/locks worked well.

Had reservation, confirmation and itinerary. Front desk refused my arrangements. Stated overbooked. While trying to find other arrangements noticed other would be future guest checking in and getting rooms while sitting there. Extremely aggravated at this point tried to make different arrangements and once again was sent to super 8 and said they had vacanciesnd said had vacancies. Had to call the travel agency to get my refund back which was not sent to me until this afternoon. I will be contacting corporate and Windham.

Unfortunately I had the misfortune of having a bad experience, from the entrance of the hotel without sweeping, without mopping it seemed abandoned. It smelled horrible, too dirty, "the cafeteria service" was terrible, since everything was dirty and smelled very bad. The room was the same, we came with a terrible experience, the staff had no manners, they didn't even smile, unfortunately I didn't take pictures but it was like something that hadn't been cleaned in years

The neighborhood was VERY sketchy/ghetto. Paint peeling off the room walls, toilet was dirty. Literally no amenities in the room, not even a coffee maker or hair dryer. The ONLY good thing about it qas the Dennys next door. I'd rather sleep in my car in the Texas heat than EVER stay at this location again. So glad we found a better place for the next night.
