This is a terrible place. The place has a distinct smell to begin with, beds were made, but there were visible handprints on the headboard, bathtub was filthy, refrigerator was not getting cold and the freezer part was iced over -there was also a drink that was left inside it, the elevator was trying to go up and the door was wide open when it did that (we used the stairs every time after that), and the upholstery on the office chair was tattered and peeling. I’ve never felt this unsafe and uncomfortable in any rental. The young man at the front desk offered a full refund, and we appreciated that.

This motel has a pool outside it is green and swampy and when you go inside it says no smoking but it just smells like cigarettes in there. When you walk through the halls it smells muggy and like cigarette smoke and there are roaches crawling on the walls. Inside the room there were baby roaches in the bath tub, the tub was filthy and the toilet looked like the room hadn't even been cleaned. The floor by the bed had an ash from someone's cigarette, there were baby roaches coming out of the side tables by the lamps and some just crawling around. The sofa is filthy in there and it looks like it has never been cleaned or washed ever. I paid for 2 nights but I barely stayed that one night cause it was disgusting in there! I'm wondering how they are still open with those kind of conditions!

The Hotel was terrible. The room was disgusting stained and ripped comforter, mismatched chair ripped and badly stained, shower curtain rod barely screwed in, the finish in the bathtub was peeling, the carpet was dirty, and the smoke detector was missing with wires hanging from the ceiling, at checkout I was approached by a guest to purchase drugs, there was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallways and full garbage bags of trash,and it appeared some guest were living there, the pool was murky and used for a drug smoking area, the 2nd day of our 5 day prepaid booking, the hotel filled with smoke, the manager refused to even take a look to investigate I had to contact the fire department and the police department, Me and My wife packed and left and stayed with family for the remainder of our vacation, waste of money and disappointed in Expedia for having Wyndham Baymont on there site, the place is very dangerous it is in a high crime area, and I am thankful I made it out alive, not to mention this totally ruining our vacation!

This hotel is independently owned. The tub was peeling, the floor around the toilet was very dirty and the shower curtain looked like it had mold, it’s off the freeway but did not necessarily feel safe there as many people hang out front due to smoking not allowed in rooms. Parking is sparse by door.

The condition of the room, and especially the bathroom was very poor. Broken or cracked tile and tub surround with really bad repair jobs, and silverfish running around the room are just examples. Additionally, supposedly a fully non-smoking hotel, but people smoking everywhere outside (not just designated areas), and the stink of marijuana everywhere — hallways, through the A/C unit (pulling in from outside) and everywhere in our room even after blocking the door gap with a towel. One of the two worst hotels I have ever stayed in that should have been a nice, decent place.

Very old property was mildly updated. Elevator was sketchy and not presentable. Inner side of the room door appeared dirty and smudged. Room had an off putting odor. Breakfast was just bad. Orange juice was watery, and other foods were not appealing at all. We went elsewhere for breakfast. The property exterior looked uncared for a well, especially the rear entrance. The mini fridge was beat up and just ugly. The only positive was the bed and the parts of the room that were clearly updated.

Do not take your children here! Questionable clientele and visitors. Smelled pot at front desk upon arrival. Too late at night to find another hotel. Tub and tiles in shower damaged/missing. Tub was stained gray with dried white paint/plaster in it. Lamps broken. On/off switches did not work. Broken bulbs in lamps. TV did not work. Furniture held together with tape. Sheets stained brown. Based on the condition of the hotel and other observations we didn’t dare eat the free buffet breakfast. We couldn’t get out fast enough the next morning. We canceled our reservation for the following night and ended up making reservations at a Drury Hotel which was fantastic and I highly recommend.

It was cheaper than surrounding properties and the AC worked. Aside from that, sleeping in your car might be a viable option instead. Heavy Marijuana smell begins from the lobby, the moment you step into the hotel, and everywhere until you go to your room. I stayed a week, and the smell never went away. WORSE HOTEL EVER. Everything is broken and dirty, with bugs in the room. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING. People (looks kinda homeless) smoking WEED all over, LIKE outside the hotel, every single entrance, swimming pool, etc. This type of hotel shouldn't be listed by Orbit at all. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED..

Everything has stains on it from the pillows to the shower curtain. There was dirt on the toilet lid and shower curtain. And when I was about to jump in the shower a roach crawled out from the cracks in the wall. Was here for two days for a concert and would never go back!

I would not recommend staying there. We had roaches in our room, mold in the picture frames in the room. Door jam busted on the bathroom door, mold on the lamp shades. The halls smelt of Marijuana. Mold on the window shades. The housekeeping didnt even come to clean or restock the room.

The bathtub was very dirty, and there was black mold and hairs inside it. The toilet was had many roaches. Also, the beds had crumbs and burn marks on it. When we asked for a cleaner room, we got keys to another room that was also the same condition as our room. It seems like there was no room service.

This place is old and nasty. The sheets were stained and smelled like they hadn’t been washed. Bath room walls had poop stains. And ……. Just trust me I frequent hotels often and this is Top 5 one of the worst I’ve seen. Couldn’t really enjoy laying in the bed without my skin crawling. STOP LYING IN THESE REVIEWS. This hotel is a 3/10 at best.

Ok so this is a budget hotel. Rooms are small and cramp and there are so many rooms ln every floor even close to the elevator. The room i stayed in was clean and had all the amenities i expect But it was cramp and bathroom was even more cramp. Hallways are very noisy and aggravating from other guests slamming their doors. I could hear sounds from every room as I’m walking. They do have snacks and drinks available for purchase in the main lobby. The breakfast buffet is limited and typical of a 1-2 star hotel. Don’t expect room service or cleanness in the public areas of the hotel. Location is next to lots restaurants and 75 in Plano. In my opinion, i wouldn’t stay here again. I can find something more comfortable for a little bit more.

I was very disappointed. The hotel received good reviews. I didn’t expect a 4 star but not a 2 star (if that). The entire property needs to be updated. Dirty, broken and unkept. The bed was comfort but way too high. My sheets had blood looking stains on them. There was no soap in the bathroom. The window cover was damaged and ugly. The breakfast was nothing. Sausage pups and tater tots not good. Cold. Breads were stale.

The staff is very nice. The hotel itself was a little outdated but the room was clean and has refrigerator and microwave. It was about a 7 out of 10. The hall carpet was dirty but I did see someone vacuuming the next morning. I will stay again if need be.

The only thing okay at this property is that the front desk was nice enough not to charge us to cancel once we got there. The lobby smelled heavy of smoke. When I asked if it was non smoking, the guy at front desk said yes, would you like me to show you your room first before you pay? Seems like they may get a lot of people who come and want to cancel when they arrive because that seemed common to him. We had reserved two rooms. One smelled bad of smoke and one smelled strong of chlorine, but was no where near the pool. The main floor bathroom had a lock that you had to get a key from front desk to use. It was dirty. Several people hanging outside the front of the building. Just not what we expected so we were thankful to move on to another hotel one exit further that was extremely clean and nice for only $30 more a night.

It is a busy property, but not too noisy and the people are kind. Parking lot well lit. Price affordable... maybe not everyone\'s "cup of tea", but served its purpose and grateful to have found it. John, at the front desk, was personable and professional, made checking in easy and we felt welcomed...

They won't come clean your room until you check out so if you need your room cleaned or need clean towels you have to do it yourself. Breakfast is ok if you want a lot of carbs it's always tater tots, pig's in a blanket, waffle, toast, bagels, muffins and donuts. No eggs, bacon, sausage or biscuits and gravy

I had an amazing night rest in this hotel. My apartment was fumigated and I chose to stay away for the night. The staff was friendly and professional and I woke up to a free breakfast. The hotel is in the middle of everything in the center of Plano: transport, restaurants, shopping, etc. For the price, this is a place to be on low budget and still get a four star treatment.

We had a room with bugs everywhere, stains on the bed, and cigarette holes on the floor and bed. Luckily, someone was excellent in resolving the problem by moving us to another room that had been properly sprayed down and cleaned, no bugs or stains. Big props to him, but hoping management will take better care of the rooms to prevent the issue with the first room happening again. I hope Expedia also will move away from occupation tourism in the West Bank, and also accurately state that the rooms here are not refundable. On night two, the manager also kept bugging us by repeatedly knocking the door to check how things were going, while also being non-responsive to the concerns we shared about the first room. The bathtub was peeling in both rooms. The breakfast is understocked and kinda sad. Smells like smoke throughout the entire building despite it supposedly being non-smoking. I was able to find better places nearby with similar prices at the end of our reservation, so take the extra effort to look for them. This one is not the worst out there, but it's pretty uncomfortable. The employees seem to be the only good elements of this place.

While brushing my teeth a roach ran across the mirror. Hotel hallways smelled dank like stale weed and cigarettes. There was a homeless guy in the bushes eating pizza. Breakfast was lackluster. They were serving small pigs n a blanket, they put out a total of 6 out while I was down there for 30 minutes. Several people came down and there was nothing left. Don't know what I was expecting for $70

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was good and kept an eye on hotel guests/long term stayers. Breakfast was not good and long term residents will bring breakfast to their rooms despite being told not to. Hotel doesn’t feel like hotel but more like housing projects.
