I arrived on 2.12.26 and was told the elevators weren't working. I was assigned room 315, so I had to haul my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. I entered the room and immediately noticed a horrible smell. I washed my hands in the bathroom and went to wipe some water off the floor and the tissue was black. I noticed an extension cord and heard a fan in the room next door. I went downstairs and asked the girl at the front desk if there had been a water leak. She didn't really answer me and I told her about the smell and the black on the floor. She told mr I booked through a 3rd party and they were booked and there was nothing she could do. She continued to tell me this for the next 5 minutes. She did admit that they had pipes break during an ice storm several weeks prior and said they had videos of it looking like it was raining on the third floor and they had to close the floor off. I asked why customers weren't notified and she stated that it was posted on their website. It was not posted on the website. The website apologized for elevator issues and internet....nothing about the mildew. I told her with the condition of that room, it warranted phone calls to customers. I paid $650 to stay there 3 nights and I stay there every single year during the stock shows. She continued to tell me there was nothing she could do and I could cancel the room (of course I would have been charged full price). After continuing to tell her that she was going to have to figure something out, she
