Very nice hotel, with friendly staff. The room was very nice and comfortable. The only con is if you don’t use valet parking, you have to leave the hotel and walk a little bit to get to the parking garage.

Do not stay at this hotel unless you are happy to stay at the hotel that is being renovated with drilling noise during 9am-6pm including Saturday. I was on the 6th floor room (#627) with full blast of cold air that could not be stopped. The heating system didn't work. I had to ask for another room past the midnight. Swimming pool nor gym are available during this time. I ended up having a chill and suffered for about 5 days. It was an ordeal. Hotels.com website does not mention about it at all and I was bitterly disappointed. I feel they should refund my two room booking.

We stayed at this location for a school competition and turned it into a mini-holiday. We love the location, the cleanliness, the amenities and the staff. This walkable location makes shopping and dining easy while providing a clean, cozy room at the end of our adventures. The pool and gym were nice and not overly populated.

Due to construction so much noise during day and pool was not accessible. You have to take your luggage by your self. Even if you are staying at the hotel they will not allow you to park your car at the entrance just for 2 minutes.

Everything (shopping, eating, relaxation) is all within range of your stay at Marriot Sugarland! I would definitely go back. I would like add that there is free parking in the garage. I had confusion on the parking arrangements, but front desk explained that parking is available in the garage.

Rooms were very clean and all the staff was incredibly nice/helpful. Our room phone didn't work and the bathroom door wouldn't lock. The parking garage is not connected to the hotel and is half a block away. It is a shared garage with the public. Location was great with many restaurants and shopping all around the town square.

The property was nice and so was the staff, and breakfast was pretty good. We stayed one night. The room was clean but I was disappointed that the shower was clogged very bad and made standing water half way up my leg within a few minutes of showering. The rest of my family had to shower in even deeper water because it wouldn’t drain very much at all even after 30 minutes of waiting. I’m already grossed out by hotel showers anyway so this was disgusting to me. I informed the front desk as we were checking out and they said they were very sorry and thanks for letting them know. I don’t think I would stay here again.

We have stayed at this Marriott on Christmas Day for several years. The hotel is spotless and the staff is courteous, professional and friendly. The parking garage is very close and easy to access. Some years we have had breakfast at the Burning Pear and it is always delicious. I expect we will back next year!

Blood on sheets in first room. Second room no hot water. Kids screaming next door. Paper thin walls and connected doors. Called front desk a couple of times and never got an answer. Dirty, staff bad, will never stay there again. I stayed there at least 10 times over the past 15 years. Very run down now.

It's nice because there's restaurants close by and nice place to walk around and explore. We were in town for a ball game and it was a quick Uber from the hotel. It was pretty quiet at night even though there's a bar right across the street from where our room is. It was well insulated. The new remodel on the room was very pretty!!

Great Service, Nice plaza area to enjoy outside and walk to all sorts of food. Parking was simple and free or risk street parking. Walls are pretty thin as we could hear the room next door alarm clock and showering but room was comfy and pretty. Didn't use breakfast or see restaurant open during stay. Close to venues and easy drive to downtown Houston. Would stay again and recommend.

Traveled with my daughter and a friend for a concert. The staff was attentive and friendly. Derek was kind and went out of his way to help us quickly check in. Our flight had arrived late, and we were able to make it to our concert on time. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean with a nice view of the park. We had a perfect trip. Will stay again next time we are in town.

We ask for a King bedroom. And we received a 2 Queen bdroom. Tv cable is so bad, and no internet to stream. So, no TV. But they gave us the breackfast for free.

I booked two rooms through Expedia, which states that the room can be connecting rooms. Once we were checked in, we realized that it was not. I went down and requested for a connecting room. The front desk lady, Chelsea, proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t available, how I should’ve booked sooner and requested for a connecting room, and went on and on about why I couldn’t get the connecting room. I informed her that I didn’t want to keep discussing the problem and asked her to find a solution. She said I can check out and go somewhere else. I asked for the manager, Ghanim. The manager found is a connecting room. Chelsea does not need to be working in any type of customer service position because she doesn’t have the patience nor the kindness to do so.

They over booked the hotel and tried to send us to a different one despite sending me no emails are calls leading up to this. My partner argued and asked a manager and they finally let us have a room, but this was highly annoying and started the stay off negatively.

Front desk was incredibly rude. Came about an hour early for check in and insisted we had to come right at 4 to get a room because non would be available until then. When we asked for a manager, he found one right away. Front desk seemed to be on a power trip.

Elevators were not working, I was questioned if I belonged there and if I had a room there and house keeping tried to enter my room very early in the morning before check out 3 times. I will never stay at the Marriott again.

Everything is awesome, the only service missing is room service. We arrived late Thursday night and was too exhausted to eat out. We expected there was room service but there's none and the provisions in the 24 hr market wont suffice. Even a sandwich, fries, or soup would have helped. We had to go out and ate at one of the bars still open where the music was loud and the food cold. Adding room service would be so awesome even if the choices late at night would be limited. Thank you
