Clean rooms, comfortable beds, fresh coffee in am, small breakfast, fruit cereal, toast, muffins, bagels, waffles, and juices. Normal motel, hotel breakfast items. Only thing was no elevator to second floor. So if you are handicapped let them know before booking. Very close to the concert venue we attented. Also, close enough to Canton so we attended the first Monday trade days. Nice place to stay. Did i mention not far from Buc-ee's, got to love Buc-ee's.

The clerk was nice & check in was easy. There is no elevator and she gave us a ground floor room. There is plenty of parking & there is a waffle house next door.

We were welcomed at the front desk. Lobby was clean and lots of parking. Looked safe. As for the room, not much to tell. Nothing special but was clean and comfortable. We had a bit of trouble with the remote but figured it out after awhile. Also not much for breakfast. But there is a Waffle House next door.

Arrived on Friday night, guy at counter was very pleasant. Got to room, the TV stand was chewed on and had something (ice cream?) dripped down the front and side. Paint missing on wall, floor so sticky my shoe came off. I was too tired so went to bed, bed ok, pillows awful. In the morning called desk and asked if someone could mop the floor during the day because it was so sticky. They said sure, housekeeping would be in at 10:30. Came back Saturday night and floor was still sticky in the same spots. Called desk and explained I had asked for floor to be mopped. He said they did. I said well it's still as sticky with the same spots as the day before. I asked if they had any cleaning wipes so I could clean it myself. He said the wipes were in an office he either couldn't or wouldn't access. So I went to get a washcloth from the bathroom to clean it myself. The washcloth had black marks on it hanging on the rack. I wet it and went over the floor in the stickies of spots (pics attached). I went to the desk to show them the floor had in fact not been cleaned (or they had the most inept cleaning staff ever). He told me it was 9:13 at night and what was he supposed to do about it. He told me I could talk to the desk staff in the morning if I wanted to. The a/c & Heat unit clicked on and off all night eve when turned to the off position, finally had to unplug it and it still vibrated for a while. At 2:50am on Sunday night a truck pulled up out back and ran equipment for an hour.AWFUL

Crickets, lots of them dead and living. They said they are treating for them, but walking into my room with dead ones on the floor was disturbing. They should have at least prepared our room by sweeping the dead ones up before we arrived.

Two hours in my reservation and my kids are sleep and something bites me on my shoulder and when I look OMG they have the biggest bed bugs I've ever seen my kids were all bitten when I woke my kids up to get off the bed there were so many of the bugs under my daughter I've never seen any thing like that my son was bit on his eyelid and is swollen shut worst experience in my life at any hotel never stay there and they refused to give me my refund

Last minute booking was easy to complete and check in was relatively quick. Gentleman at the front desk was friendly and answered all of our questions. The room was clean and fairly quiet. Could hear some noise from room across wall but nothing overly loud. Would book at a Red Roof Inn again.

It was pretty bad. I can overlook a lot, but bugs, stink from wet wood/rotted wood and sheet rock, noise from hotel rooms down the hall felt like the were right next to you. When I requested a refund I had to basically got half a refund from the second night we booked even though we literally were only booked there an hour before checking out bc the poor conditions of the room/hotel. I have pictures to back up all my claims too.

Newer hotel and convenient to interstate. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of dining options in area including a Waffle House next to hotel if you want more than the continental breakfast offered by hotel. This is our second time to stay here and we’ll stay again when passing through the area.

We were very pleased with our overnight stay here. The hotel was new or newly renovated. Our room was very spacious as was the bathroom which is so nice. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great location off the highway with plenty of dining options nearby. Will stay again next time we’re on the area.

The positive- Right by the interstate and quick trip across the street which was convenient. Nice front desk attendant. The bed was comfortable. The negative-The room itself could have been a little cleaner. The floors felt sticky. The shower curtain was dirty. The big cloth chair was greasy and looked like had been chewed up by a dog. No bedside lamp. The tv remote was nasty. I had to clean it. The soap and lotion dispensers didnt work well. Was ok for the discounted price.

This has got to be the worst place I have ever stayed. I reserved online but arrived late. When I arrived at 330 am the night clerk had marked my stay as a no show. She then spent 30 minutes trying to work the reservation; she just kept telling me she couldn’t do it. She eventually called someone and I was given a room. The room was nasty, had dead bugs all over the place and I can’t even tell you what was going on with the toilet. Disgusting! I would never recommend this place to start!

We made our reservations way in advance. Upon arrival, the clerk stated that they only had upstairs rooms. But no elevator. Downstairs was reserved for people with pets. Clerk was kinda snarky when he saw that my husband had reached for a cart to move our luggage. Said, "That\'s not going to do you any good."
