The room was good. The bed comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

The breakfast was fresh,the room was outdated and old but it was clean for the most part. There was a vintage alarm clock that did not work. The air conditioner was VERY loud and the worst part was not having an elevator which surely has to be not up to ADA standards. Carrying luggage up and down a staircase is awful! On a positive note the location was good for the wedding I was attending and the nice lady at the front desk that checked me in was extremely nice, helpful, and hospitable.

The room was fine. Staff was helpful. Room was clean with good shower. Bed comfortable. I didn't really need AC so not sure about that. My only frustration was that I got put into some Generali global travel insurance after staying there that has an annual fee, and I cant get help to cancel it by Hotels.com or Generali Travel insurance. I'm not sure if hotel did it or Hotels.com.
