Exterior doors would not secure, Exterior door and the interior door a few feet away were both insecure. The lady at the front desk was fantastic but the lack of secure rooms was not.

For the price i was expecting more from a comfort inn. The doors were missing door handles, the back door was unsecured (door handle broken) and anyone could enter without a key card. Did not feel safe about that. Our room smelled like feet, there was no fan in the bathroom and the fridge freezer section was frozen solid.

Was very pleased that they found a room for me even thought my reservation was wrong. Hotel is generally run down. Elevators are banged up, A/C in room loud, things in the bathroom held together with silicone. Stayed for a clean bed and breakfast. The bed appeared to be clean. The breakfast had several empty trays when I got there, settled for some orange colored yogurt and a muffin.

When we got there the desk girl was super friendly and the lobby looked clean. We went up to our room, which was on the 4th floor and the elevator got stuck before the door open and began bouncing up and down for about 10 seconds and then opened. When we got to the room it smelled heavily of mildew like the carpet got wet. The bottle of conditioner was half used and the cap was open. We were so tired after driving all day we decided to run with it. Which was a mistake because while I was trying the sleep the street lamp out side was shiny right into our room and the blackout curtains were stuck on its track and could not close them. I then began having allergy issues because of the poor air quality of the room. This place really disappointed me because the price we paid to stay here was too much for the poor quality and the reviews stated it was a decent place to stay. It was not.

The room that we had was damp, musty and moldy. no amount of air conditioning and fan exhaust would help.I woke up after one night with a sore throat and breathing issues. These symptoms lessoned after leaving. 2 days later I am still having lung problems. Avoid this place at all costs.

My room had roaches. I saw one the first night I was there. Then, the morning I was supposed to leave there were three in the bathroom. I told the front desk about it before I left and he apologized. I called about an hour after I left asking if there was a refund I could get for the distress of having roaches in the same place where I was sleeping, eating, and brushing my teeth. He said the most he could do was give me 100 dollars in points off my next stay but I don’t think I’ll be staying again with this company. Pretty disappointed.

First off, upon arrival, there was a guy smoking weed right outside the entrance door. That should have been a sign to immediately cancel my stay. Then as we walked inside the room you could smell like the room was damp from the AC condensation. Second sign to have left immediately. But we stayed since we had driven 8 hours and were exhausted. Finally it was 5:50 am when a roach crawling on my face woke me up. That was strike 3 and we packed our things and left the premises. The receptionist told me they didnt provide incident report sheets so Im just going to wait and take a different approach to this situation.

Staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was easy. The elevators, 2nd floor hallway and 2nd floor room need attention. Some repairs and updates would help make the hotel much nicer. Our room was clean except it appeared to have had some water damage at some point and therefore there was mold in one corner from ceiling to floor. Unless they do some repairs, I’d be reluctant to return.

I don't think I will be staying at another Comfort Inn after several bad experiences on this trip. This particular one was pretty run down and the room smelled absolutely horrible. I finally figured out that the bad smell came from the AC unit so I turned it off and suffered through a hot night. Everything about this room felt dirty.

We were originally placed in a room on the 3rd floor that has a really bad old water smell. We asked to be moved and the man up front was very accommodating and moved us to the second floor. On Saturday morning while taking a shower a giant roach crawled over my foot, I had to wake up my 17 year old son while in my bath towel to help. When I went to put my jeans on a smaller roach crawled out of them. I let the lady up front know and she said they would have somebody spray once we checked out. One of the housekeepers let me know that they probably were going to shut down the whole floor to take care of bugs because there had been a lot of complaints. Overall ok stay, the roaches and lack of caring made it a bad stay.

We were supposed to have a room with a sofa bed and that didn't happen. The room was extremely small you had to stand up against the wall so another person could walk by. I felt like we stayed in a closet or cubie hole. Very disappointed especially for the price.

The pictures looked a lot nicer than the actual hotel. Door frames need to be repainted. Elevators need major updating. Our room was right beside the stairwell so I could hear all the conversations. I will not stay here again

The bed was horrible. My husband asked me to switch sides the last night we stayed and if I would have slept on that side the first night I would have been asking for a different room. When you rolled over you almost fell out of bed. For some reason it was broke down on the center edge. I informed the desk on my checkout; he really couldn't be bothered by it, and it didn't matter we had 3 sleepless nights in the "comfort" inn. Also, they want you to reuse your towels to save water, hang them up they say...there are 2 little hooks on the back of the door. 4 towels will never dry by the next day. How about adding some towel bars? Could add an exhaust fan also. the room was damp the whole weekend. Need more seating at breakfast, they have a very nice hot breakfast.

We had an enjoyable stay at first, however we did not get any housekeeping. The first several days it was reported to the manager we had to go to another hotel the front office staff was very kind. Then we ended up having to come back to the comfort Inn, and on the second day or third day, we were there the owner of the hotel called us and told us that we would have to leave the property without any explanation promised a discount because we had paid ahead. There was a broken latch in the door And that was not fixed and several other things the supervisor and the front staff were very nice however the owner was very ugly, very aggressive and did not refund our money. It was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had in my life at a hotel and well I guess this would be a motel, but I would not recommend that anybody stay at this comfort Inn because of the owner he is extremely mercurial and very vicious, and he will also steal your money

Staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were accommodated, they gave me an extra key card when I accidentally locked myself out as well as returning a photo that was left in the room after I checked out. Hands down best customer service I’ve ever received at a hotel before.

This was my first time taking my granddaughter with me. When checking in, she mentioned she was thirsty, so i was just looking about for a water stand, and the lady checking me in promptly handed over a bottle of water, mentioning that it was her own, but she was about to go home. So not only was she nice, she was nice to a little girl, AT THE END OF HER SHIFT, on a busy Friday late. We had just driven to texas from Illinois, so we're tired and grumpy ourselves, but this kind gesture made our end of trip amazing. I wish i had gotten her name, but she deserves some recognition.

The motel was okay for the price and it is convenient. There is places to eat but the area is run down around it. It didn’t look to safe but we didn’t have any issues. We stayed in the third floor and it smelled like like those special cigarettes.

I really hate the microwaved egg patty’s. Also, there was no English muffin or bagel options. Seems like someone is cheap g out and thinking dumb Texas people will be happy with waffles.

Room was very small. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was terrible. They had some sort of automated coffee machine. Coffee is such as easy thing to get right and for coffee drinkers, extremely important.

The breakfast was amazing and the attendant that morning was superwoman! She was constantly cleaning and restocking the areas and talking with the customers! She is a shining star at your hotel! She did not have a name tag so I don’t know her name but she is wonderful!

Our check in was so smooth! The room was comfortable but a little dated. The only real drawback from our stay was the breakfast room. It was so hot in there! We took advantage of the tables in the lobby and were happy there.

Check in quick and polite. Trash on the carpet in front of our door. Room was clean, and looked welcoming. Curtain was broken and would not close completely so light came into room. I picked this hotel because review said breakfast was great. We went down at 9, 2 hard biscuits awaited us. Cold eggs and sausage. Mini muffins, the one I chose was stale. Yogurt and cranberry juice was good.
