Parking and access to the property is easy and convenient but the property itself needs a lot of love. Lots of bugs and dirty/stained bedsheets and the towels were stained too. But great staff.

We had to stay here as an emergency. The property is old and dated. Attempted to make coffee but only one coffee packet in room and that one tasted like its been there for a really long time. Only one ice machine for the property and it was broken. Woke up the next morning to roaches in the bathroom and on the table where we put our things on.

Very old. Lots of things broken or missing. Light switches missing. Some lights did not work. Trim pieces gone. Bedding and towels had stains. Chair in room had been sat in with wet pants and had a large stain from someone’s bottom. Air condition was subpar and extremely dirty and dusty. We covered with towel to try to filter the air coming out. Just needed a place to crash but would not stay here again.

A great motel at $50/night that's super friendly, has easy parking, clean inside, wifi, king bed, table and refrigerator and microwave and ac/heat. It's 30 seconds off expressway even! I've stayed here before. It's not the Marriot and doesn't have breakfast, but I love OYO downtown Wichita Falls. Thank you!!

Quiet off street parking,lots of neighborhood kitties to play with, comfortable chair in room no threat of wolverine attacks nearby, building had a roof Incase of rain,store across street open sold ice cream,and COLD BEER front desk stocked with plenty 5s and singles to facilitate a floating after hours craps game,plenty of clean towels for scorching Texas heat, zeppelin rides to airport upon request and 2 stair cases stratiglly placed apart Incase the US MARSHALL is closing in

There were roaches we slept with the lights on. Also the door was so hard to open and close we had to slam our body against it to open and close it. The sheets were dingy and stained. The shower handle was extremely hard to turn.

The room smelled of mold and stale cigarettes. There was mold around ac unit, blankets were stained and some kind of weird metal under bed skirting that was really noisy. The bathroom was gross looked like the tub had never been cleaned.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I understand you get what you paid for, but this was so bad. The sheets were filthy and stained. There were thousands of crickets under the bed. We were inside for an hour and then left to another hotel. This place is just crap.

Floors are coming up, there was blood on my sheets, I had no shampoo or soap, and when I went down to the lobby and asked them for some, they informed me that they were all out and they would call me when they got some. Never called

The room had a laminate floor that had seen better days, it had been very wet, and the room smelled musty or moldy. It didn't even seem clean, like it had been vacuumed but never mopped. I saw roaches near the bathroom mirror. When I mentioned that upon checkout, the staff member had zero reaction, as if this is normal and I shouldn't expect a bug-free room. Neighborhood was sketchy at best and I felt like I had to bring all my luggage inside, not just what I needed. Charged me extra for my dog who was cleaner than the floor lol

Walked into the room first thing I see is a roach on the curtain pulled the blankets back and there’s a puvic hair on the sheets clerk was kinda nice passing thru will not recommend this hotel

Staff was really friendly. The surrounding area was quiet. The room was fine. The room was pretty large. Needs a little updating. It had all wood flooring which was great. The room was clean. We only stayed over night so we did not use the shower.We would stay here again.

Everyone that worked at the hotel was very friendly. Our room was clean and the beds are comfortable. It’s cheap, so I knew it would be older and a little run down, however, something’s were a bit much. The door to our room was very difficult to close and luck, we had to slam our entire body against it. The ceiling in the bathroom was soggy and sagging, made me wonder if it will eventually fall in. The AC didn’t work great, the room was tolerable but a bit warm. In the end, it’s cheap, so I know I can’t be too picky. The staff was so kind, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

If you do any kind of smoking here stay away there are signs everywhere telling people not to smoke anywhere around the building. That being said it's not a bad place to stay it was clean! I thoroughly checked for bedbugs and found none. They offered DIRECTV which was nice. The bathroom air vent didn't work.

We had to ask for towels and was only given 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. Towels were stained and discolored. Only half the lights in the room worked. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean.

The only good thing about this place is that I was able to go to sleep after a long trip. The room was dirty and thank goodness I had disinfectant on hand. You can literally hear everything and everyone around you. The staff was friendly for the most part, but I would not stay here again. Needs a thorough renovation all throughout.

The desk staff was very welcoming and helpful with our check-in. However, there was a roach crawling on the wall when we entered the room. Additionally, the towels were not very clean and housekeeping knocked on our door shortly after 8 AM which seems a little early from my past stays at other propertys.

dirty trash in the bathroom, dirty toilet, no toilet paper, outlets that don’t work, light switch shocked me, horrible service, will make you pay in cash and if you don’t have cash they make you drive to the gas station to pull out money and then when you pay they don’t give you a receipt, they double charged me as well charging my debit card which i now have to dispute because i was charged 160 dollars in total for a one night stay at this hell.

The problem is that I did not have the opportunity to stay at the property, even though I made my reservation a year in advance. When I went to check in on the day of my reservation, I was told that the property had a 'glitch' and my reservation had been canceled and I should have been notified three months prior (which I did not receive).

People partying in adjacent rooms, drug users In parking lot, car alarms going off all night, people sitting in chairs in front of the rooms - intimidating guests, calling it a hotel when it’s a motel, next to an alley full of homeless people, across from an abandoned building.

Very uncomfortable couldn’t go to my car without a homeless person bothering me and my toddler staff charged me extra to check in a little early and the property was not very good I ended up leaving after four hours with no offer to refund any money even though I didn’t stay long. Will never stay at an oyo hotel again

We stayed at this hotel as it was next to the hospital my wife’s mother was in. It is a short walk from the hospital and was perfect. It is clean, recently remodeled, well lite, and comfortable. I recommend staying here especially if you need a place next to the hospital

The location was convenient and the staff was friendly. However upon preparing to leave in the morning there were cochroaches running from the kleenex holder to the coffee pot in the bathroom area... so glad we didn't try to make coffee.
