Very nice property. Room was clean and spacious. It was nice to have breakfast included. Breakfast included typical hotel options, but there was plenty to choose from. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking the first couple of days we were there. We were disappointed that it was under repair for the rest of our stay. The location was great for accessing the parks.

Very nice place for a stay near Arches and Canyonlands. Great breakfast, nice pool, comfortable room, helpful staff, even had a charger for my plugin hybrid Jeep! One towel rack was pulling out of wall, a minor thing, but room could use more towel racks in general. Overall very good.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Aarchway Inn. It’s conveniently located around a 15 minute drive from Arches NP, and they also have an adjacent gravel lot for RVs, trailers, and other oversized vehicles, which made it easy for us to find parking for our hookup. Overall, the hotel has been well-maintained & has a great hot breakfast, pool, and even ice bags for sale. Staff service was a miss—we tried calling down to the desk on several occasions for a question, and they never picked up the phone.

This place was clean. The pool was nice - especially since it didn’t look onto a parking lot. The room was clean, and the beds were nice. We got a coupon for the coffee shop on site (which we had planned to use for lunch), but they weren’t open during their posted hours, This was disappointing since we had planned to grab lunch there, and we didn’t have a car to go elsewhere. Otherwise, no complaints.

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was good, loved that we were able to buy a packed lunch from the little stand in the lobby to take with us for the day exploring parks. Only disappointment was that they do not have a fitness room onsite, but I was able to buy a reasonably priced day pass to use the fitness center at the very nice Moab town rec center

Very clean. No carpet, just laminate floor. Smart. Made it seem much cleaner without a carpet. Big shout out to breakfast people. They worked so hard keeping the area clean. Every time I was in there, someone was wiping out a machine or counter. Very clean! Good food too. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Loved that its dog friendly. Good price.

Careful when booking 1st floor unit as construction not amazing. Noise from second floor is considerable, especially those guests who walk around a lot, we hear loud thumping from people walking around very hard on floor.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpets, paint and overall conditioning was well maintained. Close to Arches National Park and dining options. Pool was secluded and accessed only by room key card (we did not use the pool but could see individual shaded cabanas around the pool - nice touch. Breakfast was so-so; better the second morning than the first. Only major negative were the people above us; they sounded like a herd of elephants both nights. But we would definitely stay here again. Great value; great quality.

Big comfortable rooms, on the Northern edge of Moab close to Arches and Canyonlands NPs, plenty of food options available. The room is nice for a family, 3 queen beds and a big dining table for food or games. Clean throughout. Good breakfast included. The A/C was pretty loud, the upstairs neighbors stomped around all night (even after a call to the front desk), and the pillows were too thick to sleep on. The staff seemed indifferent to the guests. Still a nice room for a few days in the area.

I booked a king suite, I was very disappointed with the staff customer service from the time I checked in (before anything I had to sign a paper that said they are not responsible for lost or stolen items out of the room and they reserved the right to come in at anytime and inspect the room, not good afternoon, welcome or what is your name)Not a friendly lobby agent nor courteous, the room was old, musty odor, the entrance to our room was on the side of the property, trash can was in front of the entrance door, full of trash overflowing, did not change for 2 days, floors dirty all the way to the elevator, room service the next day did not even hang the towels just left them sitting by the sink on the counter, and bed was not made properly, but they made sure the envelope to leave gratuity was on the table by the bed. When I went to checkout 2 days later the front desk agent advised me I could not get a copy of a receipt because I booked it through either Expedia or Hotels.com and “They would send me an email a receipt. Never I had this problem before, very disappointed and I most definitely would not recommend this property, I’m very surprised it had good reviews in the past. Their front desk agent definitely needs customer service training.

My stay was ok. The room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great. Maids opened my door 4 times all before checkout time and after i called the front desk twice about. I didn't know i needed to deadbolt the door to protect my from staff lol. Very annoying getting woken up.

Aarchway is our go-to every time we come to Moab, and now our friends also book it when they come. Staff has been excellent each time, definitely in the top 1% of good hotel experiences we’ve had. I can’t recommend them enough. Good rates, easy to talk to, great staff, and have always been accommodating by working it so we all have a place to stay (usually near each other also) when we convoy in with several Broncos in our group rides.

The Archway inn was a great spot, close to both Arches National Park, Canyonlands and Downtown Moab. The continental breakfast was perfect fuel before each day's hike. I will be staying here again next time I'm in Moab, for sure!

Lovely place. It’s on the edge of Moab so it means a drive into town for food and shops etc but a lovely place to stay. Very attractive welcoming lobby area. Good size, comfortable and clean room. Nice and quiet too. Good free breakfast in the mornings. Pool looked inviting but we never had chance to try it. Can recommend.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The hotel was full, but we didn’t hear a single thing from the other guests. Breakfast was great. I really appreciated that they didn’t have the exact same breakfast every day. The hot items were switched up a bit. Loved that! The heated pool and hot tub were also great. My only complaint is the dog poop on the floor in the hallways. We saw several guests with dogs so looks like it’s pretty common. It’s not the hotel’s fault per se. It’s the terrible guests that don’t pick up after their dogs. Gross!

I loved the location. A 7 minute drive to Arches, a ~40 minute drive to Canyonlands, and right near the main stretch of Moab. I loved the pool and the tub and the breakfast and the little cafe that makes pizza and tacos. All of the staff were very nice and I would absolutely go again.
