Large room, comfortable bed, hotel was clean and in good repair. But parking is limited, particularly if you have a trailer. There's only about 8 spots. They are not marked or reserved in any way and were filled by cars when we went. We had to find parking elsewhere and walk back to hotel.

A nice hotel, well-located in Moab (and next to an excellent Mexican restaurant). The on-site EV chargers are a plus. Unfortunately, the heater for the pool and spa pool was broken the whole time I was there. Also, the WiFi Internet was a little slow, by 2024 standards.

The room was nice, very spacious. We were disappointed that the hot tub and pool heaters were not working. This is such a common problem at hotels and it seems like they should have a backup plan for repair/replacement within 1 day. They advertise with these ameneties and it was a factor in choosing this location.

Everything was as expected and i enjoyed the additional kitchen facilities compared to a regular hotel. Things that could be better are a better gym, or at least a few more weights and options for healthy breakfast, beside bananas. Also, i understood from someone from the hotel team that although there is a recycle bin in the room, in practice there is no recycling at all, which is a shame i think. A big plus for me is the supermarket across the street which i used every day.

The front desk personal were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was a great start for the day at the park with many offerings. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The room was a bit small for our party once the pull out couch was setup

Nice place - the gym had a full dumbbell rack and functional cardio equipment. The kitchenette was awesome and was the reason we stayed and would stay again! Wished the breakfast had a bit more unprocessed/healthier options, but for the price of free it certainly met expectations.

Unfortunately we found moldy bread left over in the cupboards, and it didn’t seem like we were given clean pillows. It gave us a sense that cleaning wasn’t the top priority and made us uncomfortable. The front desk was nice and provided us with additional pillows so we didn’t have to use ones that smelled. It was not worth the price for the condition things were in.

Baffled by the high ratings for this place… The front desk staff were pleasant but my room was filthy. Hairs all over the shower, carpets badly stained and not even well vacuumed, wall paint and furniture all chipped, random trash left underneath sofa, dust everywhere, stains on sofa too …the list goes on. I took photos but can’t tell yet if this app will let me load them as part of my review. My original booking was for four nights but I only stayed for one. Thankfully, I was able to book other accommodations for similar price and their cleanliness was polar opposite to this place. I just can’t wrap my head around their high ratings. Perhaps majority of other rooms in this hotel have been remodeled or are cleaned properly???

Beautiful, clean, and spacious! Had a whole kitchen basically! Even a dining table. Plenty of space for our family to sleep. Comfortable beds. It wasn’t just our room that was clean, the whole place was clean!

The location was on a busy street and near many restaurants for lunch and dinner. Breakfast time was an absolute zoo! The tour groups staying there were trying to get food at the same time. I felt sorry for the lady that was working the dining room. The food included eggs, bacon, cereal, bagels, toast, pancakes, and waffles (if you could get near it). We got in late and found our bed sheets were dirty. Yuck! The front desk sent housekeeping to do a full cleaning the next day. Of course, no discount was offered. If we were to visit Moab again, I would find another place to stay.

Nice hotel. Bed was comfortable. Like smart Tv and kitchen. I don’t like that I can hear people walking above my room. Housekeeping forget to refill conditioner and sweeping the floor. Red sands are still on kitchen floor when we walked in to our room. Breakfast was basic and look fresh. Plenty of tables to sit. Walkable to city market and Mexican restaurant is next door.

This room had pretty much everything you could need. The beds were comfortable. My husband thought a truck was running outside our window and I thought it was a helicopter landing, but when I went to look out the window turns out it was the fan from our room heat. YIKES! Thank goodness it was quieter the rest of the evening.

We were here on the off peak season and it was lovely! The king suite, equipped with a full kitchen, was exceptional with around 20’ ceilings. The TV was a bit small, but adequate. Would definitely stay here again!!!

I thought this hotel was very nice and extremely spacious. The kitchen area was really nice and it has a stove and refrigerator. This hotel only had a bar for the soup and the shampoo and conditioner was not that great. Also very limited drawer space.

We had a clean room and it was spacious. The kids love the pool. Parking was great. The only slight issue was that the attendant at the desk couldn’t find my reservation initially because they looked at the wrong date, making us uncomfortable. And then they didn’t apologize when they did find the reservation. It would’ve been nice if they took ownership of their mistake and been kind to us.

Our room was comfortable, and we made good use of the full-sized fridge in the kitchenette. A/C worked great, in spite of high-90s temperature. The local electric company had a planned power outage from 9pm-3am one night, and the hotel handled it very professionally; they advised cranking the A/C during the day, keeping shades closed, and they loaned guests electric lanterns. It could have been a major inconvenience, but it went very smoothly. The breakfast was pretty good, with real oatmeal rather than packets of instant, plus waffle mix, scrambled eggs, biscuits, bread, and bagels; coffee was not the greatest, though. Gary, one of the breakfast workers, was super-nice, and gave us an awesome hike recommendation. We would definitely stay here again if we do a more extensive Arches or Canyonlands trip.

The good news is that the property is on Main street, within walking distance to amenities. The bad news is Main is the highway through Moab, with enormous trucks and many cars for all but a few of the small hours in the a.m. In other words, it is very noisy.

This is a no frills type place. You would pay $100 or less for this hotel if were any place other than Moab. Continental breakfast is adequate but lacking basic essentials (no peanut butter, no pastries, no granola). They did have waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagel, toast, yogurt, 2 kinds of cereal, oj. Coffee was terrible, not from a traditional coffee pot. Rooms felt hospital like, commercial feel. Staff was very friendly.
