Great experience at this hotel. Friendly welcome at check in, the hotel even loaned us a cooler to help keep our water cool for our long days out at the national parks! Rooms in good condition and a small but nice pool and hot tub area. Great location for walking to bars/restaurants in Moab and Moab is a great base for seeing the local parks, top tip would be visit dead horse point state park as well as the national parks as it is fantastic! Only slight negative would be during our visit the elevator was broken, however we were informed of this at check in and asked if we minded being on a higher floor and having to use the stairs, which was no problem for us.

The property was nice but I was expecting the hot tub to be open. Google said the pool was closed but nothing about the hot tub being closed so I was a bit bummed. Other than that, the room was nicely updated

A great value for the current prices. Not an old motel renovated, but more recent construction, renovated to modern. But elevator was not functioning, and stairs only at both far ends of building. Sinks drained slowly. But all other facilities great, would happily stay again.

Nice quiet side street off of main road through Moab. Comfortable and clean. 24 hour coffee available with espresso and latte machine. Stayed 2 nights.

Property was very clean. Nice facility modern rooms. Midsize refrigerator and small microwave in room. Also a safe. No coffee maker provided in room although 24/7 coffee available on first floor. Ice machines in hallway on every floor. Good location for walking the town of Moab with many restaurants within walking distance. Pool and hot tub available.

We were very impressed with the place. We will definitely stay there again when we come to town.. The only drawback was that the elevator was out of service so you had to climb the stairs, but if you’re out there hiking anyway, what’s a couple of flights of stairs?

The pool and hot tub were outside, and open until 10PM, which was nice. It’s a block from the Moab food truck park, which was a lot of fun. The room was spacious, and mostly quiet. We’d definitely visit again. Thank you!

The location was great - easy to get to off the main street through town. Plenty of free parking. Very walkable to the Mab shops and restaurants. Free coffee available all the time. Convenient fixture for filling water bottles. Clean and comfortable.

We booked this hotel so we could use the hot tub since we had been traveling across country. When we arrived we were told the hot tub was not working and the pool was closed. This was a big disappointment as we would have chosen a cheaper hotel with no amenities. We stayed on the first floor and the noise from the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants every time they got up in the middle of the night. Nice hotel but not worth the price.

Comfortable, updated, complimentary Starbucks coffee available in the lobby 24/7, nice long hot tub the full width of the pool (adjacent to the shallow end—nice design for families), lots of lobby and outdoor seating, friendly staff who shared recommendations for local activities, perfect location (super easy walk to Thai Bella, food truck park, and Moab Made among many other downtown shops and restaurants). Would definitely stay again, and will recommend!

Elevator was out so had to carry luggage up and down steps. Room and lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. One of the towels was very damp and couldn’t be used.

Very clean quiet and cozy hotel. Excellent value for the money and especially because of it's central location.

Clean comfortable room very close to downtown

Hotel was ok. Had ants in our room that got all over my daughters bag and in her purse. We had a good stay until we woke up to that. We only stayed the one night but I would probably find another place if we stayed in Moab again. The staff was really nice though and everything else was great. Probably not the fault of the hotel. These things happen sometimes and I'm sure they took care of it as soon as it was brought to their attention.

The rooms have been renovated. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not always given, there was sand in the room. Overall, however, the hotel is highly recommended in terms of price and quality.

It was so clean! Very cozy, nice, comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean and nice. Looked like it had been upgraded. It was the best hotel on our 15 day trip that we have stayed in so far. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was very clean and the staff was great. We stayed 3 nights. I don’t expect the sheets to be changed nor the bathroom cleaned but I would like someone to come in each day to empty the trash and replace wash cloths and hand towels we have put in the floor. We requested maid service after the second day, saying the shower gel in the shower did not work. They did come in and exchange our towels but took our soap and didn’t leave new bars. The shower gel was not replaced and still didn’t work leaving us with no soap at all. We had to go to the desk and ask for soap.

Everyone at this property was very professional and helpful! Its located a block over from downtown so not as much traffic but still really close to everything. It was super clean and taken care of. Really enjoyed our time there!!

I've stayed at this property several times. There is plenty of parking and it's walking distance to everything in town. The lobby is dated, but the staff is lovely and the rooms have been recently renovated and are very stylish. Rooms are well equipped except for one item that I wish they'd consider adding - a coffee maker. There is nothing worse than having to dress and go to a lobby to get a cup a coffee first thing in the morning. It would make this property exceptional.

The location is great, the rooms are recently renovated, the pool is perfect. The walls are a tad thin so you get close to your neighbors pretty fast but overall great stay!

Central to downtown. Clean room. Lack of counter space in bathroom. No free breakfast. But they have a self service Starbucks coffee machine.

The staff, the property, and the convenience to dining, shopping, grocery, coffee, National and State Parks was perfect. My ONLY complaint would be that the rooms are TINY. No closet, no drawers, no place to put suitcases and other necessary travel items.

Nice and modern hotel room, but the wifi was very unreliable. Since there’s hardly any call phone reception in the area, this was a bigger problem.

This place was walking distance from downtown and all the restaurants. Very convenient location. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are very small.

I really liked this hotel. It was in a great location and very comfortable. Just note that the walls are very thin and you can hear every footstep and door slam down the hall. I could even hear my neighbor snoring through the wall. If you’re a light sleeper, bring your white noise machine!

The rooms are nice and modern but very small, it was difficult to find space for both my partner and my suitcases. Otherwise the area is nice and central with plenty of parking options. The pool and common areas were a bit run down but great to have.

Rooms are updated and nice, location is convenient. They do not staff the front desk 24 hours, nor is the front desk person able to make decisions as they are not a manager. We needed to shorten our stay by one night due to incoming snow storms on our road trip and tried to cancel the second night of our stay. The front desk was unable to help us and told us to email the manager, who never responded. Any sort of response would have been nice, and we had to eat the second night despite dropping our keys off to an empty front desk before 6am the next morning.

Stay was economical however was not very hospitable to people traveling without a vehicle. Refused to store luggage so that we could walk to get lunch and buy souvenirs. We asked for just two hours and stated we did not hold them liable. We are 60+ and I have a torn rotator and we had to drag our luggage around town, in the heat prior to getting our airport ride. Physical restrictions, heat and inconvenience for me gjvea this hotel just an “ok”.

So for three nights in a row, the people above us were loud and we complained about it till three in the morning. Called and left a message for the manager to call me back. They’ve never called me back. They are completely ignoring us. They’ve done nothing to make the situation better. I suggest if you stay there that you bring earplugs because they have hardwood floors and you hear everything above you. The staff was extremely friendly, but the manager is absolutely avoiding us. There was a bridal party and they were loud all night long, and I would think that you would try to do something for the people who complained there was three different families that complained about the noise. And they’ve done nothing one couple checked out of the hotel because it was so noisy. I would think that you would try to offer people 20% off for their next day offer 20% off for one night while they were there but to ignore me and I called and I know it was the manager that answered the phone because I talked to her once already and she said the manager wasn’t there But she’d have her call me that was over a week ago and I’ve yet to hear anything back. So if you’re looking for quiet, this is not your hotel. It was very clean. I will say that that’s why I chose to stay there because it’s extremely clean the front desk. Girls were wonderful, but the manager awful.

Great location for arches and Canyonlands parks - close to the action but far enough away from main road to avoid traffic noise - great staff who helped above and beyond with a travel emergency when I was far from home and on my own - thank you again, Mark N (grateful Brit!)

This hotel is a complete scam — READ BEFORE BOOKING Everything seemed fine during my stay until I got a call accusing me of stealing the room number sign (which I absolutely did not). Then they charged my card a high fee for it and even claimed they’d called the cops and pressed charges — which turned out to be a lie. I called the police myself, and they confirmed no such report existed. When I asked for proof, they said they had “video evidence.” I requested to see it, and suddenly their story changed — first it was supposedly me, then they said it was my companion, and they couldn’t even keep their story straight about what time this supposedly happened. Their customer service is terrible, their accusations are baseless, and they clearly make random, unauthorized charges. Stay far away from this place.

The staff wasn’t very welcoming. Felt like I was interrupting their phone scrolling time. Pool was out of towels and had to go in to ask for some. It was just pretty average experience. Nothing to write home about.

The room was clean but small to the point of being claustrophobic. The pool and hot tub were welcomed after a long day of hiking. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, with one glaring exception. One of the front desk staff, possibly the manager, questioned the authenticity of my wife’s formally trained, federally certified service dog. She called it an emotional support animal, accusing us of using the title of service animal as an excuse for having the dog in the hotel.

Allyssa at the front desk was amazing and helped us extend our stay. She made us feel welcome and she cared about our concern. Management should give her a raise. Thank you to Alyssa for making our stay an amazing experience!

Great location while visiting Arches (10 minute drive). The rooms look renovated and feel cozy. The bathrooms are really nice. Shops and restaurants in Moab are walkable from here. Seemed a little odd for a 3 story lodge with a hundred or so rooms to have an out of order elevator for multiple days

The Good: excellent location right off the main street. Very easy to walk to all the restaurants and there were a lot to choose from. They also had the best srarbucks coffee machine in the lobby. Didn't utilize the pool or spa. Very close to Arches National park anout 5-10 minutes doen the road. The not so good was we were on first floor and we could hear the people walking on the second floor all night long.

Great motel, easy parking, close/ walkable to restaurants and souvenir shopping.

If you like being walking distance to downtown restaurants this is your place! The rooms are clean and comfortable. They do not have coffee in the room, but do have coffee 24/7 and a Starbucks coffee machine . Another convenient item was the water bottle filler in the lobby. We thought this hotel was a great value and would stay again.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff is wonderful and they have an awesome coffee machine that makes great lattes.

“I recently stayed at this hotel and found the cleanliness and housekeeping to be very good, which was a definite positive. However, the room had very limited amenities, and the space was quite small, with tiny bathrooms and insufficient storage. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the air conditioning unit was very close to the bed, causing noticeable temperature fluctuations. The coffee machine brewed good coffee but was out of milk for several days. The lobby was dimly lit with limited seating, and overall, I felt the price was high for the quality provided.”

We stayed here 2 nights in a king bed room. We only needed a place to sleep really so it served it purpose but like other people have said, it is VERY small. It felt cramped but just to sleep thats ok. There's no coffee maker in the room. They offer a 24hr coffee bar but that does no good when you dont keep coffee fresh. Both mornings the coffee was cold and old (it was around 4am so i get that but still) the bathroom was pretty roomy and had plenty of hot water. Everything was very clean. Theres a food truck park a block away we ate at twice and was very good. Id probably stay here again but it would be nice to have fresh coffee when its advertised. Especially since no places in town between parks are open early enough to get it.

Everything was comfortable and clean….It’s always more convenient to have the option to have a breakfast but I guess that wasn’t offered so we ran to McDonalds 😊

Good location. Needs better breakfast options. The boxed breakfast options are mostly frozen food breakfast items. Dated lobby. Fairly priced. Besides pool and hot tub not many amenities
