This was our 2nd year staying here during the IMBA World Finals. We love that this is the host hotel and the other riders are there. My only suggestion is to allow the kids longer to swim at night. We often got back at almost 10 p.m. and the pool was already closed.

Great room. Pool is too cold and elevators are rickety as hell, considered the stairs on multiple trips up and down. Breakfast this morning there was no special items being made besides waffles. Last time there was plenty of breakfast staff making multiple kinds of food.

We found out when we got there after 9 hours of driving that the elevator didn't work and the only rooms available were on the 3rd floor. I have bone cancer so that sucked but everything else was great. We would stay on our way back home again if the elevator works.

The price was good. Breakfast was ok. Too far to walk for it. Pool had too much chlorine, that it burned your eyes just sitting, overall everthing was good.

The elevators never worked while we were there. Staff told us 1 has been out for months and the other broke 2 days prior. Was never informed of this and was placed on 3rd floor with no way to change to 1st. I have a disable person and it was a pain going up 3 flights of stairs.

The first room wasn't clean. Trash on the foor, sleped in bed, ect. The second room was almost as bad. Less trash and the bed was made. Hoever, there was a sofa bed that was broken and stuck in between open ans shut. So you couldn't sit or sleep on it. Next, the breakfast was non existent. I asked and at 8:45 am was told the truck was running a little late. Howevwr, they didnt even jave water, drinks, cups, plasticware, plates, anything out yet. It was a lie they had no intention of serving a breakfast. Lastly, the pool was blocked by two dirty matresses in the inside of the pool room door... very poor conditions at this hotel and the staff/manager was about at bad.

The room was not very clean, the hideaway bed had dirt and crumbs on it. The bathroom faucet and light switch were dirty. The blackout curtains were not working either. We could hear the people above us very well. We were disappointed in our stay. I have always given this place a high rating, but was not able to this time.

The bathe was dirty. Splatter on the ceiling of the room. The fridge was tiny and dated. The lobby was stuffy and hot like the ac was not working. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. No carts available at 4am to move luggage. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I didn't like that the lock on the bathroom was broken. There was a lot of dirt in the bathtub, there was a huge stain above the closet door and it looked like bodily fluids. The breakfast was decent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was poop on the crib they brought to us through.

While there was lots of space, the amenities were nice, and the beds were comfy, the walls must be thin because we heard people running up and down the hall and kids shrieking until 12:30 a.m. Perhaps this was because our room was right next to the elevator, but it was too loud.

Room was good but occupants in next room were extremely loud until early hours of the morning even after several complaints from different people. While in lobby I overheard another group call down regarding the noise and the staff’s response was “another complaint regarding room #XXX.” Nothing was done and complaints were not taken serious. The reason we pay for a room is to sleep and the one thing not allowed due to noise is SLEEP. What a waist of money. We could have slept in the car for free.

Checked out this morning (12-31-24) and asked the front desk if they are going to "Double Charge" me again as they did the last time I stayed there. I asked the front desk four (4) times about the double charge and they said no they are not. Well, home this evening (12-31-24), they once again double room charged me. Because of this review on 12-31-24), they took the double charge off (1-1-25) Caveat -Emptor.

The lady who checked me in, Kim, was awesome! Super friendly, patient and professional. The day prior to my check in I called twice to confirm a couple of items related to the property and she was very helpful and pleasant. This was also true at my time of check in. Thank you!!!

Rooms were spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Faucet was cheap and flopping around as was not attached securely. Wall beside shower had serious water damage. Breakfast was excellent. The desk clerk in the morning lacks customer service skills. Not polite, cordial, respectful, caring, or very helpful. He should not be in the customer service industry.

Entered incorrect date with Expedia and hotel front desk person was excellent. Agreed to accommodate us anyways. Credit also to Expedia…it was a no cancellation booking and Expedia honoured with hotel in agreement. Hotel is safe, clean and well maintained. Not close to downtown but handy to I15. Unreal restaurants downtown try the Angry Goat. Avoid Hotel restaurant if you can.

After driving up to the property, having three homeless people right there and one more coming out of the bushes, we left ! Paid for another hotel down the freeway and lost out on this one, did not feel safe to stay there

We stayed for the IMBA World Finals. Was an amazing host hotel and cleanliness and service was great! Had a king bed, pull out sofa bed sectional, fridge, walk in shower, flat screen tv, and desk with chair. Good size room. Loved the complimentary breakfast and indoor pool & hot tub. Easy access from freeway and centrally located to Golden Spike Event Center. Will definitely stay here again.

Neighborhood gave us mixed feelings - near a truck gas stop and some housing that seemed okay but also didn’t feel safe leaving anything in our car overnight. The hotel was dated but clean. Beds were comfortable enough, breakfast was fine, pool was warm, hot tub was hot, nothing was stolen. Wouldn’t recommend but we stopped to sleep on our road trip so it was fine.

Everything was great. The only thing I would change is to let guests know they have to enter the breakfast through the hotel amd not feom the outside of the restaurant. I wasnt Able to eat due to teying to get in from outside and running out of time.

This is a very nice facility with friendly and helpful staff. The room was well appointed and in clean and excellent condition. Very fair price. Attached restaurant, while not fancy, served great food at dinner and for the included breakfast. I would definitely book here again.

It was just okay. The reviews rated it really highly but I wouldn’t stay there again. The rooms had been updated but there were other things that should’ve been updated but weren’t like the bathroom tiles, doors, toilet grout and caulking, these things looked old and worn out. The breakfast was so gross I made my kids throw it out because I was worried about food poisoning after the sausages tasted like mint.
