My husband and I booked a room for 2 nights I am in a wheelchair and on the day we checked in the elevator was broken and we were given a room on the 3rd floor. NOT GOOD! P.S. holiday in you are not abiding by the law that your facility needs to be handicap compliant and accessible and if you have a customer in a wheelchair you don’t place them on the 3rd floor. 😠

I was put in a bedroom by the interstate. It was so noisy all night long. The room next door also made a weird noise from 2:00 am to 6:00 am. The first night. The shades were hard to figure out. I almost went into the elevator that wasn’t working the first night if the night receptionist didn’t catch me before I went in.

Located right next to a freeway. However, that wasn’t the problem. They gave us a room which adjoined another room with a steel door. They came in late waking us up. We could hear their entire conversations, every cough they made in the night, every time they went into the bathroom, etc. it was terrible. Hotel staff should warn guests if they’re given an adjoining room that they won’t get any sleep. Never again for us!

Without a doubt the worst night sleep in a hotel room I have ever had. AC was set to 60. Window was open. Was 25* outside but the room was baking. Stuffy and miserable. Just brutal!!! to have to pay for that is insane.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Window shades would not work well, maintenance staff came and taped edges, but didn't work well. The sunlight was very bright in the morning, and it was impossible to sleep after 530am.

My wife and I were in the Ogden area to visit our grandson and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the staff, across the board, was more friendly and helpful. The room was great. Breakfast was great but the staff was exceptional. It will be our go to place in the future!

got woken up ( 10:30 ) by front desk asking us to stop making noise, I heard the noise of some kids running around and jumping, if the front desk would have taken a walk down hallway they would have noticed where the noise came from and not just phoned rooms where they thought the noise was coming from, after a long day of travelling the sleep interruption was very anoying and her attitude was rude and abrupt

Hotel was clean and convenient. Checkin at this hotel was the worst I have experienced. Rude and it was not because there was a line of people trying to check in. I reserved a king bed and they only had 2 bed options. When i showed that i reserved 1 king. Her response was I can refund your reservation. No apology, basically FU this is what we have take it or leave it.

I went skiing. The UTA ski bus to snowbasin n powder mtn, start from a stop 300ft from the hotel. That is a shorter walk that from the parking lot to the lodge at snow basin, and it is cheaper.
