Good overnight stay. Friendly helpful staff. Pool is not heated and in March its freezing. Non working hot tub. Found out that they haven't had it in service since february. This is where they have decided to cut costs in my opinion. I called a day in advance and the girl helping me didnt listen at all to my question and actually set the phone down while i was talking and walked away. I could hear noise in the background so i know the line didnt get disconnected. Anyhow, i was skeptical given the reviews but our stay turned out alright. When i pulled in and parked for check in, A car of 20 somethings looked like they were casing cars for breakin. They saw me stop and look at them and the drove off. That bothered me about the area. Overall the hotel experience was good. Breakfast was good. Suitable for a one night stay while traveliing through

Everything was great - but the elevator wasn't working. I was on the 3rd floor and made 2-3 trips to bring all of my things in. Then after 1 1/2, i make the long trip up and the card has deactivated. Down again, then up again. That did not make my stay very enjoyable.

Room clean, helpful staff, immenities all work fine. Not much parking compared to amount of rooms. Super sad about hot tub and pool it should be clearly stated when reserving room that they are out of order. Whats with the breakfast? I work at a motel with breakfast tgat includes much more and costs less.

Unfortunately we walked in and a saw a bandaid on the floor. There was beared hair in the sink and the bed only had 3 small pillows. Staff was nice but the phone didn’t work in the room. The breakfast was very limited only including waffles, slices of bread, and cereal. There were stains all over the carpet floor and the shower floor was so disgusting we had to lay a towel down in the shower while showering.

Booked this hotel last minute . If sleeping next to fentanyl addicts in the room over is the ambience you’re looking for highly recommend . There was substantialwater damage and black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was dried feces, drippings on the interior door of the bathroom. I told the staff they gave me a general manager’s email. Never got a response after submitting photos no number to call either.

This hotel was DISGUSTING! The carpet was stained throughout the entire hotel. I don't think the floor in my room has ever been mopped/vacuumed. There was dirt everywhere and weird goobers all over the walls. There was a blood stain on the pillowcase and makeup stains on the towels. There were little brown crusties in the bathroom that were either mouse poop or dead bugs. They should NOT allow pets because I had to listen to a very loud dog barking in the room next to mine all night! The breakfast area was dirty and not well stocked. Whenever a complaint was made to the staff their response was to roll their eyes and do nothing to fix the problem. I'm pretty sure the maid smoked in my room while I was gone. This was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! They need to totally gut the whole thing and then hire all new staff that can actually keep the place clean.

The picturs of the rooms were definitely not what we got. There was no fridge, microwave or even a remote for the TV. The carpet was stained, half the lights would flicker when on, the tub didn't drain, the blankets were stained, the sink was cracked, amd several titles were cracked on the floor the toliet seat was broke. The only thing that was clean was the lobby.

The room was filthy. The cords were literally hanging out of the walls with giant holes. There is black mold in the shower. The towels were wet and moldy. Thank goodness we were only stuck for 6 hours until leaving for the airport.

The room’s floors were dirty, it was missing a fridge, the tv didn’t work, and the only thing that it has that was advertised was the breakfast included, and in even then it lacked substance. The pool and hot tub were closed when it said they were available when booked. I was only given a $19 discount for my stay and the inconveniences.

The location on convenient next the highway which also comes with a good bit of street noise at all hours. Having breakfast available every morning is a big plus. There was a hole in the ceiling in our room with wires sticking out where the smoke detector is supposed to be. The shower head had a super long neck which was tilted sideways and pointed completely outside of the shower stall. My husband was able to move it back in place so at least the water fell inside the shower. Out of the 6 days we stayed, we only got room service once after asking for it. So overall, I feel like they definitely could have done better!

Property was OK and clean. Room had no closet or place to hang clothes. Temperature control did not allow to turn off fan so it ran all night. The bathroom was small with the toilet and shower/bath combo and barely enough room to turn around. The bathroom floor was uneven and caused water to pool outside the bathroom.

So I checked into a room with a hot tub, quickly found the tv did not work. Tried calling the front desk to discuss and received no answer on several attempts. Finally went down to the front desk to find nobody there and several minutes of waiting the front desk associates showed up. Explained the problem while the front desk agent acted like this was a new problem they weren't aware of but then said they were aware of it. He offered to downgrade my room which I said the whole point of me being there was for the hot tub. I she's 8 if there was d another tv that could be switched out and he said they was not, but he would get with his manager and see if they could discount my room or sobering to that nature he left it telling me he would get back with me shortly. Shortly never came in fact the next morning I checked down at the front desk to see if anything had been discussed or what was going to happen and was met by a different person saying they knew morning about it. In short I stayed in the room with no working tv and feel the hotel knew the tv want working and still rented the room and they probably still are found the same thing now. Very disappointing for a property I've stayed at before and was simply impressed with the staff and the accommodations previously. Severely disappointed.

It appeared to be transitioning into/out of being a Best Western, so the signage didn't match our reservation. Breakfast hours were 6-9 AM (ended too early IMHO) and seemed a bit spartan if it was called a continental breakfast (Can't remember exactly how it was marketed). There were square holes in the ceiling in the hallway into the ceiling above on the way to our room. Room linens, towels were all clean. Remote/TV never worked. No microwave or refrigerator. Toilet seat was up when we arrived. Seemed odd. Workman were on the roof doing something starting early. People walking around in the room overhead were absolutely heard in our room -- seemed to be no insulation between floors.

As soon as we arrived we have gotten there a bit earlier than check in time like around 1ish and we were so tired from our flight we just wanted to sit and chill while they are ready for us to check in but the lady at front desk immediately said we cannot stay at the lobby at all and we had to leave and come back at 3. Next, we finally got into our room when there was a slight weird smell and It was for sure coming from the carpet since we noticed some stains but we didn’t care much since we were tired and plus they had the AC on which brought our moods up since it was hot out. It was time to wash up and we noticed the sink was disgusting, honestly could tell they didn’t care to even wipe it down, same as the bathtub shower head it was just horrible. We wanted to turn on the Tv and we came across a dollar bill that was wrapped around a substance it was a grains of white sparkly powder which freaked us out we flushed it immediately, we didn’t even want to let someone know because of the attitude of the front desk lady we just felt like no one would care and wouldn’t do anything about it. I did take a picture of it. One more thing that ruined it for us was the breakfast. When we first booked with the hotel we were like wow great affordable and breakfast included but we were so disappointed to see how dirty it was in the juice area there was literal mold and flies everywhere so we just left and from then we got breakfast out every morning. Hotel needs to focus on sanitation!

While the room itself looked nice and updated and the staff was friendly, we had a horrible experience. It started with the fact the the elevator did not work, which really wasn\'t that big of a deal for us but then...the pool and hot tub were both closed! We had been hiking for 5 days...that\'s why I booked here - hot tub? YES, please! And THEN...the TV did not work. We went to the front desk and reported that we could not find the remote. Turns out we did not have a remote because we did not have a cable box, which was expected in the following week. Well that\'s not helpful when trying to watch March Madness. I asked for another room but they said they were "almost booked"...then "booked". While I realize none of these issues were the fault of the staff, they were not apologetic about any of it. I did like the coffee machine at breakfast and it was a short drive to the airport.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. Where to start?! Upon check-in, we were informed the elevator was broke and they had us on the third floor. After hiking up 3 flights of stairs, we all notice how filthy the hotel is. Stains everywhere and it smelled like dirt weed. Now I\'m starting to second guess my hotel selection but go ahead and swipe my key card to get in my room only for thr deadbolt to stop me and then to hear "oh my god, someone is in my room". Yes, the hotel gave me someone elses room who happened to be butt naked, getting ready for bed. After complaining to the front desk and asking for a new room ASAP, they inform me they are actually fully booked can\'t do anything for me. Their extreme mess up left me, my three year old, my husband, and my elderly mom without a hotel room after driving 6 hours at 11 at night. For the sake of your sanity, DO NOT STAY HERE.

The stuff was nice but never once did house keeping come to our room. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper when we ran out. When I mentioned house keeping hadn't come the front desk clerk asked if i had requested it. I've never had to ask for house keeping to come at any other hotel I've stayed at. The bed and pillows were not great, neither my daughter or I slept well while we were there. The door to our room as very difficult to open Close, so much so I thought the key card hadn't worked. Want really planning on wrestling with the door every time we wanted in or out. The spa was not available as the clerk stated they had something wrong with it and it needed to be inspected by the state first. There was a weird smell outside our room everyday we were there that smelled like burning vacuum belt. Don't think I'll be staying here again should I come back to Utah.

We just stayed a couple of nights here to recover from the 31 hour journey out. The motel was easy to find from the airport: secure, clean and quiet it was just what we needed. There were restaurants nearby but it was necessary to drive to them. If I fly into SLC in the future I would stay here again.

We only stayed for a night. It was hard to find the hotel in the night as there is no sign saying its “west valley inn”. We just walked inside to ask the front desk if we are at the right place. Upon checking in we were told that although we booked a room with two beds they oversold so they would upgrade us to a suite. This suite had 1 bed and. Pull out couch. Room was bigger with a small kitchenette area but we would have preferred the second bed as opposed to the pullout couch as we were there just to sleep for the night. Breakfast is very limited and you have to ask for refills if something gets over.

Convenient location to the maverick center. Friendly staff with minimal interactions. Room was average but was humid when first entering. The floors were freshly cleaned but they did still have a musky smell. Running the AC fixed the humidity and dried the floors right up. Breakfast really is lacking in options.

The breakfast was OK. It wasn’t really spectacular. There was only waffles and a couple of other things. The muffins were prepackaged and they were very sticky.. The room overall was really good but the refrigerator was freezing things and it froze my medication. Staff was good although I did witness somebody waiting abnormally long time for someone at the front desk. Air-conditioning was very good 10 out of 10 for the air-conditioning.

We love this hotel’s king size bed; so comfortable. It is huge room with a longe chair. The staff is super friendly. Thanks. I like the setting of shower-room is separated from the bathroom sink that made easy for one brushing teeth and the other taken showers :) They are under renovation;Perhaps the Carpet would be replace and the mini refrigerator needs to be clean as well. The price included breakfast it is a good deal. Then one waffles maker is not enough for us to get to the turn. It would be nice if add eggs and fruits. Yet. We ended Not eating breakfast because a long line waiting for waffles.

The place is under construction and getting through the front door is risky. It was clean but outdated. However, the breakfast that was included was horrible! Like, skip it. It's not worth the thought. Yuck. Also, the walls are paper thin. You can hear every word of the neighbors. And the upstairs neighbors had to be elephants. So loud!
