I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub everyday of my stay! The property was a 15 minute drive to the SLC Palace Convention where I had my conference meetings. The breakfast was great. Lots of variety for picky eaters. The food was also hot! The staff was kind! It does take a few minutes to get a hold of staff on the phone but once they are available they prompt and helpful. Also the transportation to and from the airport was excellent. When they did not have a driver available or the van was out on transport they made sure to accommodate and organize other transportation services to make sure you got to the airport on time. The maid staff were excellent and made sure to keep the rooms tidy and all supplies stocked. Overall the property was excellent. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Location location location. This place is basically in the Maverick Center parking lot. We saw a concert there and it was too easy to get to and from. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check In was easy. The room was nice, big, and had a comfy bed. Compared to other hotels in the area of the same caliber and price, this place would be hard to beat. My only complaint was the noise from the room above us and in the hallway, but the place was full of amped up concert goers, so I can't be too upset over it.

The property is in a quiet cul de sac with other hotels and restaurants. The suite was the largest one we've ever stayed in, attractive and well appointed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Nice chain style hotel with large comfortable rooms. Everything was clean and in good condition. Staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Only drawback was the noise coming from the room above us and outside our door. It wasn’t terrible but noticeable. If noise bothers you, ask for a top floor room.

We were only here for one night, but this was a great place to stay. Clean, staff was friendly, and probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had (only missing waffles/pancakes/french toast but had everything else). The only complaints would be the mini-fridge was not cold and had no knob to adjust the temp, and the mattresses were too soft.

While the hotel was clean, it was still outdated. The room I stayed in the knob to the fridge was broken making it difficult to turn on and adjust. The heater/cooler unit did not seem to function properly to the temp adjustments but it did work just took constant attention. The TV sound wasn’t loud, I had it turned up all the way just to hear at a normal level. The toilet ran several times an hour which was really annoying. The free breakfast was ok. The sausage patties were so incredibly overcooked. They offered iced coffee which I thought was really great but the cups were infant size and no ice made available. You had to clean your own table which was fine but had to scrape your food off the dish and then place it in the bin which was kind of awkward because no staff was there no signs telling you what to do. No signs posted anywhere for breakfast hours I had to search the website. The fire alarm randomly went off which was incredibly ear piercing and no one told us anything until I called the front desk to ask what noise that was. They charge you at check in a deposit for amenities and what not but when I went to purchase items like snacks from the small store I had to pay for it up front instead of an option to charge my room. Overall the stay was peaceful, we had no major issues everything was minor and we enjoyed our stay. I would stay there again.

It is as advertised. Nice place. The jetted tub in the king suite was awesome. There is no shortage of hot water. (Had to add cold so that we didn't become lobsters). Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast. Hotel was quiet. Highly recommend.

Rooms are very nice, it was large a just perfect for our stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive. One of the best things about the hotel was the breakfast. Hot and fresh and delicious both mornings. Will look to make this our stay when ever we come to SLC.

The hotel is perfect, clean, quiet and affordable. Would i stay again? Yes. However front desk guy was very rude. I arrived late due to travel conditions, i called ahead and they told me it was ok. When i arrived at 2:30am the front desk person told me i had to wait 2 hours to check in something about a computer update. I ask the guy how is that possible if i paid for a room and i cant stay for the night. He literally told me if i dont like it i can go somewhere else or sleep in my car. And his coworker was laughing at me. Imagine, having paid for the night hoping to have a place to rest after 12 hour drive to be told go sleep in your car

First impression was a very annoyed driver, which set the bar for every other staff encounter. The room itself was not well maintained. The bathrooms have seen far better days, the beds are very uncomfortable and the room fridge sounds like it wants to give up as it runs so loud at all times, its distracting. A decent place for the price. Two areas for improvement: Breakfast was very basic. Not many options. Coffee was flavorless brown water. Two service requests were ignored during my stay. Front desk staff needs training on professional image, remembering customer requests, and always looking happy, approachable, and friendly, I think all of these issues can be taken care of by secret shopping a Hampton Inn to see how professional hospitality is delivered.

Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The lack of quality support, softness of the bed was our greatest dislike. Staff was awesome and attentive to concerns, questions and very informative about the area. Breakfast options are wonderful and readily available during breakfast hours. We were fortunate to stay at this same Crystal Inn in October of '24 as well! Had an incredibly wonderful trip to SLC area and our stay was exceptional! Upon checking out and arriving at home later, I realized that I had inadvertently left a very important, much needed article in our room when we packed up to leave!!! Yikes!!! Placed a couple of calls over the next two days in hopes of recovering said article! Longer story made short, we were able to have the item found and immediately mailed to us at home!! Between the phone calls and actions taken by The Staff on Monday following the October mishap in packing, what could have potentially had a horrible ending ended with joy, relief and very happy Guests that obviously returned again!! We were not allowed to stay at the hotel, the lady at the front desk seemed bothered when we were checking in, she had her boyfriend with her, and we could tell we interrupted them. She actually let us check in but while we were loading our luggage on to the luggage cart her and her boyfriend came outside and said they reconized that smell and if we didnt share we couldn't stay. It was a rental car so my wife and i were nit familiar with the smell. But she then told us we needed to leave the property. I asked about the money she said shevwould talk to her manager. My brother is police officer in a nearby city we ended up going there for the night, he said the car smelled like fetanayl. We had no idea what it was. But it was a horrible experience.

Front desk staff was wonderful. I felt that the inside of the hotel was much nicer than the appearance of the semi dated exterior. The room was very clean besides the full length mirror which I'm sure was just an oversight. We had the do not disturb sign on the door but staff knocked and walked in to clean although it was 1.5 hrs before check out. Overall it was a great stay!

Very clean! Friendly staff, great easy access to the property and from the property to other businesses and destinations, within walking distance to multiple restaurants/food options, the complimentary breakfast is a full buffet of excellent food with lots of options. Room was very spacious. Definitely on list to stay again and recommend to others. Very impressed for the price.

Very grateful for the shuttle from the airport, not many hotels offer this outside of the vicinity of the airport itself. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. The hotel was quiet, and I had a nice stay. The room was clean and roomy. I would choose to stay here again. The location was off of 215 and there wasn't any traffic noise. It's an easy access to get to various areas of Salt Lake.

Breakfast was horrible. I think they just reheated the breakfast from the day before. I got to breakfast midway through the breakfast hours and everything was old, hard and crusty. We didn’t even eat. I had to cut the scrambled eggs with a knife. Come on, do better!
