The parking is the worst I have ever seen 4 hotels packed to the max use 1 parking area. People parked on the street. Making driving in 1 lane with tons of traffic in both directions. Not safe at all. We had2 rooms both 2 queen beds but one was much bigger then the other one. Location was nice and a good breakfast but that’s about all. Water slide not open during the week. Important feature to not book because of.

Excellent place to stay with the kids. Check slide hours before you book. Old key cards were frustrating. Pool had great hours, and the hot tub had a great view of the pool for watching kids.

Pretty decent hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The water park was well kept clean and kids loved it. Breakfasts was pretty good and the hours are great for big family who have a hard time getting organized in the morning.

The breakfast was very good. Our kids enjoyed the pool area with the waterslide. They said at check in that they require guests to wear bracelets for the pool, but nobody enforced it and there were many people at the pool without bracelets. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

Room was not clean, floor didn't look like it had been vacuumed or mopped in months, our socks were dirty in a matter of a few minutes. There was garbage on the floor barely under the bed (easy for us to spot) and the lotion, soap & body wash dispensers were empty.

The pool and breakfast was good as always however our room wasnt the cleaniest upon arrival. The light bulb for the lamp nesr the bed was on the table insread of screwed in. There was pieces of food left on the desk and floor from precious guest and i mean big chunks and the worst part was the beds were so uncomfortable. They were so hard and we've stayed here before in a room where the bed wasn't like this so now i know not all rooms are the same comfort wise. Once I got my room key we made our way to our room and they didnt work soni had tongonback downstairs and it the front desk clerk took a long while to come out from the back.

Went to put our son into bed and the bed had blood on the sheets. Not old blood on sheets that had been washed and stained, but fresh, bright red blood drops presumably from the guest before us. Hotel staff came and physically changed sheets and bedding in front of us because I refused to change rooms to another room that would presumably also have sheets that were dirty if ours that had blood on them passed the test. Never going back, even though the slide and pool area was cool. Get a hotel without it and go to a decent pool for the day and save some money.

Carpet was dirty in between desk and wall, bed bug residue on ceiling from maybe what looked like a previous infestation. Bugs/ants on folded bedding. Fun hotel but not the cleaniest.

Great place to stay, front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool was definitely packed due to an event but it was still a blast for the kids and clean. Room was clean and comfy!

The room was not very clean. Carpet is old. The bathroom wall paint is coming off. The hallway carpet is old. Breakfast was nice and decent selection. The garbage can was overflow. I told the staff two times and they did not fix it. They look at me and continue to be on their phone. The waterpark is nice for the kids but it get so crowded. It is an okay place to stay for short weekend.

Check in was great but when we got to our room we got all unpacked and started to put some things away in the fridge and realized there was leftover food in the fridge from whoever stayed before us. It smelled and made the whole room smell. I went to call and the phone doesn’t work and bathroom door doesn’t lock. Went down and told them it was by the door and what happened. They offered to change rooms but not to fix the issues or anything else. Also they did not come get the food we swam for 3 hours and it was still by the door smelly when we got back so I had to go down again

I could hear every single word that the people in the next room were saying. We mentioned this to the desk people and they said they were checking out but then the next night I was woken up in the middle of the night with people talking, I could ever hear if they turned their water on.

The ac did not cool the room very much. It was turned down to 60 and we were sweating. We booked a room with a couch and when we got there they didn’t have one. My granddaughter had to sleep on the floor. You should get what you paid for and booked.

Room smaller than I thought. The shower had a crack in the wall. The shower head needed to be replaced it didn’t work great. The front desk clerk that checked us in was quite rude. The pool was really not worth the money. The water was too cold and couldn’t let our little one enjoy it. Because he got to cold to fast plus to many big kids on the slide not being watched that littles could not even use it in the 1ft area of pool. When we were gonna go to the pool the same front desk clerk was there again that evening and was rude again. The first night I thought maybe she had a bad day but to get the same attitude again the next night she shouldn’t be up front if she can’t have great customer service skills. The food was terrible. Coffee was great! The other front desk clerk we talked to after the other girl left, she was nice. Most of the staff was nice too.

We had a lot of fun, however, room 161 was super noisy! That's where everyone goes in and out of doors, it was really difficult to sleep. Also they didn't have a smart TV and there was no kid friendly movies on the night we were there. The breakfast, however it was really good, although there's terrible seating for breakfast. All in all the kids had lots of fun.

Front desk was very helpful and let me check in early. The room was clean however the tv wasnt hooked up to anything. Fortunately we brought our firestick to watch some tv. The pool was great as always however people were having a party or get together and the hallway area near the pool was a mess. Also the slide was closed but kids were climbing up the slide and making a ruckus. The playground in the pool was goid but bigger kids kept climbing up aa the little ones were playing. Theres not really anyone regulating things but thats in the parents not watching their kids. The breakfast was great. Overall it was a nice stay

We have used Expedia for years while traveling. This is the first hotel that lost our reservation, claiming the Expedia interface was to blame. Fortunately, I had the email confirmation to show them. This took at least 30 minutes to sort out while our exhausted group who had traveled hundreds of miles waited. Among our group was a four-year-old. He was not happy.

Room smaller than I thought. The shower had a crack in the wall. The shower head needed to be replaced it didn’t work great. The front desk clerk that checked us in was quite rude. The pool was really not worth the money. The water was too cold and couldn’t let our little one enjoy it. Because he got to cold to fast plus to many big kids on the slide not being watched that littles could not even use it in the 1ft area of pool. When we were gonna go to the pool the same front desk clerk was there again that evening and was rude again. The first night I thought maybe she had a bad day but to get the same attitude again the next night she shouldn’t be up front if she can’t have great customer service skills. The food was terrible. Coffee was great! The other front desk clerk we talked to after the other girl left, she was nice. Most of the staff was nice too.

The room keys constantly get demagnetized. I made attempts to separate the key from other cards and the phone, but still had the issue about 5 or 6 times during my stay. Would not go back for this issue alone. Otherwise the rest of the stay was ok and the staff was always great.

We had issues with the lady that was on shift when we checked in at 3pm. We walked in to check in and she continued to speak with a Staff member without letting us know it will be a minute. After speaking with the staff member she continued to answer the phone while we were waiting to check in. 2nd incident I called in the morning and requested a crib to be put into our room so we didn’t have to bring a pack N play they told us they will put it in our room for us. When we arrived the lady on shift told us there wasn’t any cribs made us upset due to not bringing the pack n play for our youngest thinking there was cribs available We got extra blankets for our kids and the blankets we have received were dirty and disgusting. We were already upset when we pulled out the pull out bed it was disgusting and tons of stains on top of springs going into your back while laying down. There were tons of dirt stains on the comforter as well as women hair on the pillowcases.

The property was very nice and in a good location about 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The complimentary breakfast was very good. My only complaint is it was confusing to find due to construction going on right beside it.

The hotel property was great. It was a little tricky to find the entrance to the property, but once we found it we were good. There were signs posted everywhere to remove all valuables from vehicle, it made the area feel very unsafe. If there is a theft problem, perhaps a security detail would be in order? There were very few dining options nearby.

Right off the freeway. Very close to plenty of shopping, grocery stores, restaurants. Not any within walking distance really. Definitely recommend driving. But all within 5 mins driving. Hotel parking lot is clean and it felt safe. Surrounding area has a lot of construction currently. Building another hotel I think.

We enjoyed the rooms, it has so much lighting compare to other hotels. The bathroom lighting and space was incredible. The beds are comfortable than other locations and the breakfast was immaculate. They had fresh eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy and many other good options. The pools smelled a lot of chlorine but the kids enjoyed it mostly being walking distance from it. Oh and the rooms have shampoo,conditioner, body wash lotion so you do not have to worry much in case if you forgot yours. Only thing is the toilet is small and clogs up when throwing any toilet paper down the drain.

Choose the property for the water slide. It was fun but pool area is getting run down. Breakfast was not good. Other holiday inn properties have great gluten free options and there were absolutely none here such a bummer! They had even run out of yogurt the first morning.

I've stayed at lots and lots of hotels. This was 5 stars for families at a 3 star price. The breakfast was great, even the kids ate. The little water park was fantastic. The staff was excellent. The bed was excellent. The room size and fridge etc where all great.
