My Place Hotel- Salt Lake City I-215/West Valley City, UT

Ac was extremely noisy the whole stay other than that it was fine

Parking was easy and available every time we arrived back at the hotel. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast. Room service arrived Monday after 5 day of stay, we were leaving Tuesday.

Very clean. Good location. Deposit was $200 but maybe that’s a good thing. Free Grubhub delivery.

When we first arrived the toilet was clogged. They made me carry a plunger and plunge the toilet myself. We stayed for 4 days and they dint service our room at all. We asked at least if they could come take the trash and nothing. Very disappointing.

We booked this hotel specifically for the kitchen. What is ridiculous there is nothing that comes in the kitchen. Not even a fork! So, you have to bring or buy (from the hotel downstairs in their market) plates, cups, silverware, pot, pan, etc….. I’m not understanding the “convenience” of the kitchen if NOTHING is supplied. Next time we will just stay at Home 2 Home or somewhere else. By the way, I did try to buy a sponge in their “market” and the staff told me they don’t carry that. So you carry all of the products to cook and eat, just not to clean the items. There was only 1 luggage cart that has seen better days! The top was broken and when you tried to use it the poles came apart… I know I’m talking about a luggage cart, but when traveling with a family this is important.
