The pool was cool, literally a little chilly. The chemicals were off because the whole pool area was so gassy and the fumes burned your eyes. All the kids in the pool area were coughing really bad the whole time. I think it was from the spa because when the jets came on the fumes got bad quick and then it wouldn't be so bad when the jets stopped. There was a massive dooky on the pool bathroom floor.

Pretty nice, and a decent price. However, getting in and out of the parking was a little cramped.

Pool was awesome for the kids. Big slide only open on weekends.

The room was great and the pool is fun. The gym is in poor condition. The downside was the breakfast. Day 1 was okay though some things were gone. Day 2 the food ran out almost completely 40 minutes before the end of service. There was only cereal left but nomilk or bowls.

Great place. Clean rooms friendly staff. Free laundry. Kitchen. Really a nice place. Its tied to holdiday inn amd share a water slide poil

We booked this property for the water slide. We have 5 children, between ages 2-13, and they were excited for the water slide. The slide was closed. So was the hot tub. Extremely disappointed. We weren’t aware the slide is only open on the weekends. Expedia didn’t mention that at all in the booking. Very disappointed. We would not have stayed there had we known the slide wasn’t operating.

This was our 3rd stay! Great hotel, clean each time. Pool is great for kids/family. Big red slide is only open on weekends but the smaller slide and kid area is plenty to keep kids happy. The sleeper couch was well used/used but had a clean appearance (possibly broken bed frame?). Breakfast selections AMAZING!! Yes its a little more expensive but its worth it, we will be back.

Staff at check in was not super friendly or helpful. Room was supposed to sleep 6. Only slept 5- sofa bed was a twin and lousy. Couch cushions were torn. Lamp in bedroom did not work. Had to get extra towels from front desk; would not bring to room. Went to breakfast 45 minutes before it ended and food was gone. Gone! No milk, yogurt, fruit, batter for waffles, hot food, juice cups, plates or bowls. Only bread and bagels left. Staff was not at all concerned. Dozens of people did not get breakfast. Many sad and hungry children. Beds were comfortable. Decent shampoo, conditioner and soap. Kids enjoyed pool and slide. Only half of hot tub jets worked and ventilation in pool area was terrible. Gym was about a 4/10 compared to other hotel gyms. Have stayed here three times before, and sadly each time has been a little worse…

Check in/out was flawless and the staff all knowledgeable and friendly! The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing we wish we knew before staying here is that the water park only have the slides going on weekends. One of the big reasons why we choose this property over others in the area.

The hotel was average. The pool looked like it was not cleaned or maintained. There was brown stains on the slide on the floor, dust on the air ducts, water build up on the windows and the splash playground. Too much chlorine was used in the pool, so that your eyes would burn from the fumes and even the kids noticed and complained. The breakfast was delicious, but the seating area where you eat was uncomfortable and small.

Clean room. Quiet. Spacious and good breakfast!

I found one baby roach in the sink in the middle of the night, and my room smelled like a persons home who has pets. I know pets are allowed, but you can tell there have been pets in this room. I still think the place was very clean and I would stay there again. Kids loved the pool. Love the breakfast and happy hour with snacks. Staff is so nice!

Great! Stayed here during our Shriners visit. My kiddos loved the pool! Fantastic breakfast and the adults liked the social/happy hour they offered. Only issue I noticed was our soap dispenser in the bathroom weren’t working so we didn’t have soap to wash hands, bedroom pillow looked like it had black tire marks all over it, there was also a big stain on the living room couch.

This is not a 3 star hotel, at best its an overpriced comfort suites with motel 6 vibes. Save your money and go elsewhere. I'll give kudos to the marketing and IT department for making this place look stellar on the website but boots on the ground, seeing it for yourself and paying nearly $300 a night for a room that was not worth it's price point with the exception of square footage; I definitely will not stay at these locations again. Room 133 looked as if it had been in a battle and lost. The refrigerator had many dings and scratches, the chair was stained and greasy, the cat5 port had grease or something jammed into it, the sink was cracked in the bathroom, the bathtub was showing signs of rust stains and chipped also with a bad caulking job applied to a cracked tile, the shower curtain metal support paint was peeling off due to a lack of a exhaust fan when it steams up, the carpet by the bedroom door had what looked like a blood stain and the entrance door at night allowed light under and around the door jam, you could hear the ceiling above you creak when people are walking across the room, the hallways leading to the rooms are scratched up on both sides and the clientele looked a bit sketchy as if the hotel was apart of a government housing program and also partnered with a construction company to house it's employees while they are working on the construction taking place next to it. Overall this is a management issue of this hotel and he/she needs to do a walkthru

There was always trash throughout the hallways, the trash cans at entrances were over-flowing and trash was all around the grounds. The staff informed me the pool was open for the duration of our stay, but they ended up closing it after only 1 night there due to renovations. It would have been nice to have been informed of this prior to my booking. When I asked for a refund and cancellation of the remainder of our stay, the staff and manager refused and stated that the room was discounted for that reason (although nothing stated that would be happening), and they would not consider that complaint a valid reason for cancellation so I would still be charged.

Great location to be close to Family, excellent breakfast! The roadside rooms are a little noisy. The sofa bed needs to be replaced as the cushions were coming apart and the mattress had exposed springs definitely not very comfortable for one of our family members.

The sofa bed was super bad. It is basically sleeping in springs.

We had a 2 room suite and it was excellent. Comfy beds, small kitchen and living area

TVs did not have guides and the channel numbers were different in each room. Also, we could not connect to free wifi because the name and room number didn’t match??? The room was comfortable and quiet.

Furniture like couch and chairs are ripped and in poor condition, shower head wont stay in the upright position and sprays water everywhere. Didn’t have room reserved and blamed it on Expedia for not pushing through reservation.

Conveniently located. Decent price. The room appeared to have little care put into the cleaning. The bed was very uncomfortable, an even amount of toes would have been nice for 2 guests. The damaged threshold piece between the carpet and the flooring of the kitchenette is damaged posing a rick of injury for guests. Screws holding the drapes to the window frame are pulling out. Overall, unimpressed

Air conditioning was running the whole night and didn’t turn off- suite was otherwise very comfortable for our family of 4.

Great location for all events. Close to shopping centers and restaurants. Real close to the Maverik event center. Parking isn’t big enough but do able. Rooms were roomy and comfortable beds and shower. However our neighbors above us were noisy

The gentlemen who checked us in was just fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue I found was the state of disrepair of the cabinets in the kitchen and the couch cushions has holes in them. Other than that, great!

checked into room was sitting in room getting ready and someone else walked in the room with the same key when we went down stairs to talk to them about it it was kind of like no big deal told us they would get the man another room went back up my key wouldnt work had to go back down and they reset it but it was just like it wasn't no big deal to them it was to me when a man walked in while i was standing in front of the mirror getting ready

The lady that checked us in didn’t tell us where our room was or any information about the hotel. She was not friendly at all. The people above us jumped around til way after midnight I had to call the front desk not that it helped any.

We stay here often and return for a reason. However, our most recent stay was fairly disappointing. The staff at check in was rude. I stood in the lobby for 8 minutes before she came waltzing down the hall in slippers. Was inconvenienced by me for sure. I also didn’t appreciate that there wasn’t anywhere for us to fill our wagers except a drinking fountain by the pool. We’ve always used the water on the coke machine in the breakfast area and they wouldn’t let us this time. We pay a lot of money for the room and we were only asking for water. We will stay again because we’ve had more positive than negative experiences, but I’m hoping our next stay is better.

I really enjoyed the staff and how helpful they were while staying there. We had no power for a couple of hours my 1st night/early morning without any explanation, however the staff made sure that we had breakfast that morning. Also I wanted to thank them and acknowledge that they were able to get me in sooner than check on time. Coming off of a 6 hour flight was very appreciated. I will definitely come back and stay here when I'm in town.

So many miscommunication within the staff. I left after 3 hours. Emailed the Manager 4 days ago and still not have received a reply!

Staff was amazing!!! My suite was super clean, comfy, and cozy. Pool was fantastic. Breakfast had many options to choose from. It is definitely worth it.

The hotel overall, including the small waterpark is a phenomenal idea. While the hotel itself was decent overall, I’m always disappointed when things like mismatched cushions on an old couch and strong odors are “overlooked”. The breakfast staff were very nice and the breakfast was quite decent. However, the desk staff over a 5 day period were less than motivated. Most times as we left or re entered the hotel, they never even looked up from their cell phones. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms seemed clean from what we could see.

The property was great, the pool was extremely overly chemical smell of chlorine, which burned our eyes, the kids eyes and noses, but I think some added circulation would be great for an indoor pool with many many guests using it! I am shocked at the way we were treated upon checkout. After we finished eating breakfast, I went and spoke with the young lady at the front desk, she gave us a late check out and 5 new wrist bands for the pool. THE WORST STAFF and RUDEST Front office. I have NEVER been given a check out time of 12:30pm, to be called at 11:02am (in my room, only to be threatened to charge me with LATE fees if we did not vacate at 11:30am - However, while trying to ask why we were given incorrect information and obviously upset an being threated, why would she give us the additional wrist bands (Pink for Saturday), The agent confirmed my phone # and said if there is any problem with a late check out, we will call your cell (as we would be at the POOL) & she confirmed my contact # - YET, no one called my cell phone, but a very rude and angry man, wouldn't give me his name, said he was front desk manager, proceeded calling our ROOM and Threatened us. Also, we left at 10:30 am, and have already charged me $25. This is unacceptable (have video footage of us leaving w/ time stamp) but still charged my credit card an additional late fee. This has to be the WORST customer service that I have had, along with my children.

We booked a suite that was meant to sleep our family of 6 (4 young kids). When we got to the property, they informed me that I had 2 king rooms booked. They transferred us to 2 king bed suites, which each only sleeps 4 and did not notify me. This caused us to need to split up both adults so the kids had someone in each room. Really annoying that we didn’t get the room that we booked online, and were not notified until we arrived for check-in. We also booked the room a month prior and they probably prioritized someone else over our family.

Very nice spot, close to SLC airport (11 min away), nice rooms, very good amenities, good breakfast, close to good restaurants.

The hotel is great for the price, but there are no grocery stores or restaurants nearby. "You must get in the car."

The entrance is blocked by nearby construction. Difficult to come and go during the day. Sort of sketchy neighborhood. Room and staff met expectations. Good pool but shared by 2 hotels and very crowded. Decent room for the price, would probably stay here again after nearby construction is done.

Only complaint was that breakfast area not open till 7:30 on sat/ sun. I understand maybe not having hot eggs/ sausage till later but I don’t really see why you couldn’t be serving the cereal/ muffins earlier.

Great accomodations, breakfast was sub par with limited items. Evening social also lacking but it was free. Location great to drive to do things but walking would be lengthy.

Amazing dinners (Monday through Wednesday) and absolutely amazing breakfasts. Room was perfectly clean. Swimming pool was amazing.

This place had so many amenities like free breakfast in the morning. They had free soda saved us. Then they have free food 5-7 Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. I went all 3 days. I mean it wasn’t like great food but they had free beer for my husband. If you’re looking for a hotel with food options for your kids this would be it. I still liked to go out and eat. We brought our swim wear. Didn’t go swimming. We used washer and dryer. Next time I’ll bring 2 pairs of clothes and leave room for shopping since this hotel has a laundry facility that’s free. The hotel gave us late check out free. It is pricey but given the free food and late check out I come again.

The breakfast was amazing!! The staff were very nice and awesome!! They also had like a social gathering event in the lobby with pizza and drinks. Which was delicious and great overall.
