Like the cleanliness, the location and the Shuttle from & to the airport. Don't like: the Shuttle service is not properly organized especially going to the airport when time is of essence. They may let guests know there is Shuttle going to airport every hour if there is need so people plan accordingly. Thank you.

The hotel was very clean and easiky accessible to restaurants, malls, hospitals! The breakfast was delicious and offered many different choices. The pool area was very clean and the only downfall was the hottub was out of order.

Nice staff. Clean hotel. Pool is cold because of a broken window. Thin towels and bright outdoor light right by the window were a challenge. It was hard to get to the hotel when making a lefthand turn onto Decker. Having said that, it was still a nice stay.

Stay was enjoyable. Convenient location especially if you’re attending an event at the Maverik center. Love eating at Applebees, IHOP and Cracker Barrel. Breakfast has several options. Pool onsite but hot tub motor want working.

The hot tub was out of order and the pool was cold. Very disappointed. Room was okay. Couldn't get the WIFI to work, called (on our cell phone because room phone was not working), never had their WIFI, toilet clogged up.

Website listed airport shuttle. Arrived 8/13, no shuttle available, had to grab a taxi. 8/15 looked for a shuttle in the AM, was informed shuttles only leaving every 3 hours. Not acceptable, there are several Comfort Inn properties in the IMMEDIATE vacinity and they could partner up..

Shuttle service to the airport is from 6 am - a thing not mentioned on the website. Polls was closed. No gym. Overall poor.

The staff we interacted with were all very friendly and welcoming during our stay. Sadly, they alone could not make up for where the property as a whole fell short. The Room: -The door latch lock had been repeatedly replaced poorly, bolt cracking at the base, indicating forced entry was attempted on this door. -Door would not close properly unless slammed. Malfunctioning door closer, however, ensured the door slammed hard enough to engage the latch (and present a safety hazard). - Suspicious faded white stains on the front/center portion of the chair cushion observed. Upholstery on this chair also worn and blackened from use/lack of cleaning. - Bathtub pan creaked excessively at the slightest movement. - Water pressure through shower head on any setting painfully excessive. - Tub faucet leaking excessively. - Toilet seat only secured with one bolt, causing it to pivot and slide. - Electrical cables for appliances ran to power strip tacked to the outside of the counter side instead of to two two-gang outlets behind fridge. The Pool: -Two ceiling fans observed blackened with excessive dust, grime, and potentially mold. -Ceiling drywall peeling off, rotted-looking. -Coating on air ducts & fire riser pipes peeling, exposed metal rusting. -Wall tiles peeling. Exterior: -Gate from parking lot to patio broken through to allow unlawful access to patio area. -Door at patio area would not latch and lock, allowing unmonitored access.

The first floor ice machine says it's out of order and to use the 3rd for ice machine. The 3rd floor ice machine says it's broken and if you need ice to go to the sleep in 300 yards away. Like a sick scavenger hunt that ends in having to walk to another hotel to get ice at midnight.

It was a great experience the hot tub needed to be hot and the pool a little warmer other than that people were nice place was clean!

It served its purpose. The beds were fine, but the bathroom door was filthy. It had all kinds of things smeared on it. The bathroom had lots of wear and tear throughout. There was coffee spilled on the tile floor outside the breakfast room that nobody was bothering to clean up. Staff was nice and breakfast was decent. Convenient location.

Very dirty room. Spit marks on wall. Dirty rag wedged between toilet seat and back. Stained mattress. Worst room I’ve been in frankly.

The room was not clean. Cigarette buds in the window, dirty stains on doors and carpet. The tub/shower sounded like it was going to fall thru the floor. Dirty and old toilets and other items in the room.

The bathroom sink was clogged and there was it looked like mold above the tub, the window was broke, not much but it was still open to the outside

The hotel experience was pretty average, but there were definitely some weird parts. The staff was very nice, the price was great, and it had everything I needed (pool, WiFi, breakfast.) The downsides: the shower was very old, lots of cracks, leaky faucet, and the shower curtain hanger was broken and nearly falling off the wall, though the water was hot and had lots of pressure; the carpets were clearly stained and could use a shampoo; the tv was very old though it had an accessible hdmi port which was nice; lastly, the bedding was clean, though stained, and the mattresses were uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was what I paid for.

Hair in the bed! Dirty dirty drity. Asked to be moved to a clean room only to be moved to a room under repair. Flosser tooth pick on the floor of the next room. Dont try to save a buck by going here you might end up with some kind of a hospital visit.

The room wasn’t clean. It had burn marks on the floor & it had been smoked in.

Our room was dirty, but unfortunately didn’t see it til the next morning. When we arrived we put our stuff in the room and left, then went to bed as soon as we got back. Noticed in the morning there was liquid splatter that ran down the walls by the trash can and by the door, it was dried on. We decided to check out a day early and let the front desk that the walls all needed a good scrub and wipe down. We drove 9 hours home a day early.

I checked into a non-smoking room that absolutely reeked like a dive bar and Febreze! I got there late and I was pulling a cargo trailer for an event so it was too difficult to find another place and re-park at that time or I would have. The upholstery and the carpet need to be shampooed desperately and the walls and ceiling probably need to be washed down as well. The bed linen was clean and smelt fresh, but the living room area was disgusting and I wouldn’t sit on the couch or the lounge chair without covering it with a towel because they were filthy. This level of filth is above regular housekeeping duties. They actually need a full upholstery cleaning because the maintenance on this has been long, long long forgotten. Houskeeping is doing their job but management has ignored hiring a company or purchasing a machine and employing staff to come through and properly clean the upholstery!!!! Just yuck

Street noise was loud. Bathroom door had a hole in it. Great location. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Blinking red light on phone came on continuously - it lit up the room and made sleeping very difficult. Hotel staff were told and they stopped the light … but only temporarily before the light reappeared and flashed the rest of the stay.

One night stay. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful! The beds were worn and old. The walls are paper thin and I was up nearly all night because the people next to our room were awake and talking.

Terrible sound proof. It sounds like window is open. I could hear rooms next door and dog barking from a room across. Room upstairs broadcasts every foot step. I never had such a terrible hotel with such a terrible sound insulation.

I've stayed here a few years back for a concert it was nice then, but now it's showing its age and lack of maintenance. The toilet was held down by only the wax ring, the bathtub sounded like it was going to crack in half, the arm chair in the front room had two broken legs and was held upright by being against the wall for support, the wall paper is peeling off in the restroom. **For the good things, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was like your normal midrange hotel (although the area was well kept by the person running the breakfast area). I'm not sure if I will stay there again, but it was in great proximity for walking to restaurants/bars, they have a shuttle as well for the airport only.

Young woman who works at check-in county is not friendly and has a chip on her shoulder. Not a happy person at all. Woman in the evening was so friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here twice now and both experiences were fantastic. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They were so welcoming to all of us, doggie included! I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

We were charged for makeup on washcloths - tbe little makeup wipes are not enough for more than one woman washing off makeup. Called twice to get help with this and we’ve still not heard back from anyone.

I was bit by spiders 3 separate times. And my stay was 12 nights, i wanted to check out 1 day early to travel home and be with my family. My fater in law was put on hospice and has only a few days. The hotel management would not gonor that request. I was given hotel managers name and number, i called her many times and left message with front receptionist, to giver her a message to call me, no luck. EXPEDIA is trying to help resolve the issue, but no word yet.

There was a robbery across the street. Cop cars everywhere. One of the workers came into our room without us getting the door first, just came walking in! Told us we’re going to be late for check out. When my son tried telling him we got the room for 2 nights, he didn’t believe him. Then left, came back in again with his own key card and apologized he got the wrong room. Like what? Who just comes in someone’s room like that. Knock first, let us come to the door.. make dang well you have the correct room! Will never stay here again. Oh and they double charged us for the room. I paid for the room in advance and when my husband checked in they charged him again! Still waiting on the 200 refund.

Staff was not accommodating and made you feel that you were bothering them with a simple question. The rooms were not the most tidy and the mattresses very uncomfortable.

I liked that this area was close to everything and restaurants were close by.

My son and I were attending an event at the Maverik Center. We chose this hotel because of the reasonable price as well as the proximity to the arena. We were able to walk to the building which saved us having to pay for parking as well as waiting to exit the lot after the show. My only complaint would be having to wait for the desk attendant the morning of check out. She was outside, perhaps helping shovel snow.

Very nice staff, good breakfast, many good nearby eating options, beds rather ‘broken down’, but very noisy location due to busy roads nearby.

Room was clean, staff were friendly. Short walk to many restaurants.

We were here for 3 days for the funeral of a family member. The hotel was older, but the beds were comfortablé. The staff was very helpful even printing us maps of where we needed to go. What was not so great and absolutely no fault of the hotel was the construction around the hotel. It is convenient to restaurants. We would stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast food was great! Even allowed after hour use of some snacks. Minor maintenance issues need attention. And matricee springs too soft and worn out on edges.

Room had a musty smell. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Coffee was cold at breakfast and food was Luke warm. We went to breakfast at 8. So not too early nor too late.

Front desk girl was rude at check in. Breakfast was garbage. My 4 year old accidentally spilled chocolate milk on sheets and I was charged $100.

We stayed here for 1 night. It was good. Breskfast options were also enough for us vegetarians. Staff was polite

Cleanliness wasn’t the best. Stains on the carpet and walls. Damage to doors/walls. Room was smelly. The door was open to the kitchen during breakfast which let a strong cleaner smell into the food area. The cook was also using her fingers to eat which was seen with the kitchen door open.

If you need a clean place to stay, close to the airport with an excellent satisfying breakfast that is complimentary!! This is the place to stay!!! Also appreciate the free shuttle too and from airport!
