I enjoyed the breakfast, the gym, and the laundry room was clean and easy to use. We’re on a road trip and were running low on clean clothes, so that was a nice touch. The hotel felt very new, and they had full-sized pump style toiletries in the shower and body lotion that was all natural/sulfate-free etc.

Beautiful clean hotel, very nice gym with several high end machines. Water and view of pool area. Breakfast was good. Many thoughtful add ons like waters and cookies at check in, take away breakfast baggie available. Quiet at night even on Saturday

I had a beautiful room, cleaned every day. The staff was friendly, and helpful. I was early, and they didn’t charge extra to check in before 4 pm. Available, was a really good full complimentary breakfast every morning. They had a nice gym. Topped off with two bottles of water and two cookies, at check in.

This hotel was simply amazing. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The hotel seems fairly new, very clean and the rooms were wonderful. The bed was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The outdoor pool and patio was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very clean and neat and has a friendly staff. The breakfast was great and the gym was nice to workout in. It also has a nice, comfortable outdoor patio to sit and have a cup of coffee. The toilets flush is loud, but they work well!

Very friendly staff, nice greetings from everyone, especially the front desk. Jayen in particular was very welcoming and seemed to genuinely like everyone he greeted. Comfy bed and pillows. Good breakfast choices. Easy parking. Nicely decorated entrance and lobby area. All day coffee and teas in the lobby was nice. Convenient location but no traffic noise in our room, which appeared to be newly redone. Very nice experience overall. Will stay there again when in Blacksburg visiting family.

From the moment I approached the front desk, I was greeted by a friendly smiling clerk! She very efficiently checked me in, gave me my room key and a bottle of water with a cookie! The entire hotel was very clean, staff greeted me everywhere, my room was immaculate and comfortable. Checkout was a breeze. My cell phone needed to be recharged and the lady at the front desk offered me a box of leftover chargers and cords to choose from. Found what I needed, charged it up and was on my way! Best experience I've had in years of travel!

Staff was friendly and was excellent. Would have given 5 stars if not for pool being closed until Memorial Day and shower head being the worst I've experienced. Bed and pillows were comfrontable. We had a very nice stay here. The property was clean, the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, it was pet friendly (we didn’t bring our pet but loved seeing other pets) and enjoyed the amenities in the rooms. The only reason I can’t give it a five star is because the toilet for the room above us must have been right over our bed because I could hear that guest urinating every time he used the bathroom. Even woke me up in the middle of the night it was so loud! Other than that, the stay was very pleasant and would not hesitate to stay there again. Maybe get our room on the top floor next time too!

Front desk staff was super friendly. The hotel overall was nice, but there were some things I didn’t love. The water pressure was terrible and there wasn’t a true shower head, just a hand sprayer. AC unit was incredibly loud. Neither thing would prevent me from staying here again though.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and have always been able to change the input on the tv with the direct tv remote and connect my fire stick to stream. A few months ago, they changed out the remotes and no longer allow you to connect to streaming services. Traveling two nights per week each week, I want to watch my shows, not the 26 channels full of commercials. I love everything else about the hotel but will not be staying there any longer due to this.

Jason at the front desk was great. Super friendly and even sent a text message to check on the room a short while after we checked in. Offered complimentary bottles of water and cookies. The room was clean. Everything worked. What a difference from the same hotel chain that I stayed in when traveling through PA. Management is everything. This place has it going on. Great job!

Great stay…last minute decision but walked in and was greeted with smiles and friendliness even at 11:00pm. The front desk person even heard my son mention he forgot his tooth brush and said “I can take care of that…need toothpaste too?…” property was well maintained and breakfast the next morning was well prepared and one of the cleanest self serve stations I have ever seen. Well laid out with plenty of places to sit as well. All in all I am impressed and glad we choose to stay here…and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Perfectly located to break up our journey from Philly to NC. The location provides plenty of access to multiple eateries and shopping. The property is convenient for our reasons for staying. It is convenient to restaurants and stores. What we didn't like: The coffee, even the dark roast was very weak even after bringing it to the staff's attention. I'm not big on pets staying in the hotels and I certainly I'm against pets being allowed into the breakfast and restaurant area's which we experienced. Breakfast food items were very limited and for $200 per night, we expect a hardy breakfast to start our day and continued travels.
