Upon arrival, I was informed elevator was out of service. Although desk clerk related correct phone number, there had been no contact to me reporting no elevator service or to give me opportunity to change my reservation to another hotel. She stated that they had tried to contact me that same day but also claimed they were having problems with their phone lines as well. So climbing stairs to 3rd floor less than optimal when carrying luggage but also required going outside to get to stairs during a very rainy weekend. No accommodation for inconvenience such as complimentary breakfast. Of note, when I asked how long elevator was out of service to Bill who kindly helped carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs, he honestly told me elevators were out of service for “2 weeks” and yet no notification of this prior to my check in and reservations made more than 2 weeks in advance. In addition, there was hair on toilet and tub and what appeared to be remnants of dried up vomit in the tub.

Both elevators were broke. No one offer to help with bags to get to the room. We were given complementary breakfast the a receipt asking for a tip (self serve). Guest laundry was out of order.

We stayed here to get off the highway for the night for our trip from Myrtle Beach,SC back home to Vermont. It was everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and inviting. The lobby was very clean and inviting. For a short stay or a long stay- I would stay again. My son and I even got a little swim in before bed in the pool. It’s heated but….was still too cold for my husband and daughter. My son and I are fish ( 😁) we still got in. The spa is very small- really only room enough for a couple. We were not able to use it because it was occupied the entire time. We could see our car from our room which gave my husband peace of mind. Diner across the street that was “farm to table” (was not expecting that!) good food! Not spot to stay without being in the city.

Elevator was not working (and had not been for the past week). I should have been notified of this when I made my reservations. Because everyone was using the stairs, the landings and bannisters were filthy. The laundry room was out of service. My room was very tired, the bathroom sink’s grout was pulling away from the sink, the carpets were stained. Housekeeping started banging on doors at 9 am, waking those trying to sleep in. I will not stay here again. There are better options in Richmond

Everything was good, check-in smooth, and the property is in great shape with clean rooms and quiet area. The only issue this stay was an elevator issue that had both elevators out of service so all room access was via the stairs. There was a repair service on Monday morning working on them, so it was being taken care of. Otherwise, stay was just fine with no problems at all.

Pool was kinda gross, stuff floating in it. Hot tub was broken... Was looking forward to that after a 5 hour drive and paying double the money over a hotel that didn't have one 😡 My room's shower leaked, had brown stains in it (what I hoped were just hard water stains). Floor in the bathroom had significant water damage. Tiles were popping off when you walk on them. Toilet had obviously leaked all over at some point judging by the janky caulk job at the base of the toilet. The facility seemed run down a bit. Missing ceiling tiles and what appears to be mold and leakage in the hallway just past the lobby. Despite all the issues, the hotel was safe, the bed was clean, comfy and quiet. I got a decent night's sleep (which is most important). The hotel had good coffee and a good breakfast buffet even though it's over priced. Be sure to buy the voucher/upgrade for $5 a person or it will cost you $16 each if you end up paying at the hotel. The staff were pleasant and tried to compensate for the room by giving me free snacks. My experience overall was just "ok". Probably wouldn't come back to this hotel or recommend it if you got other options. If you're in a pinch a need and need a spot to crash, then this will do just fine.

Elevator was out for 2 days i was there. Stairs only way to get to room and they were accessed from outside so the stairwell remained open with access to anyone. I did not feel safe. I have always stsyed here when i come on business, but this will be my last stay here.

Everything was up to par, but when I found an additional charge I was getting billed for, when checking out, I questioned the fact. Maybe in the fine print, it might have said that there would be additional charges - aka.. Parking Fee..!!! Nothing was mentioned when I checked in, this is very disappointing, just the principle of the matter, not the measly $4 cost.!! Discouraging moment to an otherwise enjoyable evening. My first room 501 was in perfect condition. Due to the thunderstorm, my power was flickering in my room, and my TV went out. The front desk said to give it 20 minutes, so I waited about an hour, and the TV was still not working. I requested a new room, she put me on the second floor room 208, and that room looked used and not very clean. Bed had stains, towels looked touched, counters weren't wiped, the coffee machine was dirty, toilet seat was up and slightly dirty. I requested 3rd or 4th floor but she was giving me 6th floor. She said the hotel was booked out but the parking lot didn't look booked out. She did give me extra sheets to change and a breakfast for the next day as my accommodation, because I asked for it due to the room condition. My stay was from July 19th-21st

Cleanliness was lacking: Bathtub stained and had pubes in it and bathroom floor looked like it hadnt been swept in weeks (dust bunnies and white debris in floor) shower curtain discolored and yellow stains on it. Staff was friendly and the lobby was nice the location is good with close by restraunts and a wawa with in walking distance.

Honestly was the worse stay as soon as we get in the room tub dirty hair in the tub still used toilet paper in the bathroom still the counters had spill stains all Over them bed sheets had stains too I told the front deck told me they was going to clean it came back in my room to the same stuff definitely don’t recommend

My room wasn’t ready at check-in. When I crawled in bed the pillow case was filthy. The carpets needs to be cleaned and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming throughout my room and the 3rd floor. Water was supposed to be in the room 2 bottles, 0. The ice machine didn’t work on 3rd or 4th floor.

The bathtub was chipped in 2 places. Our room had a pass through door and dogs were barking in the adjoining room. Our reservation made through Expedia didn’t come with the option to have our breakfast included with booking of the room.

The Studio Suite was spacious and comfortable for at least three guests. We had an excellent view of a water fountain and sculptured garden. Location provides easy access to the Interstate (64 W/E).

Room was perfect however it was billed as sleeping 3 and couch hidabed was impossible to sleep on. My daughter had to rent her own room for 3 nights. They need to put a new mattress on that hidabed couch. Otherwise it was fine!!!

I stay here pretty often, but my last two stays were pretty underwhelming. A manager still hasn’t followed up from my previous day where I didn’t have hot water, and this time my digital key didn’t work and the dryer in the laundry room charged me three times and still didn’t work.

The lift was not working and the room offered was on the fifth floor. The staff let us know that they could not communicate to us because we booked through Expedia. That was in my mind a couple out .customera should be treated consistently regardless of the channel used for booking. If not , close that channel. As a customer, I don't see any value booking through Expedia and also would hesitate to book at Hilton given how casually they blamed Expedia for the lack of communication and inconvenience caused.

Just horrible service my room wasn’t available until 45 minutes after I arrived from a long drive. When my wife and I tried to address our concerns to the general manager he literally ignored us. The elevators was out of order we had tiling our luggage up 3 flights of stairs no ice machine on our floor we had to go to the second floor just to get ice. Horrible service and building maintenance.

Very out dated, carpet in rooms, like stepping into 1990. Lots of food in walking distance. Short Pump mall is 6 miles down the road. Lots of signs stating hotel is not responsible for car break ins all over parking lot. Trailer in lot with grass growing under it.

Work done on ceiling beside elevator made first floor somewhat unsightly. The confusing breakfast plan was annoying to deal with…do I get $10 off? Or is it free? I bought two and only got one…weird. Free breakfast or not??

I love that you can walk out the back door and walk through nice landscaping to the Capitol Brew House for drinks and dinner. I don’t like their overpriced breakfast.

This is a nice place with some restaurants and stores nearby. Clean, friendly staff, nice facilities. No problems with the room or common areas. The breakfast was a but expensive ($7.95 for continental) but no big deal with so many other options around.

Arrived only to be informed that the restaurant and bar was closed due to a private party. Didn’t disclose that until after I checked in. Breakfast was $14.00 additional and charged to the room. They allow pets. A dog in the room beside me howled all morning because the guest left the room and went somewhere. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
