old hotel, rooms weren’t clean, tubs were stained, noise from surrounding rooms sounding like the people were in your room. Breakfast very limited, pool closed when says on website it’s open in May. Mountain view from parking lot / road was very nice.

The location is ideal, especially if you are traveling with a pet. The breakfast was good also. We got ice from the front desk because both ice machines were not working. Definitely a go-to for us for many years.😎

1ice machine has been broken for about 2 years. Now the other machine is broken causing you to have to go to front desk and ask for ice, hoping someone is up there and they have some. Requested and was granted a late checkout for 12:00 instead of 11:00 but was still awoken by cleaning crew banging on our door at 9:00. It was a late night the night before and we needed to sleep in, thus the late checkout. Ridiculous!

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dirty, the tub was grimy. Close to highway and places to eat. Pool was closed. Breakfast offered was dry cereal, oatmeal packets, cereal bars and individual hostess brand coffee cakes, bananas, coffee and juice. There was no milk for cereal and no one available to ask for some. There was a toaster, but no bread.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were ok. plan on getting breakfast somewhere else, the pool was closed. had not been open yet this year, and I was told it was still too cold to open in June.

I booked the hotel for the pool and after checking in was told the pool hasnt been open in years

We were the only guests in the hotel best we could tell. Jennifer at desk was lovely. Overall clean and comfortable but black mold in shower, pool closed and gym not as pictured. Might be time for a update.

After check in we found there was no ice, both not working, no WIFI ,not working , and no hot water. Not the best. Did have hot water in the morning and the WIFI was only available in the lobby

Dirty, stained towels, room and hallway smelled musty. The advertised included breakfast literally consisted of bananas, packaged little debbie cake, and stale cereal.

Room was dirty and clearly not cleaned well (urine on toilet, floor dirty). We couldn’t take a shower as there was no shower curtain. Other reviews mentioned their curtain was gross and very moldy - so I’m not sure if we lucked out. It was just a quick rest on the road so just made do… There is a lot of signage around the property which makes them seem unfriendly/difficult. I expected very little and was left highly disappointed. Please avoid, the reviews show it’s systemic and not a one off bad experience.

Bathtub was disgustingly dirty. Nothing that a good scrub wouldn't clean. I would not step in it. Other than that the room was fine.

The cleanliness and condition of the bathtub in particular were such that I would not have a bath. Breakfast was offered, but the two hot plates were completely empty, as was the pastry display (except for sliced bread). Coffee machine was not working.

Disgustingly dirty! Would never stay there again!

Bathroom, especially tub was dirty. Breakfast was Continnental, which is fine but that should be told under description on Expedia.

We are in 128. My husband had to wipe the nightstand it was filthy. The rug needs vacuumed esp. in the corners. The hot water machine was out of order. Water should have been provided to heat up in the microwave for tea or to make oatmeal. Set a gallon out, just saying it's out of order is poor management. I went to the desk twice & asked for water for guests. Reluctantly 2 bottles of water were provided. Good management would have had water set out for the guests use for tea or oatmeal. I'm aware this is an older building it can still be clean. The mattress cover sheet has dried blood...totally unexceptable. This is our first & last stay here.

The towels were very stained. The bathtub was unclean. The overall bathroom was not very clean.

The heater was broken in my room the first night i stayed and it was very cold

The tub would not drain properly. Inside pane was broken on the window and glass was left in the bottom right corner. Someone will get hurt. Window needs to replaced. Beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were terrible.

Room very clean. Bed very comfortable. Great location off interstate. Stayed one night while traveling. Breakfast was average. Staff at check in was good. Would definitely stay again when traveling through the area. Only con would be thin walls you can hear other guests talking in rooms next door. Used earplugs to drown that out and it was fine.

Once checked in went to room. Room still had garbage on floor and sheets looked gross. Shower did not drain. Requested a new room. Second room was better. Televisions did not work. Found rat poison in the room complimentary breakfast was a small hot plate of eggs that didn't last past 7 sausage again didn't last past 7. 2 choices of cereal. Maybe 8 slices of rye bread and a waffle maker. Snow storm had hit and they did nothing to the property to clear snow. Hotel was supposed to be smoke free but seemed like every person we passed was smoking. Hotel even let someone sleep in a chair adjacent to the lobby

The hotel room was not in good shape. If the bed had not been clean we would have checked right back out. The curtains looked like a worn out pair of panty hose. There was something stained down the wall and the bottom of the bed was just hanging.

Breakfast was included but there was only one hot item (eggs). Shower in the morning was tepid/cool. No hot water. Room was nice, clean. Hallways smelled like 1970s smoke.

The room was out dated and had stains on the ceiling and walls. An odd smell.

the check in clerk was off somewhere when we arrived.The office door to the left of the check in area was open to an office that was filled with debris, but no clerk. Eventually a clerk showed up. He was abrupt, scolded me for asking about the pet fee, No greeting, no smile, just checked us in. In the AM the desk clerk was playing ball and smoking outside with her son while the 2 other children played in the messy office (door still open) We had to go out to get her to fill the empty breakfast items as several guests waited...Which she did. Such a nice facility, but we cannot understand why the employees are so indifferent to the customers welfare and comfort. They spoiled all of the effort your facility displayed and we left truly disappointed. At least the cleaning lady returned our hello when we greeted her in the hall.

The front desk took half a hour and only came after the hotel was called.

The lady when we check in and the one when we checked were very personable.

The room had good in the microwave, housekeeping cleaning had not vacuumed as there were fruit loops on the floor. Front desk associate went missing for over an hour after I accidentally locked myself out of my room.... Waited in lobby for almost an hour to get another key

I had no problem until the next morning at 7:30 the maid service knocked to see if we were still in room. continued every half hour. at ten am received a call from front desk saying the maid service was done with all rooms and needed to know when we were leaving. check out was at 11 am. Not happy being bothered continually way before check out. almosted harassed to check out.

Upon approaching the property, it appears abandoned. There is no signage to indicate you are at a functioning hotel, as the strung-up signs have fallen. There is also nothing in the building itself to indicate the hotel is open. The windows appear cloudy and/or dirty. There was even a shattered window on the second floor. The pool was nice until my husband found loogies floating in it. There does not appear to be proper maid staffing, as the beds were not properly made upon entering the room, and there was no replacement toilet paper in the room (roll only had enough for two). The room was dusty and moist, and the floor had not been vacuumed. The air conditioning throughout the hotel appears to have limited function; but the singular units within the rooms are functional. I recommend turning on the constant fan in order to keep the air moving. This certainly helped a bit. Breakfast was also instant eggs served out of a plastic Tupperware. The hotel just needs love and attention. There’s nothing that indicates they are in the middle of re-branding, which is what the front desk clerk told me is the reason for the hotel looking the way it does. Even with a re-brand, I don’t think it should appear abandoned. The parking lot needs repaving, as there are clumps of grass growing through the multiple cracks throughout. Did not help with the Bates Motel vibe. Thankfully, there were a few other families that arrived, and they said the same thing - they were concerned upon arriving.

Old hotel, not updated . Only good thing I can say is it had good coffee. It was also very hard to find and not a good location.

This was a bit out of the way, but that made it extra quiet and peaceful. We were pleased that this quality could be found at a reasonable price. Breakfast was better than average in a very attractive area near the entrance.

It was close to I-77.

Quiet location with easy hwy on/off. Room was clean and comfortable. Travelling with my dog and had a ground floor room close to door which was very convenient. Nice grassy area for walking dog too.

This is an affordable and excellent hotel with great staff. I was nervous about booking there since it is a bit off the beaten path (still very close to gas & food), but was pleasantly surprised at the affordability and good condition of the site! Really appreciated the fact that the close proximity of the highway didn't result in hearing traffic all night long.

Nice room, convenient location off highway, and not too far to drive to restaurants. Did not enjoy breakfast, coffee . I have stayed at this location many times, but I feel it might be time for a change.

The property was easily accessible off the interstate in a quiet area. My family and I stymayed for about 9 hours which we slepted 7 of it. Walking in you can smell old cigarettes. However, I wasn’t given the option of choosing smoking or non-smoking so whatever. The bathroom molding can use better cleaning of getting mildew removed off the molding and off the shower head. You can tell by brown stains on the caulking and the way the shower head sprays. Other than that, everything else was good.

I started out pleased with the room for the price since it came with breakfast, as i wanted to get back on the road early and not spend anymore money. The breakfast was just a waffle maker with EXPIRED and spoiled batter and some stale packs of oatmeal. That's it. Can you even call that breakfast? I would not stay here again.

Convenient location, friendly staff. Bed was comfortable, bathroom seemed clean and shower worked fine. The "breakfast" was ridiculous - a tiny 12 pot carafe of coffee that was empty, a few cereal towers, sad little wrapped muffins and bowls of granola bars. Thankfully there are a good amount of restaurants nearby that filled the gaps. I would stay again, but don't have high expectations of the amenities.

This place use to be a Best Western and it was Ok but now it’s called the Deluxe Inn. It’s so old and tired looking. Beds were comfortable but the breakfast was bananas and cereal bar and nasty coffee. Do not come here unless you’re on a tight budget and just need a place to sleep. I will never come back here again.

Only thing offered was cereal or granola bar and fruit drink (not even real juice)

Breakfast NOT as advertised. Stayed 2 nights. Last breakfast - no milk for cereal. Waffle maker left gooey mess. Juice was Sunny Delight. No pastries. LIMITED fruit.
