This place is clean & convenient, but the rooms are so small!!!! And if you need to have reliable wireless internet, forget about it. Terrible internet. We needed to work remotely while traveling and the internet was awful. We couldn't stay connected. Also, if you are older, there is no elevator and you have to haul your stuff up old stairs.

Hotel is older. Some exterior Stair case leading edge metal bar's welds are broken loose, causing the bars to become trip hazards. Those should be inspected and rewelded. Staff are absolutely a delight. Kimberly has smiling from Hello to here's your key.

You get what you pay for. Outside entrance to all rooms. Iron stairs to 2nd floor are rusty and dirty. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower area is very small.

Checkin did not reserve the room we ordered. We wanted single room king bed non smoking and the clerk tried to give us 2 double beds because our room was not available. I told her it was unacceptable and they found us at least a queen bed room. The king is why we even reserved this place. The sheets gad stains. You could smell cigarette smoke through the walls. We saw a few roaches on the walls crawling throughout the night. The bath tub had dirt and stains so we just stayed out of there. The bed was so uncomfortable. From reading the room reviews and having a king bed available online is the reason we gave this place a shot for my wife, 4 year old and myself. The location was a great half way point after almost 9 hours of driving. What a complete let down it was after such a long day. Once we were rested enough, we left early with disgust. Will never stay at a place like this again and hopefully this deters others.

2 out of 2 rooms that we booked needed sheets changed because of hair and dirty spots on them. A fresh wash cloth had a hair on it and sink and tub were not completely clean. Another person in our group who was booked separately had no shower curtain! And no TV signal in our room. I will say that staff immediately brought sheets up to our rooms when asked. I expressed my concerns upon checkout and was told a note would be made for the manager. Our stay was 5 days ago and I have not received any communication.

Stayed one night after an event at Bristol. Knew we’d be checking in late and leaving early so didn’t want to spend a fortune on a room for about 8 hours so I picked Super 8 as it was much cheaper than most others. The bathtub had hair covering the drain and hair on the shower walls and sink. Other than that the room was clean. The property is dated and the beds were definitely not queen size like they were supposed to be. Front desk clerks very nice. Seemed to be a nice area.

Room was really unclean. Hair all over the bathroom. We didn’t even put the toilet seat down as it was so filthy. Stayed one night for a quick 6 hour sleep. It did its job but the cleaning staff needs help.

1 room 225 of the 3 we had crack in the shower/tub so we're afraid to use it. The bed when pulled the sheets back had someone's hair all in the bed as well as the sink. And the toilet had poop stains all over it. Room 125 we found a few bugs and shower leaked on the floor and curtain was in the tub The last room they said was ok

Clean rooms. Outdated hotel but don't let the (old carpet with wrinkles) hallways fool you. The rooms are have been updated and are clean. Glad there wasn't carpet on the floors. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Beds comfy and continental breakfast was more than muffins!! Will try to remember this place for next year when we come through.

The floor was horrendous. The floor was bubbled/warped and was beyond dirty. Just from walking across the floor from the doorway to the tile my feet were black. It wasn’t just that one section of the floor either - it was the entire room like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. My family and I got there very late at night and had to be up early so I checked for bugs (didn’t find any signs) and went to bed. We laid out towels on the floor by the bed and had to wash our feet off at the side of the bed before laying down on the bed. My significant other refused to walk on the floor without his sandals after seeing the dirt on our feet from walking across the floor once. Not impressed.

Convenient place to stay. Priced right. Probably wouldn't stat here again,though. Room was small and dark - poorly lit. Checkin area smelled of cigarette smoke as smokers gathered outside lobby entrance.

It was a good enough hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was okay. The main issue I had was that the light outside the room was very bright and the curtain couldn't not cover it. I found myself staring at the light for several hours trying to sleep. T

I’m not a big fan of the fake wood flooring in the rooms, they are’t comfortable to walk on and if you are in a downstairs room, the upstairs noise from people walking keeps you awake at night.

It started when the desk clerk said the door lock was a little wonky and gave me some advice on how to get the door open. Went to the room and there was a van parked in front of the room door that obviously had someone living in it. Tried to warm the room up then realized there was no way we could sleep since the heater was so loud we couldn’t hear the tv. Room was fairly clean but very dated. Left after an hour and went across the lot to the Sleep Inn and got a decent room. Should be rented by the hour not the night…….

I usually stay at higher rated hotels except when I’m on a fishing trip where location and price matter most. Even at the lower rating I received excellent service from the staff. I provided information to them that I needed an electrical outlet for my boat. They called me to let me know that not only could they provide one but they had coned off space in the parking lot for my boat and trailer in front of the outlet to be sure it was available to me when I arrived. They even made sure I had an extension cord (which I did have). They checked to be sure it worked for me and even asked if we were successful on each day. They definitely went above and beyond more so than I have experienced at any hotel.

Upon check-in late in the evening, Andrew was fantastic greeted us with a smile was kind and efficient. Everyone on the property was super friendly and helpful from maintenance room service, including the front staff.

The keys would not unlock the room door. Staff came & unlocked it as well as brought 2 new keys. This was at midnight. The new keys did not work either. They said there were problems with some of the locks. They need upgraded by Super 8, in my opinion. Staff nor guests should have to deal with this esp. at midnight.

A decently maintained property. My stay was comfortable; the room and the lobby were clean with no visible mold and no critters scurrying around. The towels and bedding smelled fresh; plenty of hot water for the morning shower. The property is easy to find and parking is easily accessed. Only drawback for me was lack of protein for breakfast.
