Had to wait for someone to come into the office for both check in and check out. Hotel was very run down, rooms are not well cared for or in good shape. Sink faucet didn't work correctly, shower faucet didn't work correctly. Someone from the front desk did come put a new knob on the shower or we wouldn't have been able to use it. Ceiling looked like it might cave in at any moment. Police were driving through the parking lot looking for someone who then came out of the bushes after they left, and then a few minutes later a couple police cars were back in the parking lot. Could barely get curtains to close, they were broken and stained.

Parking lot was full Our room door was open and the room was not made up. We ended up making our own bed as there was no staff to do so. Management has persistently been “unavailable” and was not available for any remedy at any time through the day after. No coffee maker but everything stocked as if there was one. Nice grass in the back. Except for guests talking immediately outside our window it was quiet and the blackout curtains did their job. Staff was pleasant. After 10:30 there was no one available as they had left the premises. Our bed was quite comfortable. There was a microwave but no fridge.

This is a motel, not a hotel and it is pretty old. They had workers changing the furniture in the rooms starting before 7am. We did not receive any notice as guests. Very noisy, not able to rest.

This place was recently taken over from Econolodge. The prior chain obviously let this location get beyond run down. Oyo has thrown some lipstick on the pig. Fresh paint in the room but the facilities are really run down. It is dog friendly and you can tell when turning on the AC. Stinks up the room. The room very was clean even if really run down. The little fridge was clean and new. The tv new the linens new. And for the price that was just right. The check in was easy and the woman who helped us had a terrific sense of humor albeit dry. Since it is the most affordable place to stay in the area you should be prepared for some “flavor” ie residents.

I stayed here a year ago, and it was not that great then, it has gotten so much worse since then. Dirty linens with holes, missing dawers, dirty floors. Shower curtin stank. Exterior is in need of a makeover too. Pealing paint all over. $90 a night is way to much for this dump.

Our room in this hotel (room 111) was awful. The room smelled of urine and mold. The bathroom floor had visible signs of mold growing under the vinyl floor that is peeling away from the tub/shower. The rooms are really outdated and very dirty. There were hairs in the bed on the sheets. Stains on the toilet paper. The lady that did the check out said that they just took over as managers are trying to work with the staff they inherited to better their cleaning habits. We only stayed one night but the area is a little sketchy and there were people yelling slamming doors all night.

‘Clean’ towel had someone else’s hairball on it, walls were literally crumbling, and door to bathroom was shredded. Shower curtain had a hole, guy was smoking weed outside our room, & floor (of 2nd floor room) looked like it had survived a few floods. Staff was great though.

The Dennys next door is convenient at least and the best awestern across the street has a bar and restaurant.

Room was ample in size (#240), clean bedding on a comfortable bed, well-thought out bathroom, plenty of hot water, laminate flooring, mini-fridge motor was a bit loud, but not irritating, no freezer, would’ve been nice to have a coffee pot in the room, and I could hear the freeway traffic early in the morning, but that can’t be helped. Maybe bring some ear plugs if guest is sensitive to noise.

Look, this is isn't a fancy spot, but it is more than adequate if you're looking for an easy night sleep. The beds were clean and decently comfortable. The staff was quick and competent at their jobs. I'd stay here again.

If you're looking for a great place, that's inexpensive right off of I-5 that's a bed with no bugs, this is for you. You can sleep, get a hot shower and eat dinner and breakfast at Denny's right next door or drive 2 miles north for more dinning and shopping options.

There is NO Breakfast, Coffee you cannot get till the desk opens 830am. they have a small pot in room, but doesn't last long when u get up at 5am. Was hoping for Breakfast as they advertise.
