Quick stop for a wedding, but the service, breakfast, rooms were fantastic. The only things I would add is there was no coffee maker in the room, and the toilet seats slammed really loudly, so maybe some slow-close lids!

One of the best Holiday Inn's I've stayed at. Very clean, quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable. They have a great breakfast. Self poor beer/wine station in the evenings. Would definitely stay again. Hotel was booked for a fishing trip nearby.

We stayed here on August 2nd during a road trip, mainly to get some rest and take a hot shower before continuing our drive. Unfortunately, we had issues with our room key cards not working twice, and the next morning there was barely any water pressure in the shower, just a dribble, so we couldn’t shower at all. We showed video proof of both issues to the front desk. Christina was wonderful. She was kind and sympathetic, confirmed another guest had reported the same water issue, and offered another room so we could shower. Unfortunately, we were already behind schedule and late for an excursion, so we couldn’t take advantage of that. Christina offered some IHG points but explained she was limited in what she could provide and gave me the general manager Kalina’s email. I emailed Kalina about a week ago and have received no response or acknowledgment. Christina provided excellent customer service. My disappointment is with the multiple maintenance issues and, especially, the lack of follow-up from management.
