The elevator was broken when we stayed. I was on the 3rd floor. It made my stay very inconvenient. I just had my knee replaced, so waking up and down 3 flights of stairs was a nightmare

Hotel was surprisingly really nice. The lobby wasn’t much, but the rooms and hallways were really nice. Very generous desk top work area available in the rooms. High end soap products. Nice sheets. Very comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub were open till 10pm. The breakfast was generous and really good. There’s a nice coffee station in the lobby and the staff was really nice. Be sure to get a do not disturb sign at the front desk, housekeeping starts knocking at 9:30. Upside, we were able to get an extended check out for an extra $25.00.

The staff was welcoming & friendly, the property is extremely clean & well maintained. The complementary breakfast is uniformly good at every location I've sampled, and their lobby coffee station had the BEST hot chocolate I've ever gotten from a machine! I'm a fan.

For the price they charge it’s not worth it. Rooms looked outdated. The room had hardwood floors instead of carpet. Prefer carpet. The air conditioner struggled to keep temp. The TV was hard to navigate. The elevator took a month of Sunday's to get to you. At one point I got in the elevator and I needed to go to the first floor, it took me up to the third floor then back to the second then finally to the first. They won’t let you have any adult beverages in any of the common areas, only in your room. The only thing that made the stay good was Gina the night attendant, she was amazing very friendly and informative. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

The staff here were wonderful, and the facility was well kept. The breakfast was very good (though I'd prefer to sleep in a little on vacation and a 9:00 AM cutoff made that difficult). We were very pleasantly surprised to find that there are two level 2 EV chargers on site for those staying at the hotel to use. They were also available free of charge. Since we have a large EV (Ford F-150 Lightning) it was wonderful to plug in for the night and wake up to a full battery (About 70 KWh's worth!). The beds were pretty comfortable. The sofa bed was not. My son, who only weighs 135 lbs. said he could feel the spring coils in the mattress all night and did not sleep well. Otherwise, the rooms are very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed out stay.

Our stay was comfortable and quiet for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Bed was comfy, good shower pressure, clean room. I was surprised by how many amenities there were including a coffee/espresso machine and brewed coffee for any time of the day. They also had one of the best breakfasts for a small hotel- Standard breakfast, but with Waffle maker and made to order omelette. And the service was excellent! My family was just driving through but the hotel was perfect for our short stay. Wasn’t able to try the pool or hot tub.

Got to hotel late at night. Opened pull out for extra bed and there was blood splatter on the sheet and mattress cover! Downstairs staff did nothing but say sorry and give us a new mattress cover. Carpets smelt musky and slightly like pee.

Room smelled funky - seemed dogs were in there. Sheets were dirty. Breakfast was , I don't even know who sells such poor quality food. Hate leaving a negative review, but won't be staying here again.

This hotel is in definite need of renovations and updating. The beds sagged, the sheets were yellowed, and the bed skirts were dated looked like they hadn’t been changed in years. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. They even provided made to order omelettes. On the whole, however, the hotel was a disappointment for a Best Western and the would not stay there again.

Great staff, friendly, efficient. Room was clean and in good condition. Freeway noise was a bit more than expected, but not out of hand. Breakfast was well above average with made-to-order omelets as an option as well as eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fruit, etc. Overall a great stay.

Everything about this property - including the staff - was excellent. The staff made us feel more like house guests than hotel guests. The room had so much counter space and was large enough for 4 people not to feel like they were tripping over each other all the time. Would absolutely stay here again.

The room was fine. Nothing special. Bed was comfortable. There is a RV parking area adjacent to the hotel and the lights at night are very bright. The blinds did not fully block the light. If you like it dark in your room be careful what side of the building they place you on.

We stayed in three different properties and back-to-back days from Thursday through Sunday one night each the first two second three nights. The room was the best overall of the three we had a living room and two king beds, which made our stay much much better. Thank you very much

Check in was a breeze, the room was ready, clean, neat. The normal coffee, soap, etc,,,, were all there, The highlight was the comfort of the bed. When we arrived, the smoke alarm in our room had low batteries, and front desk handed us batteries from a drawer, to change on our own, no support from maintenance. When our kiddo was excited to go swimming, and jumped, the front desk lady told him she watched him on camera, and that he can’t jump in the hallways. I let her know he had adhd, and didn’t have his medication today, he’s 7, and just excited. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast ladies were nice. But, sign said it went until 10am. Came down at 9:45, and there was almost no food left. When we requested a one hour grace period on check-out, we were told it would be a $25 dollar per hour charge. The front desk lady said she didn’t make the rules. Overall, the room was clean, but for the $200 cost, I expect better. Won’t be staying again, despite being in the area for sports tournaments for two more weekends over the next two months.

The entire stay was very nice. Jenna and others at front desk were wonderful. It was Thanksgiving and very busy. I would like to share that they need more silverware in dininv area. People were complaining about plastic, juices ran out and hot round buffet choices were completely emptied and there was some wait time for them to be refilled. We didnt mind but got tired of hearing others complain.

Melissa at the front desk could be the hardest working person in hospitality anywhere in the world. I’ve traveled a ton over the years and I haven’t come across someone so committed to service AND be able to juggle multiple calls and guests checking in at the same time!

Hotel is good, except two staff members can use retraining in customer service. The hotel is clean and has good ADA accommodations in comparison to other hotels in the area. My father-in-law has very limited mobility and is a wheelchair user, and the ADA bathroom in the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately, Brooklyn and Alex could use additional coaching and reminding that they’re in the hospitality business. For instance, the WIFI was down since 4am, and when my spouse inquired about it around noon, Brooklyn appeared annoyed and dismissed it as her [cell phone] WiFi was “working” and returned to scrolling on her cell phone. No mention on whether she or someone would look into it. I contacted corporate because of their attitude and dismissal of the issue. Fortunately, Annika stepped up and addressed the issue and remained an absolute professional.

We had a wonderful stay at this facility in Chehalis. The staff were all so friendly and quick to accommodate our requests. The buffet breakfast was fabulous, they even had an omelet bar. The location is perfect, offering a coffee stand two doors down, acouple fast foods and Dennys as well. Right off I5, doesn’t get any better!

I was in bad shape physically When I arrived and the staff did their best to help. They carried my bags down to a new room and my dogs down to the car when the elevator broke down. They went above and beyond the call and I will gladly stay there again and again!!!

Room was fine. Lobby was fine. Tough location. Only dreaming quality is that it is close to I5 and closer than others to the boat launch where i needed to be at 4:30 am.
