The room and the hotel overall were very clean and in great shape. The pool was closed for renovations, which wasn't a big deal to us, but it would be good to know before you book, if that is important to you. The bed was actually pretty comfortable, but the pillows were terrible--like hard rocks! I don't even know where you find pillows like that! I finally borrowed a couple pillows from my daughter (she's local), which alleviated the terrible pain I was developing in my neck from the horrible pillows. I don't eat much carbs for breakfast, so while the eggs, potatoes, and sausage every morning were quite filling (and the sausage was pretty good!), it would have been nice to have had some variety. We were there for five days, so that was a lot of eggs and sausage. I was afraid there would be a lot of noise in the mornings because our room was directly above the front desk, but it was blissfully quiet every morning. I appreciated the ice water in the lobby and refilled my water bottle frequently from it. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is centrally located, with a lot of stores close by and a mall across the street. There is a farmers market right across the street on Saturdays as well, though unfortunately our schedule didn't allow us a chance to check it out.

The room was nice. The prices were good. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again. Parking is limited with the current exterior work being done to the building. Customer service was okay. The employee at check in was nice. The employee at the check out desk the day we checked put didn't acknowledge our group before or after we dropped the keys in the dropbox. This one didn't make it to my list of favorites on Hotels.com

We chose this location for the pool and hot tub, which were under renovations. Had very disappointed kids.
